I'm not sure if in the future Bitcoin will be the digital currency that helps everyone in the world, but hopefully Bitcoin can be said that way in the future, a lot of negative issues that lead to bitcoin now, and not many people think that these issues are related to falling Bitcoin prices. Bitcoin alone in my opinion can be said to be not safe to be chosen as your investment instrument. Apart from uncontrolled price fluctuations and only relying on speculation, bitcoin is also not protected by legal institutions, therefore there are not many crimes found in Bitcoin itself.

The existence of phishing, scammers and others, one of the reasons why fraud and closing of fake companies often take on the name of bitcoin investments is because of its decentralized nature. That is, bitcoin systems that do not have central authority to regulate their circulation. This also causes the value of bitcoin to be very volatile.

What really happened? Is it true that the price of Bitcoin is down because of these things? how to handle it? while Bitcoin itself is not protected by legal institutions?

the volatility is because of the smaller nature of the bitcoin market and the fact that it is still growing by the millions at a time each time there is a rise.

I hear a lot of news about Bitcoin in my country, and many articles say that negative issues like the crime in Bitcoin like phishing crimes, scammers, fake websites that cause the price of Bitcoin decreases, I always look and read news / articles explaining about the development of Bitcoin, and most say that those issues are related to the Bitcoin price, so I ask if this is true? is it true that the price of Bitcoin declines because of such issues?

no bitcoin price didn't go down because some scams have been happening. it is the other way around. meaning because bitcoin price went up and bitcoin became more popular, more people came in some of which were scumbags so the number of scams grew more.

I can not say anything, it is already the case, but I applaud the power of bitcoin, behind the issue of negative issues that hit bitcoin, bitcoin prices are always high. Governments in each country should make legal regulations related to the use of bitcoin.

"Not safe" from what? Bitcoin is an "investment instrument" that cannot be taken away from you by the government. It is one of the most secure and safest.

Every coin has  two sides so same goes with Bitcoin. Concerns are valid that it has no legal protection in most of the countries in the world but in the other hand  there are so many counties in world with unstable currencies that it will good option for them.

As far as investment is concerned the do not invest that you cannot afford to lose.

If scammers are scamming peoples via bitcoin than their is no effect for bitcoin price and everyone know bitcoin market is volatile because of Demand and supply so price movement is possible. but now many peoples spreading negativity who don't like bitcoin and blockchain technology but always bitcoin give a big slaps to their hatters when price go high.

I don't know the reason why but You should analyse both side of each problems, not only focus on negative one

I don't think those are issues of bitcoin. Phishing already exist even before bitcoin, paypal was being copied over and over and send to paypal users every time. There are probably more people victimize by phishing with paypal pages than with bitcoin online wallets and phishing page of this forum itself. Scammers exist way before bitcoin,  its also the problem even with fiat.

Bitcoin is the most promising coin in a history of crypto and can gives a great opportunity that a person can earn upon investment and or in a crypto trading and with this, there are more and more stories created because of its popularity and some observers on this field makes some negative comments maybe because they have not yet experienced the true taste of what crypto can brings. I apologize for my mistake, but in this case I include it from the news and articles that I have read before, of course in my own country, all news about the negative issue of Bitcoin explains that most articles say Bitcoin prices are getting lower due the existence of things like that, actually I also didn't believe that before, but news / articles often display negative things about the price of Bitcoin.

I think that these whale manipulators where behind to these people who wanted to drag bitcoin making some negative issues abut such currency especially by some media outlets. They make some negative issues to let bitcoin make a down trend market since these whales will be buying more btc at a lower price thus making them bigger profit once btc will make a pump again.

For me this is only a fake news about it,look at the bitcoin now its still recovering and the community of it was still increasing and increasing so for me the bad news about it is slightly bad causing about the price of it.

The negative news on bitcoin are now starting to fade and a new kind of trend is replacing it. Positive news on bitcoin are now surfacing like mushrooms non-stop. This display will be a good publicity for bitcoin and this may give us a good profit on December. This is not true, scams aren't the main reason every time Bitcoin goes down. You can't stop these scams they'll always be there no matter what happens the only thing we can do is to warn the others about these scams. There are a lot of negative things about bitcoin and a lot of positive things too, so we have to move ahead counting on positive things, we just can't move on with negative things. Bitcoin has got a huge potential to contribute a lot to the world economy. It has already proved its worth, that's why, its popularity is sharply increasing all over the world.

Negative news always in bitcoin but bitcoin never affected that because bitcoin is like a wheel rolling up and down like the value of bitcoin sometimes up and down this is normal in all investment. Negative news never affect on what happen on bitcoin value.

Yes, you are right many people don't how to use the technology behind it. Without knowing anything they will invest into bitcoin by seeing others income, after that, they might lose their value and this makes them think negative about the bitcoin price. Well just don't only focus on the negative news. There will be no effect to the value of bitcoin just only because of those negative news. They are just trying to bring down bitcoin.

Satoshi Nakamoto implemented decentralization of the technology to protect Bitcoin from centralized control. He did not want corrupt governments to stop Bitcoin, so he developed a global decentralized network that would be near impossible to stop.

It also strengthens the security and also makes it impossible for people to tamper with the data that are stored in the Blockchain.

It was not developed for scammers and black hat hacker to hide their activities, but unfortunately they use any technology where money can be extorted or stolen from innocent victims.

I think your statement needs some correction. Bitcoin is not the root of scams. On the contrary, Bitcoin is a tool misused by a group of evils. Bitcoin was famous among investors and its price had gone up like a mad. Taking advantage of these, that group of evil used Bitcoin's reputation to hoodwink gullible investors into their scheme to scam money. You see, not Bitcoin but human is who to be blamed.

I agree with you that Bitcoin has many shortcomings because it's in its infancy stage and problems are unavoidable. But I don't think problems you mentioned are key reasons for Bitcoin high volatility since those problems also happen to fiat and other assets, not Bitcoin. Take scammers as an example. Didn't scammers happen until Bitcoin was created and traded? No. Scammers had happened even when Bitcoin wasn't created.

The thing about scamming is bitcoin was not the first, nor the only instrument to be exposed to it. Look at insider trading and ponzi schemes with stocks on wall street. Those have been around much longer and have probably victimized many more than bitcoin has. The bitcoin scamming just gets over-publicized because the mainstream media is against bitcoin and want to stain its name any way that they can.

In my opinion, scammers and phishing don't affect Bitcoin that much. Compared to currencies in the world, Bitcoin isn't backed and manipulated by governments. Thus, with fluctuant demand and supply, Bitcoin price is greatly variable.

I suppose Bitcoin high volatility is due to pumping and dumping. Pumper will create many clone accounts to enter Bitcoin forum with the view to spreading fake reports and appealing others to buy Bitcoin. When people start to buy in huge numbers, the price goes up fueling the buzz even further. When the coin hits the high point player begin to sell off their coins in portions leading to the creation of a dumping phase. As for scams, they had appeared long before Bitcoin was created. It will somewhat affect investors' decision but I don't think it's the key reason.

Actually, people has their own decisions so bitcoin and it's system is not the problem. Even it's very volatile or not we cannot do something for this because this is what the system is and we have our choice we have the right to decide to adapting it or no. However, in regards to scammers, well, i could say that in any places there are the scammers and foolish people that can do everything just for the sake of money so the main problem to this issues is non other than the people on itself because bitcoin is only just a system and people are the one who can able to handled it so it's really up to us on how we can used it either in appropriate or improper way.

the negative news about bitcoin is always there, and if you know, today bitcoin prices have grown very rapidly compared to 4 years ago, whereas very much negative news about bitcoin. does it have an effect on bitcoin development? I do not think so.
security? of course blockchain technology ensures the security of bitcoin transactions. about phishing I think it's very common, because it's not just happening to bitcoin, but it can also happen to FIAT currency.

the negative news can give effect to bitcoin price and if you can check in the past if one negative news comes out, many people get panic and they did fast selling their bitcoin because they want to get their money back. but right now, although people become smart and not listen to that negative news, still it gives effect to the price and sometimes, the price is down. but the big effect for the bitcoin price is when the exchange is hacking and they lose a big amount of money and this will make the price get dump too hard.

I don't mean to judge bitcoin but we have to see all negative and positive things to have a multi-dimensional view about the cryptocurrency not just bitcoin, so I think negative is needed.

Bitcoin does not feature technological innovation and improvement so many bitcoin users are turning to altcoin. The small block size in bitcoins also makes bitcoin users less comfortable in transactions using bitcoins. In addition, weak controls make this bitcoin more widely used for negative transactions rather than positive transactions. In the future, hopefully bitcoin can update the system so that bitcoin can only be used for good transactions. Maybe that's my little extra.

From reading what you wrote there it almost seems like you're promoting Bitcoin rather than criticizing it. Weak controls? As opposed to what? What situation of controls is going to be a net positive for something that's supposed to be decentralized?

yes, bitcoin does have a lot of negative sides, but it's in the view of bitcoin haters.

Negatives issues are coming from those negative people who hate bitcoin.Even there are negative issues bitcoin will always remain as the number one crypto it will remain strong.

I have come to learn in my years in this market that that is already a constant. Once you have come to learn about this market works, and how it's coins gain and lose value. You would somehow note that there are so many things that affects its, and unfortunately, most of them are negative and that it really affects the market in a bad way. However, the beauty of this market comes from the fact that it can recuperate and find ways to still rise up despite having so many obstacles.

Now a days many people using bitcoin in many ways. And recently some unexpected incidents happened in many countries. That's why some of them making issues but it is not btc that is making them talking it is the market value and popularity making them jealous. So negative issues are not going to stop btc it will rise and rule again.

When it comes to negativity, users who doesn't find a perfect opportunity to profit big initiate negative speculation against the growth. What you say is true, and that's part of the problem that causes the decline in the price of bitcoin. Like the ban on using bitcoin. Certainly a factor that influences the development of bitcoin in the future. Negative opinions in fact, everywhere there are about all projects and not only about Bitcoin. As in the world there is good and evil, positive and negative and other opposites. All good projects have their enemies and not well-wishers and this is the usual situation.

I don't think too serious with the negative issues about bitcoin because I know this will only want to make bitcoin getting weak and makes the price to get down. and if somehow the price is really getting down, then I don't panic and I only waiting for a while until the price can increase and if the price does not increase, then I will buy more bitcoin while the price is in the lower price. I am sure that the bitcoin price can be back to the highest price and I still waiting to see the price increase again.

for me people who are negative about bitcoin do not know what bitcoin. because there are people who invest in bitcoin that they do not know how to grow their money then when they invest in their investment they blame the bitcoin. I think that's not the fault of bitcoin because it's just the investment that's my problem because I'm also investing but I know how to grow my money.

This is true almost 70% negative issues about bitcoin because  of many scammers entering there job and it can be a big impact for all the members trying effort to earned but the same time they will not follow the rules under there business.

bitcoin has become the king of cryptocurrncy. Therefore many people are trying to bring down Bitcoin. spreading FUD is one of their ways to drop people's view of Bitcoin.

Those issues are a recycled news made by whales who manipulate Bitcoin price. These issues has been overcome by Bitcoin long time ago and it will overcome this kind of issue again and again. They are trying to suppress Bitcoin and many new players wants to buy at the lowest price as possible.

As long as there is no government back-up on cryptocurrency at this stage, then there is still a 50/50 chance of success in it flourishing. We do have different point of views on bitcoin, some are into bitcoin and some are against to it. We cant stop people spreading bad news about bitcoin. So i suggest that dont entertain them because if you do, you'll just get headache and false informations that will make your investments to fall. The major negative issues is that 60 percentage of the people cannot handle the bitcoin .

It's not really a matter of fact. You can take them as normal. Because now it has become common now. If there is a reduction in Bitcoin prices due to any reason, various bad comments are coming from different directions. These friends are only good times.
