How about someone else like Cryptorush, instead of putting all the faith in a single site and a 'vote' system? CR seem quite inviting to many new coins. Needs more of a push to the exchanges or we can't start to trade, which means an early death for the coin.

Essentially difficulty retargets after every block. I thought it was to keep the multipools off, but as this is a CPU coin, I guess it is just to stop manipulation of the difficulty.  It's a good thing anyway.
