Bitcoin dominance is gradually increasing , this means Bitcoin is ready to moon. the same situation happened last year , first btc dominance increased then  LTC and ETH.

how about your views?

This month I tried to find money for investing in Altcoin. I think that in a year it will be possible to get a profit of 100-200%.  ;)

Yeah I think the Bitcoin dominance increasing creates a catalyst for the altcoins to explode.  I stupidly jumped onto the alt coins to early this cycle and am missing this Bitcoin run up.  Very painful to watch.  Hopefully at the end of this cycle I will be able to exit at a good time and not keep mucking it up.

BTC Dominance is 45.3% now - it's growing but altcoins are dumping. That means people sell their alts for bitcoin. But ETF is not approved yet so maybe it's better to wait for the approval?

Yes indeed it is a very good sign of green market, but I believed bitcoin will start its bull run in september. Thats why we need to buy more bitcoin today while its not that high, its gonna be a big profit we can grab if december comes.

Yes bitcoin has recovered much and has taken over the market again. Soon this will reach a high peak and other alts will follow it too. The bull run has started finally after a long bearish market.

Well, this does seem like a good news. But we should start to celebrate just yet and then get our hopes up. We need to speculate the market and then see if it is really happening or not. And then come to decision regarding what to do.

It looks promising this year. Bitcoin is going to have a pump in 2018 as many experts saying. And it may have an influence on the growth of some other cryptocurrencies like EThereum Coin and Litecoin etc. Though crypto world is uncertain. Let’s hope for the best.

It's good news for cryptocurrency in general.  Whatever happens to bitcoin will directly impact the price of Altcoin as well.  I see bitcoin breaking, ten thousand dollars very soon then we can move from there upward.

BTC Dominance: 46.8% This really does not want it to happen. Market capitalization has not increased. And Bitcoin increased. People are trying to sell all Altcoin they have to Fomo bitcoin. This means that Altcoin's prices will go down very deep. It is good if Marketcap increases to 350-400$ billion

Bitcoin is in a good condition now. It seems like it is ready for a massive bull run. I think bitcoin can break previous records this year. It will be a great news for all BTC owners then.

The increase should not excite the people just yet. The market is very unpredictable and even when the market is in going for a bull run, the price still fluctuates a lot. So, we still need to wait a little bit more and see what happens next.

Yeah the growth of Bitcoin this year is quite good. Experts are saying that this bitcoin is going to surpass several milestones this year. Some are saying that it will go around 50k USD. I think it will go to a great amount and LTC and ETH will show some good growth also.

Though ETH hasn't increased at a similar rate like last time but there is huge possibility for BTC to skyrocket again. After the dip BTC has recovered in a very fast manner, if it can keep it up then it may rise beyond the 20,000$ cap of last time. Right now the market and worldwide situations surrounding BTC look very promising.

     Definitely Bitcoin dominate cryptocurrency as usual, and Yes maybe prediction will become true because we've been in 3 weeks already of price increasing but unfortunately it's only Bitcoin and the altcoin like ETH and other altcoins was remains in bottom with a very low price.

I am pretty sure that most investors are having regrets not buying BTC when it reached $5900 and I am one of those. What I do not expect is that most altcoins are still in red which is very unusual to me. The market should be in green right now but what happening is the opposite. This might be a false break out for BTC but so I will continue observing the market right now.

not a big deal btc will always remain the dominant crypto but i think this year btc will not meet to the expectations of the analysts and btc will remain between 12k - 13k

BTC has recovered in a very fast way, if it can continue to rise then it may go up beyond $ 20,000 last time. Currently the market and the world situation around BTC looks very promising. Although ETH does not increase at the same level as last time but there is a big possibility for BTC to skyrocket again.

Yeah, it is definitely a good sign for all of us. But we should be aware of another bull trap, this stuff happened too often last time, so why not? As for now, there no confirmation of reverse, we are still in the bear market.

We have already seen how bitcoin grows and how it falls, as the green chart turns into red, do not rejoice ahead of time, it all depends on the market regulators.

Don't forget that unlike the bullrun of 2017, in 2018 there are Bitcoin futures, so people will be shorting the entire bullrun, which will keep it in check.

Everything that happens in a market is not all about moon only. The value increasing over time in the short trend and money coming into the market does not mean it would just bring about a mooning scenario all of a sudden. Sure, we may see some good movement soon in the market, but the question we should be asking is how long is this going to be before the bear phase continues. The good thing however is that the market is still good for the long term and those who want to be holding long should be trying to see where to get in eventually, but for now, there is no mooning this year as far as I am concerned until we at least break the psychological resistance with a very good volume.

Yeah sure btc is showing a great sign at the moment surpassing the 8k price is really  a good sign for btc and it could be a sign for a new bull run to come but no one knows for sure, let's watch and see.

BTC dominance is increasing on rumors of ETF implemention, but SEC has right to postpone decision to february and I do think that they postpone final decision to 2019 year. Let's see, guys. Anyway currently is better to hold your money in BTC,rather than in alts

We had similar situation last year hype when BTC had parabolic rise and it`s dominance was 67%  then it went down to 33%
Last week the BTC dominance increased like 5% in 5 days. It can easily reach 60% again if there will be approval for ETF in September.

We are waiting for good news in September from the ETF. If the ETF gives a green light, it is quite likely that the altcoins will also grow after the bitcoin. So by winter I hope for a good market revival!)

its really amazing to see bitcoin dominance almost reach 5k. This is a sign that bull run going to come and i do hope in next month bitcoin could reach atleast 10k and altcoin will getting pump too. The etf will decide our fate in september. But i do hear there is some etf that got rejected. But dont lose hope yet, there is still chance for bitcoin to be approved as etf.

Definitely beyond any doubt btc is giving an incredible hint right now outperforming the 8k cost is extremely a decent sign for btc and it could be an indication for another bull rushed to come however nobody knows without a doubt, we should watch and see.

BTC dominance were increasing not because of the bitcoin prices increases,just for the altcoin prices were falling heavily when compare to the fall in bitcoin prices,so we don't need to consider about the dominance level too much for now,maybe the price will increase towards the end of year but I doubt that it will skyrocket again like what happened in 2017.

Up until now, we are still waiting on when is the next bull run of Bitcoin. It is not immediately after an increase in the Bitcoin's dominance. I think that the start of the September is the time wherein we will see some changes in Bitcoin. Be it a negative change or positive look. Of course we're hoping for the latter.

Yes, its an identical situation to last year but I am worried as the bitcoin dominance is increasing by sucking the altcoin no fresh influx of money is happening as we can see overall market cap is not increasing it is rather gradually decreasing. So until we see some spike in market cap I don't see this as a good sign for the market.

The recent hype of bitcoin ETF rejection has rather made bitcoin even more popular than it used to be before this ETF rejection exploded in the industry. This was meant to be a bad news but it has rather turned out to be a positive outcome for btc. The hype alone is very good for the industry and it is only time that will lead us to the acceptance of this ETF thing.

bitcoin price is the same, bitcoin supply is more or less the same so its market cap which is price * supply is still the same.
now you see its "dominance" increasing which is bitcoin market cap / total market cap.
altcoin supplies is increasing a lot, the total market cap is decreasing.

it is simple elementary math! all of the above means altcoins are losing their price. aka they are getting dumped hard. this is a red signal for altcoins which is telling you to get out fast :D

Yes, I agree, bitcoin is ready to go up. Level $6000 was too hard to beat and bears ran out of power. So now I will wait to see if BTC go above $7000 next week and above $10000 in September.

I do not think bitcoin is increasing gradually because the market is still in dip and it does not look like it will recover soon but I am sure as long as the crypto is concerned, the price will recover and then price of coin will rise. I don't think that means green signal, bitcoin has always had a lot of dominance over the other coins and no matter how much the market suffers, it always will. What we should be worried about is the rate at which people are buying the coins and the demand. This is what matters if we are looking for a green signal. There is not enough increase in the prices of the coins to call it that.

The market dropped again few days ago. That made lots of people hopeless. I think those green signals were temporary signals. Because now you know what has happened even you saw some green signals when you started this thread.

If I think it depends on the market, if everything goes up, I make sure the price of Bitcoin goes up.
But if the price of Bitcoin goes down then all altcoins are also reduced in price and all of them cannot be predicted.

That is most likely the condition of the cryptocurrency market, when ever BTC is rising then another coins will start to follow it steps.
So if this next few month BTC to rise so high, i hope that the altcoin will be able to follow its steps too.
