Title: ✈️✈️✈️ Will bitcoin recover? ✈️✈️✈️
Post by: aluslee on July 25, 2018, 03:07:43 PM
Bitcoin is currently sitting in votality in the market, though it is hard to predict how investors will react to the recent events.
Analysts have suggested that 2018 will be the year of cryptocurrencies, with prices ending the year above $20,000.
Wall Street hedge fund firm Fundstrat’s CEO Tom Lee has regularly predicted bitcoin to exceed expectations in 2018, with prices rushing past $25,000!!!  :-* :-* :-*

I think that now is very good time to buy bitcoin in long. Don't think it will fall back to $5000 again. Last chance to buy it cheap!

They say August 10 will be a significant event. And if everyone agrees on it, the cue ball will fly to the moon. Perhaps now we are seeing growth. People are hoping for further growth and are now buying BTC a little bit.

I think soon BTC go down and test 5000. Capitalization stands still, altcoins are getting cheaper. It seems someone deliberately blows up the BTC and buys down the falling altcoins.

Bitcoin will definitely recover from it's currently position and it's gonna surpass it's previous all time high which is $20,000 , just wait for SEC announcement as regard cryptocurrency in general and you will see great bull run

All the investors are know potential of Bitcoin so all are have some Bitcoin. If you hate this coin you will clearly mentioned the reason for this coin. But I hope this will going to moon on end of the year.

I think the same, bitcoin will recover and its price will be around 15-17k$ in this year so it is still profitable to invest in it and you will be able to collect earnings even in this year, of course longer holding could be better.

For the skeptics, the $8,200 is sustainable if you look at the steady growth in the past two weeks. I'm sure the next point mark is $10,000 which will then confirm the bull for this year and August is around too.

When a person in such a position with such a reputation declares such things, then I have no reason not to believe him, if it is a lie then he risks losing respect among people all over the world)))

$20,000 this year will be possible again because I believe this time after few months of dumping price it's time to pump the pricr again. I believe not only 20,000 possible to happen again to this year because it will increase more than 20,000 dollars.

Yes, Will not be surprised by that. Reality,
If bitcoin ETFs are formed and stimulated in August, the bitcoin value can break down barriers to FUDs or other external factors. It will really grow very fast and 20k is quite likely to pass. We are all waiting for this day.

Surely everyone except the shorters are expecting the btc to recover.

For me, even usd$10k for btc is a good news.

Anything above 10k is greater news.

Why so many airplane emojis in the title of this thread??

Anyways, Bitcoin has been already recovering. Tom Lee is a funny guy IMO, but he could be right about $25k by end of 2018. Bitcoin does make most of its gains the whole year in a period of 10 days. We could be at these price levels until December and then hit $25k. Once there is a true bull rally, it will blow your socks off quickly. Exactly like in December of 2017...

I think the btc is the mother of other crypto coin, so the future is still promising though the price is high.

$20K, $25K, $100K, everything is possible. There's a lot of media influence as to what price it could end this year. But the thing is, we still have a long way to go. Tom Lee, Mike N., all of them are very bullish and trying to be positive whenever they got the chance to be interview because they have a lot of stakes in the line. So for me, I wouldn't listen to all of this so-called experts, let bitcoin do its thing and lets wait and see what price it will go this 2018.

You shouldn't look to this year's chart only or the half of this year. Take a closer look and zoom out the charts since last year up to now and you'll see where should bitcoin recover? We are sticking to the thinking that bitcoin's stable price is around $20,000 while last year at the same month, it was $2,900+. Whatever are our expectations, bitcoin will reach another high and once it reached to the ceiling again everybody will start expecting another all time high again in the next level.

In fact it is very easy to predict how the price will react, if the ETF is approved then the price will increase, but if the ETF is disapproved then the price will fall

Eventhough the bearish market dominates the half of the year action in crypto, there are still lots of reasons to believed that another ATH will established "soon". Not a mandatory thing to happened in 2018 but surely it will happened. Im not really into price target every year so just go flow with the flow and do whatever things we should do to take advantage of every price trend.

The bitcoin ETF was rejected 2 times and I think they will propose again for a 3rd  and I hope with approval result.

The bitcoin price right now is burst decreasing after the news, but I don't know if the price will continuously drop below $8k.

Maybe we will see a big improvement of the price if they accept the proposal of the Winklevoss twins, the reason of proposal reject its because of offshore manipulation.

The volatility of the market is the reason why most of the investors is interested on trading since everyone who are investing a huge amount while the market price is dropping are earning a huge amount of profit due to the volatile market.

By recovery which means bitcoin to at least reach $20k again this year, it is possible although it still depends if the bull run continues or it will drop its price back down again. We still don’t know what will happen next because we still are on the 3rd quarter of the year and there’s still the last quarter then one would speculate this year is more bullish or not.

I don't think it will reach $20,000 this year, maybe $15,000 is high enough. With the current issues on crypto world, BTC have struggled to get back on its highest pick. As some countries trying to regulate cryptocurrencies, it affect big impact on BTC surge. But you never can tell as this market is so volatile, we can still assume that Bitcoin will get as high again like last year.

No doubt on it. There seems to be a back on track situation here. Though we experienced a down trend in last 6 months, the current situation should be smoothing and calming down. We can expect a bull run from August 25 to January 2nd and the 2nd half should be in favour of bitcoin holders now. Hope to have a minimum turn over by the end of this year. The value may hit minimum $15 and this is more than enough to who bought bitcoin between February 2018 to till date.

I think it's probably up to $ 20,000 in December. Bitcoin movement is on the rise. Those who do not believe bitcoin feel disappointed. This is a risk that has sold their coins. Because they do not believe that bitcoin survives.

Needless to say, bitcoin is slowly but surely recovering. But i really think that $25,000 is way to much. But then again i do believe that most of us were hoping that   history will repeat itself [price of bitcoin last December 2017, almost $20K]

Bitcoin moved that much because a year before it was halved.
which means the rewards were decreased by half, that was why they need a momentum to push the price up and accumulate more miners.
without miners Bitcoin can not survive, also it's because of hype.
as we can see, last year people were hyping it because it's listed on CME.
so the possibility it reachs that point is 0,because right now we have nothing.at best it will reach $19.000 but it won't surpass those level obviously.

Definitely, look at the movement recently
Although the bullish run has paused awhile, but we still hold on some good support level which is around the $8k these few day
