Yes, this is right, I have seen many of the projects get dump due to insufficient efforts and proper management of the project's community and bounty too. I gess getting a skilled and experienced manager is highly recommend for any new project.

Then what are those "successful" campaigns you managed in the past? Why you didn't put it in the main post so others can look into it as reference.

And about your negative trust feedback, even it's not related to what this thing is all about, I doubt someone will hire you. Bounty managers are face of the projects so people might considered a project not a reputable one if they will hire a manager with negative trust.
