We are launching a competition for a logo design to be used alongside the Eonbot brand, for example our launching website and GUI.

The competition will only pay the 1st place. The prize is 0.05BTC, and will be escrowed by Lauda (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=101872).


You will have 7 days from the time of this posting to submit your entries. All entries should be posted in this thread. The winner of the competition will be decided the day after the competition ends.

Guidelines for the logo:

- Simplistic design
- 2D
- 2-3 main colors
- Resembles automation and/or trading

Example colors (doesn't have to be these ones):

Dark:  #1a1d22;
Red : #DB3A34;
Green : #27AE60;
Blue :  #1993B8;

The original files are high res but I reduced the file size for a quicker load time.

As a monogram expert, there are some  tips and mentions I would like to make:
1) All the Logos I made could be edited and change
2) I do not put the watermark on logos, but if used or idea copied without permission I have the option to sue the company
3) Logos are made by me no edits and so on
4) there are no variations of single concept but of course, it could be fit to your taste.
5) You should be able to promote your brand without any word, so strong and different logo is essential
6) Robotics and Crypto charts being overused and cannot be related so that would be too mainstream.

All this bounty seems little shady to be honest, my guess is they needed ideas to fit the brand, the bounty was so big many tried. Lets see we will check it out from the results, if they will be available any time soon

The funds are escrowed by Lauda who is one of the most trusted users in the forum. So I don't think they can cheat on us after giving away the funds to her. I was just concerned because it has been a lot later than the actual time they said they would pick the winner.

Since the fund is Escrow by Lauda,the winner will get the amount for sure.From the beginning the Eonbot is moving in legit manner.So we no need to worry about the prize amount .I had checked the entries,it's more than 60.Selecting one among the sixty entries is not a easy job.Due to this ,he may delay to announce the result.We have to understand their difficulty to choose a winner.

I did not mean that, the thing is and what many companies are doing that, they escrow but from participants, there is someone from their team with, experience. Giving him submission and making him win. This happened few times for few companies, while they need just for generating ideas and rest is doing their illustrator. because the hard part is brainstorm and the idea behind logo, if concept is good anyone rebrand it anytime. Hope this one is not the case couse tried pretty hard  ;D

Maybe there are companies who do these things, but this doesn't seem to be one of 'em to me. Because, I believe people would still participate to try their luck to win some money if the funds weren't even escrowed, and that would still generate the ideas they might would have been looking for, but they escrowed the funds to make sure that even good designers get to take part in it and they get quality content. At least that is how I see it, and to be honest, we all have worked pretty hard on this thing, for sure.

As I said inside job. Guys first activity on bitcointalk was this post and this submission and applying logo to branding and just examples does not make it good this was not even my top 5 of submissions. Hypocrisy!

If you actually checked his posting history, like I did, you would have noticed he's applied to numerous logo contests with high end logos. Your entry to this contest, however, is your first forum post, so I'd assume it would be even more suspicious if we picked your logo as the winner?

In most case less color will look better (more elegance/professional) even if it only 1 or 2 difference, but since you write that you need a logo with at least 2/3 main color, so most of the participants follow that guideline.
Afterall this is your decision and your project, but if you have other competition better not put any guidelines if it is not necessary, so the participants may freely explore their idea,

We did that, exactly. All this time, thinking about how to resemble trading and automation in the logo, and design it accordingly, and when we did that, the winner comes out from a corner with none of the resemblances mentioned by them.

I can assure you i have no previous contacts with Eon team what so ever.
I am legit graphic designer for more then 10 years IRL and this account is almost 1 year old.
You can look up my last posts, i do only logo contests.

Jeezus why so much hate here , clearly in this contest was only FEW good designs and all others was just amateurish drawings.
Keep calm guys and and practice more.

I believe ppl are not happy about eon team's decision by not following their own guidelines.

FYI, "Doesn't have to look anything like this" means you can make a logo similar to this, but you don't have to, it's up to you.

Also to anyone saying the logo didn't meet the guidelines, don't forget this: guidelines =/= requirements

Guidelines are just to help people to come up with ideas, I specifically mentioned the logo DOESN'T have to look anything like what the guidelines say.

I know this guy from logo contest a year ago that was my first time creating a logo and also using photoshop. And he also won that contest. I know that there is a profesional men behind this alt account. Congrats man this is sign that we need to do more practice, We need to Accept defeat. If you all have experince at design contest,you will know the truth of pain of competition.i did it over 3 years.

So be honest,dont be protest to contest holder or owner,because you can't said fair or not fair,all decision is from client,because logo between like or dislike by client.

I don't participate in this campaign.Nothing to jealous in this for me. And it's seems like the altaccount of the Eonbot.If you have a doubt, you can check the post history of that guy.Some may use this altaccount to post a logo alone.And who's know,it may be Eonbot.My concern is,why he should waste the time of other people.I had found many best logo in this as compared to logoguy .

I agree that this competition did seem a little fishy.
Firstly, only offering a prize to first place is strange. This whole thing seems to have been a setup to generate hype, when they already had a design created.
I knew this from the start and chose to take a gamble with the competition anyway, but not all gambles pay off.
