For some weeks now I don't hear people say bitcoin is dead any longer. I don't understand why this has stopped all of a sudden. Where are those who announced the death of our mother coin? Don't you think it is time for these same people to  announce the resurrection of bitcoin  :). That is the power of bitcoin, it always keeps it doubter's mute.

I had no doubt that the bitcoin can recover and rise again, because that scenario is always happening but the bitcoin are still alive. I believe that the bitcoin is powerful because it can recover and rise again. We need to help bitcoin to increase it's demand because in that way the bitcoin price increase also.

Well this is an obvious thing, all those people who were saying so are the ones who have no idea about what bitcoin is capable of and they are the same people who only invested in bitcoin when they saw it rise last year and lost their investments because it did not meet their greedy expectations, and than they were so desperate into pushing people into selling, anyone who truly knows bitcoin know for a fact that it will never die and as low as it gets it will surely rise again.

We should not doubt the power of bitcoin. As long as the community is developing, bitcoin will soon return.

Well there was an SEC meeting yesterday, and of course the old, ignorant men spoke about all of Bitcoin's weaknesses, and none of its strengths. The fact that Bitcoin stayed stable throughout this important talk just shows that it still has plenty of strength left behind it. It's unlikely we'll see the all time high this year, but Bitcoin should at least remain stable.

Everyone is just speculating nobody knows what will happen to bitcoin. I guess reason why many people are a bit negative about bitcoin is because they think what bitcoin witness about massive hicke in price last year will continue but since the beginning of this year the drastic fall in bitcoin price has make many think otherwise while they think bitcoin might be sinking since the price is not coming up. well for the real crypto maniac, this situation is not new to them and for the people who already pack bitcoin full in their suitcase when price of a bitcoin is less than $100 they have nothing to lose rather than to seat back relax and watch the miracle coming to bitcoin.

Everywhere bitcoin is predicted to die, call it a bubble, they say that this is a financial pyramid, I think these companies are aimed at large masses of people so that the crypto currency is less popular and not captured by people before states can subordinate or regulate them.

Just in the last week there was a price surge of bitcoins. He almost rose from 6,000 dollars in price to 7400 dollars a day. So the alarmists became quiet. If he had risen to at least 9,000 - 10,000 dollars, the demand for bitcoin would start growing again and the whole market would finally start to rise.

They're just people panicking at market prices, and do not get too frantic about people's words. Bitcoin is not dead and just down the price due to unbalanced market because many sellers are panicking. Believing in bitcoin, bitcoin will survive and increase in price.

They are just around the forum and waiting for the perfect opportunity to blast bitcoin again, once we see another steep decline. That's how paid shill works, most of the time they hibernate and will go out of their cave once that opportunity arise to attack bitcoin. So I hope that you do learn your lessons from them, bitcoin will not die just because the price or the market is struggling, is a process, it will go up and then later will go down because it can't go parabolic forever. Those doubters are eating their words now and are all hiding. Lol.

Actually we can not predict the bitcoin simply because we do not know the future bitcoin will die or bitcoin will live forever.
As long as I know about bitcoin that if there are still many people who trust bitcoin as a survival guide because bitcoin provides an advantage then I'm sure bitcoin will soon come back to dominate the existing market so the popularity of bitcoin begins to appear quickly.

We worked the classic 5-wave triangle with an exit upward, finding support in the first zone I described yesterday. Now we are testing 7400 not quite good volume. The local lateral range is 7300-7400. Theoretically, somewhere there is the end of the corrective wave B, after which the wave C will begin in the region 7050-7150.

I think the people who said that Bitcoin is dead, they do not do analysis both technically or fundamentally. From that analysis, I believe that Bitcoin reversal is on the way and now it has been started.

Right now the situation is very interesting. Most alts are dropping, likely minor correction but BTC is holding its new ground and even going up a bit. This is very rare situation usually alts are following BTC closely going and overreacting.

It will be even more interesting to see what will happen in near future ,wll btc go even higher. Realist in me is saying that thid growth is not sustainable with no new money.

I have never taught or even think of botcoin as dead but rather i was always convinced and highly motivated by the principles and legalities of cryptocurrency and was sure that in deed bitcoin will rise. This is just the biggining, we are rising and rising.

Don't let it bother you if you here things like "bitcoin is dead" because you know for sure that bitcoin is strongly alive. I hope they did not stop you from investing when the price was very low? Saying all sorts of negative things may also be a strategy to buy at lower price

it will always be like that, and i do not think that there is something that can easily stop bitcoin as of now, so the only thing that you can do is just to continue investing on it as much as you can, that is the best thing that you can actually do

I agree with the subject,  those people that are always negative with btc are those who had only half trust and tend to doubt if btc undergoes a huge dip.  These people do not bave patience and just wanted to earn immediately with their investment.  Now,  btc had proved to the people that it has the capability to pump when the right time comes and now this is the time.

aside from all the other coins, bitcoin is always going to go higher, maybe sometimes it will take some time, but that is normal and it has been the same since the beggining of everything, that is the reason of why we need to give it some time

I agree on that, sometimes we need to be patient enough in order to achieve or to find what where looking for. Just like the saying "Patient is a virtue". For me bitcoin rise didn`t stop for a second, something is always happening, bitcoin is always growing. I think this is now the beginning of rising. And this is what the expert speculation begin. Maybe time is really important and I think the end of the year 2018 is near. yes i think so seeing some pumps on bitcoin market price but relatively since the increase needs a huge money ton for its raise definitely from the pump it invovles more investors a pool specifically with lots of money involved that made the bitcoin market price to pump. I see the btc has started to rise gradually which is a good indication for the crypto world and other alt currencies. Now from this month we will see rise in all the assets as well due to currency deficits as well. I would  wait with the portfolios I am holding and would also sell at good returns as well.

Looking at the price of Bitcoin last year and the other year, price of Bitcoin will start to go up on the 2nd half of the year and Bitcoin will reach its peak by Last week of November or ist 2 weeks of December. Last 2017, all time high was set last December. We also see a lot of positive news about Bitcoin which maybe is the reason why there's a sudden 15% increase in just 24 hours.

Bitcoin has not stopped here but bitcoin will go back up as it did in the last year if as people say my dead bitcoin does not agree and bitcoin will definitely go back to the highest level until the end of the year.

Increase in demand for bitcoin
Higher mining fee to miners
Difficulty increament and decreament
Other factors like govt of different countries accepting bitcoin
Bitcoin exchanges themselves
Big updates and news about bitcoin hacking, stealing etc

We should keep all this factors in mind before judging the fall or rise of bitcoin.

nobody knows the bitcoin price will go up or it will come back, maybe a lot of trading techniques that can know the market price will go up or down, but they really can not confirm the technique, this market price can change at any time.

Those who say "Bitcoin will die" maybe they want bitcoin prices to go down, and they can buy as much bitcoin, after which they will say "Bitcoin will never die", haha smart, this is a fundamental technique that makes traders think hesitantly.

Look at where bitcoin was just one year ago, maybe a 1.5 years.  Even if it was pinned at $6500 forever, it still would represent a huge gain in a very small amount of time.  Ain't dead by any means.  Glad to see it finally rising I can tell you.  I wouldn't want it flatlined at any price for long, else people would lose interest just like they've lost interest in buying silver.  Price gains beget price gains in any market.

As far as I see from the market, bitcoin price remains at $7400 for three days. A slight price movement has been observe but it doesn't move upward to $7500 or go down below $7000. Yeah hopefully it will continue but i am also worried on eth because it seems like more people are dumping their eth holding and convert to bitcoin as it is only seen that bitcoin gaining large percentage of market price increase while ether has dropped its market price. Well whatever it is i know that there is something huge in the near future with these crypto.

In my own opinion, the rise of bitcoins will just continue because people already know how cryptocurrency is very profitable today and that is the reason why bitcoins will never die and it was really good for long term investment.

Bitcoins will rise depending on the investors because the prices are always depending into supply and demand so we can expect higher prices if everyone will keep on holding investing in the market.

I'm hoping that will push a bull run but it seems we need to wait another weeks or months to see a good rally. Be patient, sooner this will happen and we get our rewards for holding.

Yeah it pushed past several resistances really quickly. I'm quite surprised at the degree of speed that it spiked through them. The 8500 level is a bit tougher though. If it can break through there, 9000 is the next one that could hold it for a bit.

It looks like consolidation right now though. No major movements up or down, just a faint shudder. The upside trends still hold strong but there looks like it is going to bounce off the 8000 level a few more times before thinking about heading up again.

I agree with you buddy. Bitcoin will definitely go down to 8000 before it will rise to 9000. And I am quite shocked to see the altcoins didn't follow. Im hoping everthing will rise this mid-August. Now we're bouncing around the 7000 level... didn't quite expect this much of a retrace. I figured that 7500 would be the furthest it could drop because of that downtrend it broke through. Very often an asset will shoot through that trend, bounce off it a couple of times, and the skyrocket back up again.

But bitcoin does tend to pass through lines because it's makes such big movements. It's kind of like a Husky puppy with huge paws, slipping and sliding all over the place as it learns how to run. Hopefully it comes back up again here soon.
