Mastercard goes to cryptocurrency whats your opinion ? Does this make the cryptocurrency good ? Because the player could turn their bitcoin to fiat in just a nanoseconds.

I do think this is good for cryptocurrency. Yes, we might see a lot of conversion because of this new gateway (if Mastercard really goes into it)  but that means also a lot of volume. We know that Volume is one of the main reason why this particular crypto-asset is alive.

And besides, we can say that is one of a kind exposure that crypto-market needs. This technology need this kind of adoption.

It will be an awesome move. I am still not sure if they are going to do that or not but if that happens then that surely means that the Tycoons are joining in the world of cryptos and not only that it'll give the end user to easily access and use crypto currency. Would be a wonderful thing.

this prove that blockchain or crypto is not just a passing fad & slowly but sure the devs will improve technicalities to make them applicable in real life situation.

Possible to happen because as of now cryptocurrencies are indemand and useful than credit cards or government cards. Everyone can use cryptocurrencies while government card is limited to people. I see the future, cryptocurrency is used for payment online than credit cards.

AFAIK visa has up to 24k TPS to cover all of the transactions around the world and there is a chance for crypto to get the more adoption, but it will be very helpful to the crypto co get the mass adoption. As you can see that about how the VISA support will give a huge impact to the fiat - crypto payment system and it will give a huge adoption./

blockchain technology has changed everything, all industries will certainly adopt it because it is the demands of the times so as not to lag behind competitors. If the mastercard does not immediately adopt it they will burn and stay memorable

It was well received on the market that Mastercard would add cryptos to payment options. Of course, this is news for now and there is no certainty yet. I think there will be a significant improvement in the use of cryptos in everyday life.

There will be many more joining the boat I think.  It's not going away...the companies that continue to make it easier to use and exchange will reap some huge rewards out of it.

This is super fantastic for cryptocurrency. If mastercard is planning to issue their own cryptocurrency or if they will support cryptocurrency, a good news will spread all over the world and we can expect unexpected bull run if this goes well. This really looks exciting.

What you mean saying "goes to" - if they decide to make cryptocurrency inside centralized system - bad idea; if they want to add possibility to change fiat to crypto - maybe it is good. Or maybe not, because they will know what you have bought and when

I think it's quite good for everyone. For MasterCard can result in a huge profit since it's entering a new market with the enormous community and quite impressive capital. However, for cryptocurrency community it can also be beneficial, for example, it solves the problem of converting your cryptocurrency into fiat and MasterCard is the one who can solve this problem

It seems to me that it is very good and very comfortable. If this is really the case then I will be very glad that I will be able to keep my crypto currency and ordinary money on one card.

I think it's good, because at this time cryptocurrency is famous, and easier to transact. if the mastercard goes to cryptocurrency it will probably be more of their users

This is a good news i read about the news they secured the patent right and I see them coming back to crypto and supporting crypto currency on their cards and this will really make sense because MasterCard is a big tech giant .

MasterCard can generate huge profits as it enters new markets with large communities and impressive capital. However, for the cryptocurrency community it can also be useful, for example, it solves the problem of converting your cryptocurrency into fiat and MasterCard is the one who can solve this problem. This is a step forward for the future of crypto.

If any of the two main Credit Card companies is going to normalise the use of cryptocurrencies it is likely to be Mastercard as they have been less virulent in their criticism and more active in preparing for adoption. I would rather that a point of sale system of cryptocurrencies opened up to challenge the duopoly of Mastercard and Visa, but I have not seen a serious proposal to do that but I am sure that is what is driving Mastercard to embrace crypto.

I think this is going to be good. Although we are going to go through many new conversions and changes, the volume will increase and so will the number of users. Cryptocurrency will turn into a common way of transaction really soon if this keeps up.

A good initiative and decision they have made to join earlier before their counterparts, the first to join will have more people using its platform, visa too might be looking into this.

It is wonderful. Moreover, the cryptocurrencies have been added to the Google currency converter (BTC,ETH,BCH,LTC), and now their price can be looked through through the search. This means that Google is also in the party  ;D

Everyone is getting ready and preparing for the future because i think in the years to come, cyptos will be adopted, and SEC approving ETF will be a step forward to the direction.

I do not think that in the near future this is possible, as long as there is no system solution for the whole industry, and while coins are in a strange legal vacuum. I rather believe that tokens can be traded on the New York Stock Exchange.

That is actually good, but I believe there was already companies like that. Something like cryptopay.me you can have Bitcoins on card and they will only auto sell if you use card.

This is great move by mastercard i think by this step they will not only capture the crypto market but will also get an edge over their competitors like visa, unionpay and others also this will help the adoption of cryptos around the world.

Question here is why go crypto.

We all know they are the most used when it comes to billing in the internet world.
Mastercard and Visa. Some online shops only have this two options and some have a lot. Paymaya, and Paypal are next which is really competing with the two.
I dont think they have completed it yet. They might be in talks about this but what the hell, most people will still use Mastercard instead of a coin. That is just reality.

Believe it or not in crypto, but it exists. And it's silly to pretend that it's not there or that it's a bubble. It's silly not to snatch yourself a piece of crypto. Mastercard understands this and also wants to participate in general enrichment. Even if the country did not officially accept the crypt, still in many countries there is a bank that helps you to change the crypt to Fiat, puts Fiat on the card.

all of such things will eventually happen because you can't stand against this industry while it is rapidly developing so mastercard and other ones will be in crypto.

That will be a great development to the crypto space. Although, it seems i have seen one or two projects that integrated their coins into mastercard for the purpose of buy and sell, but not to exchange into fiat.

I think it will be very useful for the fans of the crypto currency, but not in all countries it will be possible to take advantage of this opportunity because of a bad government.    ???
