I know for sure beginner is very difficult to be manager with good project except the developer of some good project.
For beginner who wants to be a bounty manager, what to do first?

First, you need to find an ICO or some that will hire you because that is the hardest part because sometimes they don't hire newbies next make sure you are good at organizing and creating the forms and creating a spreadsheet for the forms because that is the hardest part of the campaign next is make sure you create an appealing and a nice thread so you will have some participants and you need to moderate the thread well and check the stakes and weekly reports of the participants.

When you are look up a project, just go to their website and google the names of the team members. In fact, you can check out their LinkedIn profile too. If nothing concrete comes up, then you are dealing with not that competent a team.

would suggest to look for a good white paper as it the butter and bread of all ICO’s. A well-crafted whitepaper can define a generation. Just look at what Bitcoin’s whitepaper has done to this era.

A good bounty manager should be able to find solutions to the problems of those who join the campaign and make stake counts weekly. He can also find campaigns he can manage if he works professionally. A good website is also required :)

it’s better to be a participant substitute of a manager at first. Because it’s hard enough but if you really want to be you should have much experience and practice in this sphere.

I think you have to promoteand prepare yourself to be a manager with good project, you’ll have to do what your company needs. So try to improve your quality and get some experience

I really respect your ambition but the fact is a newbie never can't be approved or hire as a manager , if you developed a good project then the situation is different but if not then you have to go as per the steps and gather experience, and knowledge

I think it's better to ask the bounty managers. Maybe they'll share. But you will be an additional competitor for them. You just need to be in this topic as a fish in the water and be able to distinguish promising projects from .

Well, if there is no experience, good projects are unlikely to agree that you were the manager of bounty. It is better to be an assistant manager first to be in the know. But there is a minus that not all managers work with assistants.

being a manger of a project is a not easy thing for those who are new here,  this post ask for lot of experience and knowledge about the market , if can developed a project on your own then this is easy otherwise you have to join on ICO which is quite difficult to do,  but I wish a very good luck for the work.

It is very difficult for beginners to be a bounty manager but not impossible. If you work hard, you will definitely get the results. At first you can collect the ICO. And prove yourself as a skilled. So it will be a lot easier for you.

I think you should find some more manager on bitcointalk, you will learn more many words. If you are care only, you sure you will get good results

first you need to invest on your account by creating high quality post for you to rank up and then build your accounts integrity like applying for junior manager cointing stakes or reporting scams. once you have that, try to apply for manegerial task on the new icos. i hope that would help

for the bounty can be a manager, then we will need special skills. not everyone can become a bounty manager. Because indeed there should be a special skill, one that is must be good at in a set time.

I guess, bounty managing is not fit to you at the moment. Be right here and first to experience a bounty Hunter before jumping into a manager. It seems you have lack of imformation to do hired by professional teams. But try to get some in service section. Over there, post a thread about managiny

all you need to do is you must know what's the work of being a manager, because this is not an easy job for me you need to check every week the reports of bounty hunter submitted to you, then give there stakes for the participants who accomplished there task, answering questions of every participants who join the campaign and lastly you know how to calculate stakes for every participants after tge ICO is finished. if you can do all of this try to apply in some new project because this task is very profitable one.

if you want to be a minimal bounty manager you must have a SR.member rank account in order to be able to trust other participants, to build a good project.
Obviously most prize hunters will definitely choose the bounty held by the SR.member manager rather than the newbie.

I think the first thing that must be done to become a manager is a bounty with a lot to learn. You should also introduce yourself on a team project that you can afford. If it could be a good idea as often as possible volunteered to be the bounty manager. So later you can name better known.

To become bounty manager, I think this is so difficult  for new people because to deal with project that you will take care of their bounty, you must prove that you have a lot of experiences and know how to deal with many problem appearing in the bounty campaign like cheater, calculating,etc. I think you must have a team, not personal working. Unless you have a good track record of running a bounty campaign it might be difficult to get this type of roll.  Well designed and manage bounty campaigns are rare, and there are a lot of component which go into play to make it a success. I would advise to get involve in bounty campaign at any level or roll first, and maybe then try to manage one.

Each of us with the special ability of a manager can also be a local / bounty manager. It is not important that you belong to the crypto or not. The ultimate and main goal of all is to have gift talents in the community. If all of you are in agreement should be a good experience with this domain you must have the chance to become a large company as a bounty manager for each project leader.

I think if you want to be a manager you have to have some capability also know about this market perfectly. I think first of all you need to find out ICO where  they hire junior member. I think it is the hardest part.  I think if you have enough you will definitely recruit by this.

You will definitely need some skills and experience before getting hired by any ICO. After you have been hired, do try to gain their trust and also improve the skills which are needed to become bounty manager. Well the main requirement for that is a connection with ICO developers or project owners. In order to acheive that, you'll have to render your service for lowest cost or atleast free. Once you have an experience or portfolio, things will be easier for you to become a bounty manager.

That's right no good project will give you the right to manage their bounty campaign. They always choose good bounty managers or companies, because bounty campaign is an important part to boost their project.

Without the set of skills and knowledge it would be really hard to get a job as an ICO manager. If you have friends who are starting an ICO, you can ask them. Otherwise, contact ICO owners after having the knowledge, skills and experience which an ICO manager's role requires. If you are good enough, you'll get hired for sure.

I think the first thing you need to do is to earn some merit to be able to level up in the forum, so that both investors and bounty hunters can take you seriously, secondly you have to be very aware of the ICOs that come out and offer your services diligently, if you could do some at no cost it would be beneficial for you as you would gain experience and reputation.

i think to be a bounty manager is a difficult thing, we have to get the trust from the project and also the bounty hunters. we know that the duty of a bounty manager is to manage the bounty hunters, and we know not a few people who follow a bounty. but I think the most important key to being a bounty manager is we must be responsible.

If you know someone who is interest in starting in ICO, contact them, help them to start the ICO and take your preferred role of bounty manager. I think at firts you should try to be a bounty hunter then maybe afther some time you could be Bounty Manager too ,i think noone would work with at this stage.

If you are a trustworthy person there's a great chance that many people will believed to the project and join and invest. It's not easy to become a bounty manager. I think you have to do some hardworks. First of all find a good and promising ICO. Then you will have to show them your potential that you can manage bounties.

Exactly the same thing on my mind. Been longing to ask this particular question too. Also,  I will like to ask if ones rank determine being one too?  Can any rank other than Member and above manage a bounty?

I am interested in this topic and your comment as well. But my problem is, how will the team get to know me or how will I even get to know a team and tell them I want to manage their bounty. Is there a section here for that?

then after trying many campaigns or a single one, you might end up with a good ICO BOUNTY...

I think if you are a new beginner or newbie here it is a bad idea to manage a bounty. Because being a bounty manager is a hard job its not like bounty hunter that you just report daily you will check every participant on there work of they are cheating or not. And makong a bounty thread and ann thread is also hard.

The first and foremost thing to become a bounty manager in a good project is to find a good ICO. If you are a newbie than it will be quite difficult for you to get in one but you need to be very confident and strong enough to get one. Also you need to be creative and your project must be appealing so that it can attract more participant.

This is the most interesting topic. I long to come across someone that will mentor me in this aspect. Though I have learnt alot in this conversation already but I will appreciate if an experience bounty manager can sincerely tell us how get genuine bounty to manage. 

First of all  you have  to have a special skills like self-organization. self-discipline the ability to systematize and analyze data. knowledge of English. understand what the project is about and be ready to answer all questions regarding the project. and for this you need to read the White Paper (sometimes it can be over 100 pages). And finally  send your offers  for all )))

That's a little bit hard for newbies, to be very honest. But for being a bounty manager at first you need to find an ICO that will hire you, and with that you must have good arranging thread skills along with spreadsheet, that will attract the participants. I wish you good luck in your work.
