Yesterday (Jully 17), when I opened MEW link, I  didn't asscess . About 30 mins later, I asscessed  but website have problem. I didn't do anything and anything was mixed .
after I deleted some of data and reset my computer. It became normal.
What happend? Is it dangerous ?

I don't know but I don't like it. You must carefull and report for admin.

The issue could be from your end. Maybe your system has infested by virus or you have too many data occupying space which could overload your system and slow its performance. I guess you already started the cleaning process ;D

Probably you visited phishing site. However, it also could be issue with your internet connection. Sometimes I had bugs with MEW using low-speed connection

It is not a MEW problem because your system is affected on browsing issues so you must clearly the browsing history automatically it will recover again. My suggestion is you can check the cache files and browsing history on every month you will never affected on this issues.

I think it's an unstable internet connection problem. Is it checked the performance of hardware and software used? Better be careful in accessing unknown websites.

I have never experienced such in MEW. Maybe you misspelled the url. This may lead you to phishing sites. Next time be careful. Double check the spelling of the address so avoid being phished. If not the spelling, your computer might be infected with a virus. Make sure you have antivirus applications to avoid having virus. Or maybe someone is trying to hack you? Try reporting this to the support team of MEW.

Recently MEW is a very problematic platform. Often, hackers rob their wallets, and the platform just hangs and does not work properly. But I think this problem may also be on your part.

I am less aware of the problem. but I also failed several times while transfers coins from MEW to market. I have raised the price of Gas but still still experiencing the same thing. anyone know its?

I’m not sure what is reason causing this problem, maybe system error, virus infected, connection error, MEW website issue or phishing website, so my suggestion is use another clean computer and transfer all your tokens to new Mew address, remember double check your address bar before key in your private key

Nope. I think the problem  might be from your side and your computer. Yesterday i used Myetherewallet. I havent face any issues from their. So dont bother about that. still if you really scarred. Protect your private key.

To be honest I use MEW wallet but I was hacked 1 time and my friend ! But I do not understand why the developers can not put on it 2-FA for security ! In case of anything, even no one to ask for help !

Sounds like it was more a problem on your end as I am using MyEtherWallet pretty much daily and have never experienced this sort of problem. Simple rules when using MEW are to always type in the address link yourself, make sure it has the Green security padlock and MYETHERWALLET in the text to the left. If you are still unsure about online then consider following the instructions to run it offline and connect only to send your TX.

Maybe your system is crush or trouble on your network. MEW is fine and if something happen there's notice when we access the web. There are many factors that can happen, but I never experienced it, I have an old computer that has exceeded its capacity and its operation is running slow, but I have a strong internet network, in fact I open MEW almost everyday and I have never had such problems that. Many peoples often get phished by the fake MEW website, and their wallet have been compromised. Just very careful

I have not had any problems accessing my MEW, because every important site I make a bookmark on my computer, making it easier to open it

maybe the problem is your computer you have so many unwanted files and malicious file that makes your computer low in memory and it will lessen the performance of your computer or  maybe your internet connection. i don't hear any problems regarding in accessing mew site or maybe your in the  wrong URL. my advice to you is to use meta mask instead of using mew link   because its easy to use and its the most safest way to access your wallet.

I think you should save or bookmark the web like MEW, to avoid phishing.

You can check all transactions on etherscan, and all balances. If all in place you can just try other wallets. Hope this would help.

I think this was not due to any problem of myetherwallet. Maybe you surfed any phishing website or some kind of virus entered your computer which made all these glitches. You should be very careful while surfing in the internet. If you face this type of problem again, you must report it to the mew website.

I will advise you stop using web version of MEW, even if you want to use MEW, you can use it with metamask, it's more secured that way, mostly it is advised to use mycrypto at the moment.

hello mate are you sure you were entering the original MEW sites? because if not, there are lot of phishing sites right now copying same as my etherwallet site but you can determine fake sites because it is not entered on the address bar as myetherwallet.com instead myètherwallet.com. always double check when accessing important sites especially like your email, wallet, and trading sites. if you think you just visited some untrusted site as you said my advice is create a new MEW wallet and transfer all your funds in a new wallet before someone may stole your holdings. and always becareful when accessing sites in the internet and use an antivirus protection that has an internet security, 2FA is also advisable for every accounts you have.

so are your eth Tokens still there? You should make sure to put the real link to the real mew Website on the shortcut list of your pc so you just have to click it and land at the real page

I think cold wallets are also limited to some types of coin, we still need to use a lot of MEW wallet,  it is better to transfer the valuable coin through the cold wallet and be careful to avoid viruses invading computer!

That was hacked before so I never trust it, if I will use it I will use ledger nano s because I don't never know whether my keys are safe when connecting to mew  ???

MyEtherWallet recently posted a message saying that some of their DNS servers were hacked to redirect users to a fake Web site.

There are enough alternatives to using your secret key on MEW. At least use Trust browser or MetaMask with Chrome. And when you’re serious about crypto and have more than a thousand €/$ in it definitely go for an Ledger Nano S or similar.
Oh and never klick on any MEW links in E-Mails, they are always fake. Period.
Set the correct link as a bookmark in your browser and keep an eye out for tweets from MEW.

I read yesterday that google deleted metamask from chrome for five hours and someone replaced it with the fishing program. So use any money programmes with care.

MyEtherWallet error maybe it because of the phishing site honestly I did not encountered error like this maybe it because of internet connection. You need to be careful next time and avoid using mew in browser it might be risk.

Good day. I've experienced a lot of lag on using MEW. Ethereum balance won't appear. Transactions doesn't continue despite of several chicks. I don't know that's its because of slow internet connection. Hopefully if its a bug that will be fixed ASAP.

One day all my money was be stolen when I got on a phishing site, so now before enter in my MEW, i disabling all the extra programs that I have in my OS and run a quick scan with my antivirus. Be cautious, it is very easy to lose a cryptocurrency.

Sad experienced, but teached you to be more extra careful before doing anything when logging in to your account maybe it should be a practice of each individual who are still using this wallet, looking back from those previous hacked that happen it's a good example where you need to double check any website or bookmarked the correct one so you will not be deciet by phishing site.

Though if you open a wrong site or a phishing site as long as you didnt put your private key you dont need to panic but if you did transfering all your balance will be safer for you because you cant tell us what happened.

When you use your browser, your browser goes to some phishing sites where you collect all the irrelevant data into your profile and then the computer comes into the hang mode for that you should have installed some good antivirus software or you should block these malware sites or what you can do is to clear all your browsing history. There might be a chance of not a proper internet connection which is causing you these problems and I guess you should also be aware of the MEW as these are some of the most favourite sites of the hackers for phishing so better to be aware with that too.

You have to be very careful when dealing with myetherwallet nowadays because it's now the target of many hackers and scammers out there. Metamask should be your major way of accessing your wallet. You should use MEW directly only if you have no choice. You can also try the offline method of using MEW which is safer and can be found on github.
