I would like to warn other users. I have about 148,000,000 Ctmt  coins mined @cryptohub.org. Since 17/02.14 I am unable to cash them out. There is no contact with admin. Today he has locked my account. I am unable to log in.
I have exchanged couple of messages with "bitsta" - board member. This is his last:

"no i don't devend him. But i try to stay neutral between service provider and user
as long nobody scams.

i ve had enough with anoxy. i will contact him directly and otherwise remove his pool
from our site if he don't make a clean job. many users are writing me and on the board that they have issues with payout.

i know 100% that he is NO scammer. But now i know that he is 100% amateur
and not making good work not beeing enough online..
i won't buy the coins for coinex price. sorry if you sub 1 sat from coinexprice then i would
maybe buy them. But better to take them from anoxy and hold them.. you
will make nice profit with them.. And you can be sure, that you will get the coins from him.

Today I will report it to the police.
Anybody have any other ideas how to get my coins back?

I begins to mine today and set the auto payout to "500.000" Coins.
I received more then 2 Mio Coins.
Till any hours the auto payout doesnt works and my mined Coins are over 80kk.
Manuel payout doesnt works too.

I have stopped the mining there.

Same issue here. Not being able to withdraw.  :-\
Pity, because the pool has a really nice hashrate.

I hope they fix this issue soon. I bet more ppl, will join the pool.

My account is not locked.

I have sent couple of emails to admin...that is why they locked my account

so like many other users it was YOUR fault that you haven't set a autopayout.
so you have just to wait untill he gets online. His pool is working fine, and i am
also mining there without any issue.

The only thing which is probably not okay, is that anoxy isn't online
often enough. But he s a good guy and 100% NO SCAMMER!!!

SO this what you are doing here is the wrong path... good luck.

and to wait as it was your fault.

hi, you will get your payout, just wait and send ONE mail to anoxy. please not more as they will lose the
overview. also try it on their IRC channel. He was online every weekend. So just some patience.
YOU will get all your coins.

he was online becouse he locked my account ;)

everything is working fine. And cryptohub is actually the biggest pool running.

jacoo and many other users just forget to add a autopayout to the accountsettings. this is important
as you can not withdraw when you are over 21 mio.

Anoxys pool is a great service.
The only thing i blame anoxy for is not beeing online enough.

@jacoo: CALLING crptohub a scam is UNPOLITE AND NOT NICE AT ALL!
They provide a great service! I bet you have made many many manual
payouts.. anyway, they will give you your coins!

CRYPTOHUB IS WORKING FINE!! DON'T FORGET TO SET AUTOPAYOUT! IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS OVER 21 mio AND YOU HAVE NO AUTOPAYOUT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW!

I have create a new account for mining there and the autopayouts
works fine now !? But i dont know, why my first account dont payout

Those who are NOT making auto payments at once are will exceed the maximum amount of CTM.-
So please set auto payments when you register your account..

If you still have issues with payments please let me know.

Now make absolutely certain you have auto-payment enabled with a low enough threshold so that your massive mining speeds do not cause more than 21M coins to confirm at nearly the same time or you WILL have to wait patiently once again...

I suggest the OP update the title to this post with a more appropriate description (or at least that your issue has been solved)

So two, maybe three people is "a lot"?   Give me a break.. There are currently 421 active miners... 99.9% of which know to enable auto-payouts

Oh and what is that warning threshold, in RED, that displays...hmmmmm

Yet, you are crying scam because of 141 million?  Now that's funny...

what is your problem? If you do not understand why I have started this topic try to read first post couple of times, or ask someone to explain you

You saw the RED warning threshold that MPOS displays and CHOSE to ignore it.   Then instead of using the published resources (did you even bother to read the news post?), you immediately started crying scam (the sky is falling) - when the pool is working PERFECTLY fine.

Maybe you should listen to your own advice?   I don't like the fact that you call the pool a scam, yet refused to utilize the PUBLISHED SUPPORT resources.

I dont care what you like or dont like....I have made a huge loss becouse of this pool.

Once again blaming the pool, because YOU didn't setup auto payments OR use the resources that was provided to you for support

Server down? Nobody are mining?

I have requested my account be unlocked via e-mail around 3 or 4 times now with no response.

I have also utilized the reset password feature - to which I receive an email, follow the link - confirmed the password change is correct and then it still says my account is locked.

Can an Admin please unlock my Account / respond to my emails?

All pools on http://www.cryptohub.org/ seem to be down with the same message "This domain's bandwidth has been exceeded"

I'm going to go out on a limb and say he's run out of bandwidth :-P

I have two antminers humming away at ctm.cryptohub and my monitor shows they're still mining? Can't figure that one out just yet. I'm at work, so I guess I'll see when I get home tonight.

Logs, I have them too.


EDITED: Pools seem to be back up, and I did see payments come through to my wallet. I'm going to go with "growing pains" for CryptoHub. Just my opinion of course.

Still some problems with logging on, but perhaps you could be right in that this seems to be a growing up/learning curve problem.

It is quite feasible that the owner/admin of cryptohub might have misjudged the bandwidth requirements or numbers of miners joining the pool.

However, it seems that they are making the effort to sort out the mess and hopefully the come out smelling like roses.

I have never set up a pool or tried to administer one, so have no clue to what it entails and therefore wish them the best of luck

However i would like to advise them to be at the fore with info in future with info on problems and steps taken/being taken to alleviate any worries on miners' minds via transparency when glitches appear.

Preventing bad PR is just as important as fixing the glitches.

That way they can perhaps retain the miners.

My problem was not the same, they have a problem with credits now.
Credits for mining a Not showing up on dashboard or account.
Confirmed and unconfirmed sits at Zero, and no credits on account page after mining ~2 hours.

look at L92 I even found a block or 2 and no payment, after 25th these pictures from 27th april.
these pictures are very crappy but I got a pdf that's readable.
