I see bitcoin prices are now starting to rise slowly, but the price of ethereum is currently no movement. is there too much fraud in ico now, so ethereum is not popular anymore?

The price if ETH has stagnated for a while now, even with upward movement of BTC.
I believe this represents the market favoring bitcoin over all altcoins as it is basically BTC that is making this bullish run.
A lot of people buy BTC to keep, but ETH is purchased mainly to use in buying other tokens or investing in ICO.
I Strongly believe ETH will soon be on the rise again and reach big heights this year.

Yes, buddy, the value of Etherium has no huge leap yet and It still remains at 400$ without having a huge drop in a couple of weeks. This proves that not all altcoins are dependent on Bitcoin whereas it's not affected by Bitcoin's ups and downs. Agree, the price value of ETH has not been doing any significant increase even if BTC had made a bull market in the previous week. I believe that this time, ETH could have less demand in terms of investment and supply of ETH is quite high surely this could somehow slow down the growth of eth in the crypto market.

For me price fluctuation in the region of 10% it is a flat. And it is not bad, taking into account recent uptrend. But I am afraid it won't be for long. Price eventually will go in some direction and I believe that it will go down and fall hard. But the market took the habit of deceiving everyone lately :)

I'm still confused by the current situation. Because I expected a rise of ETH. But it still doesn't show any good movements like BTC is having now. The market pattern of ETH is very good for going up now. But I don't see any good green candles yet.

Etherum is very slow in going up but once when he go up there are no way it is going down again. It really stable crypto and it is actually advance not something to be worried about.

Yes, I also saw that the price of Ethereum is almost unchanged, while Bitcoin moves in small steps. I think this is due to the fact that a significant part of the people who have invested and thus supported all Altcoins generally began to invest their money in Bitcoin, because they believe that in the winter it will multiply grow.

Dont worry about it mate, i am pretty sure that sooner or later, ethereum will pump too,  just wait and let see what will happen next,  if you believe in ethereum, hold onto it because after the pump in bitcoin,  altcoins will pump next.

It's not the problem of only ETH but the whole crypto market. We're still in the deep and dark time. Even though there are a lot of good news for cryptocurrency but the market still can't get recover.

I think if bitcoin price continues to increase then the price of ETH and other altcoin will not directly follow the increase, but if the price of bitcoin will be stabilized then I think the price of ETH and other altcoin will start to increase as well, because I think all the coin have their own strategies and not just see the other coins up and down as well. It is true that the price of ethereum is stagnant now even the bitcoin is starting to move up but at leasr it just stays in there rather thanto move down. As I  notice even before that after the rise of bitcoin the next that will going to move up is ethereum then bitcoin will slow down a bit that's the time alts will move up. I don't think its the reason. Its probably because of bitcoin increasing in value these days because of the good news people heard of about it. If ICO is the very reason then it should have a negative impact like decrease in value but its not the case. The rate of change is near to zero all through out. Most altcoins are also experiencing the same price movement so i believe that there is nothing new about upward price movement with ethereum. BTC always is the best priority of most investors so if you are seeing slow upward price movement with BTC, expect ETH to be slower.

It is getting there and it certainly is in a greater place than most of other coins but when bitcoin goes up in dollar price than the ethereum price stays the same in dollar value which means ethereum loses value in bitcoin price.

As i have check its ratio and proportion before relatively ethereum has been left behind i do  not know that if it is the part of the what they say that it is due to market price correction for cryptocurrency in the market. Its not that there's too much scam on ICO's. I think the demand for Ethereum is not that high for now that is why its not increasing its price. Some of the traders are just used to Ethereum's price riding along with bitcoin. As we all know, that is not the case. Ethereum has its own basis when it comes to price but if you notice, the price is a bit stagnant but its not going down. I think it will stay around $450-$500 and can go up anytime. When bitcoin drops again, I think more people will turn their attention to ETH.

Better believe it was as a rule deserted by bitcoin as far as market cost increment. As I have check its proportion and extent before generally ethereum has been deserted I don't have a clue about that in the event that it is the piece of the what they say that it is because of market value adjustment for cryptographic money in the market. I don't think we should be too much concerned with the price stagnation of ETH. As we see, during the last 2 weeks the crypt-market behaved differently than it was before. When the Bitcoin got pumped, the other coins didn't follow it as it happened always before. The other coins started growing a little bit later with a slight delay. And Ethereum also started to grow later and not that high as Bitcoin did. That is true. But I don't think there should be big concerns about that because, as we see, when Bitcoin started to dump, altcoins followed it with the slight delay too. I think Ethereum still has big potential and its price at the moment is attractingly low. I think buying it for 400-430$ is a very good investment, as it can easily reach 500$ in a single day.

The price of ethereum is influenced by bitcoin and bitcoin too is now in red zone. So you can expect ethereum price to increase; but all I know is that the going down and no positive yielding of ethereum is just down to market being down. When the market comes out of decline state, ethereum price will start moving up again.

Eth has too many conpetitors. Some ICO now are not using eth platform. They are using ardor, stellar, and achain. The gas cost too send token is too high and it is costly. THAT IS  one of the reasons. To send a small amount of token need 0.0002 gas. This is expensive. Ethereum can' t be money in alll ways because the cost is too high

This pattern is fairly typical for this kind of market. Bitcoin has obviously taken a beating this year, and at the moment it’s alts which link up closely with Ethereum. I’m hopeful we’ve seen the bottom. It could be a rocky ride for a while longer but I’m optimistic for late this year.  Cheers!

I really do not know what is going on with ethereum right now, I cannot help but think that the price of ethereum is being manipulated at this point. The only movement we are seeing with ethereum is when the price is falling and nothing else. Even when the price of bitcoin is going up, eth seems to not be following that trend. I sure hope the coin starts doing better soon because I have a lot of stake in it.

We have the same thinking with regards to the huge potential of ethereum to beat its ATH. We just have to be patient as it takes time before it could surpass its last ATH earlier this year if I'm not mistaken. Just like bitcoin that it took a couple of years before it had reach its pricey value as today. For the mean time it still good to invest with ethereum and other altcoins and just hold til its value goes up and reach the moon.

The market in general has been quite stable for now. Bitcoin and Ethereum have maintained a certain range of price for some weeks now. Ethereum is taking time to recover from the massive fall it had some few weeks back.

well sometimes the ICO's coming out is the cause of the low price since many people are just bringing out too many project and all investors are afraid of investing in any project currently. in nurshel they back out from ethereum moved to bitcoin that is why  bitcoin has been adding values more than ethereum.

The price of eth does not grow due to the fact that bitcoin does not show bullish sentiment. Eth is a very popular and progressive coin which has huge potential. just need to buy it, relax and wait.
