Might as well you want to add the number of bounties you have managed in that post? That will highlight the quality of the service you will provide. Matter of fact, if you haven't managed anything worth noticeable yet, it's inappropriate to call yourself "experienced".

Inexperienced bounty managers seem to be the primary cause for a shit ton of spam around the forum.

Yes, this is right, I have seen many of the projects get dump due to insufficient efforts and proper management of the project's community and bounty too. I gess getting a skilled and experienced manager is highly recommend for any new project.

Then what are those "successful" campaigns you managed in the past? Why you didn't put it in the main post so others can look into it as reference.

And about your negative trust feedback, even it's not related to what this thing is all about, I doubt someone will hire you. Bounty managers are face of the projects so people might considered a project not a reputable one if they will hire a manager with negative trust.

i got red trust when i was bounty hunter , i couldn't see the bounty thread that luptin announced that the bounty was scame but i send my weekly working report in the thread, so that I got red trust,

my trusted one friend cheating with me so that he login my pc & share a scame project promoting because he wanted to give me a red trust,  first i cheeck many campaign spreadsheet then i manage full bounty campaign which was post my friend because my profile have 1 red trust so bounty posting in my friend account but whole campaign manage by me & my team

You mentioned that you managed many successful ICO campaigns so just tell us here what's are those and provide some links. It will not be a problem even on other account. You will just simply provide the links and that's it.
