Because it does not lower its value if I  actually spread it now. My funds are not limitless and I used as much as I can, however people can still make lot on it, Since nobody knows about it.

And I would like to sell it for 1BTC but how can I do that without looking like scammer, you tell me. Everybody here got fucked over so many times he is now over sensitive, thats why am I asking for 0.01BTC and willing to get 0.99 later IF YOU FIND THE TIP WORTHY .

If it's true that you are selling information that is legit, it won't be a problem for you to disclose about what it is that you hold information.

Sure Ill do that if nobody buys it, if even one person buys it I will give him the info for 0.01BTC and keep it silent.

That's not what I meant.
You can disclose all your information to a buyer, but in order to raise trust you could at least disclose the subject with us.
Is is about mtgox? an altcoin?

I worry that if I disclose even little people will put 1+1 together. As I said you will propably recieve the tip free anyway, since people marked me scammer in 5sec after my post ,-) So I will atleast laugh when they will rush to do what I will write.

They should put an IQ test on the forum. It's not that most people coudnt handle them but sometimes stuff gets lost in translation. New people getting "in" on crypto might get the impression its run by children when they read this forums....

Seems three people understood, guess you have some problems, you should visit a doctor. That burnt toast smell might be a sign of impending heart attack.

Is this english good enough for you? Or should I just pack myself and leave for Oxford ASAP?

The question you have to ask yourself is; what benefit does the OP have in doing this.

Out of the goodness of his heart? Or is it financially motivated? Very likely the latter.

So given this, what benefit does the OP have in telling you, unless;

A) He profits more from sharing the information from you than the information is worth.
B) His profit on his information requires you to participate.
C) He uses the BTC you give him in order to profit from the information he provides.
D) Some combination of the above.

If any of the above; anyone can do it.

If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. But I would love the OP to post proof he's made huge verifiable gains tomorrow and burn us all. I mean, beyond pointing at some random altcoin that's gone up and claimed "insider knowledge". I know that old chestnut too.

I love to give people the benefit of the doubt, but right now there's nothing but doubt. We'll see what information he posts tomorrow. If this is legit, of course.

You are right!

A) is right. However I already made the move first , so I will gain most. You however can still make the move before the majority will.
B) No it does not. It will happen anyway, wish you join or not.
C) I will use the btc only on hot girls. I promise. And ferraris. Yeah them too.

Your logic crumbles at your last sentence. Even though you are right, yes anyone can do it. It is same as saying anyone mine the gold, the important thing though is, to know where the gold is. And that is what I am selling.

With last sentence YOU ARE VERY RIGHT. Even though sometimes you meet a girl that really fucks you after first date.

Well, if I am wrong, it implies you have insider or otherwise not well known knowledge about an event that very few other people has, and if that is the case then arguably it has value, but what value is impossible to determine.

More power to you, though. If you do have some real insider knowledge, and both you and those who buy in profit from it, then I tip my hat to you. I really do. I might even join in the next time if you ever had more knowledge to share.

I'm not a gambling man, though. I don't invest my money on faith or someone's word alone, and I need verifiable data in order to make an intelligent judgement. That isn't to say gambling cannot be profitable, but it's just not the way I operate.

Fortune favours the brave, but a fool and his money are soon parted. Some nice little idioms to consider there.

This is merely so I can verify for myself the legitimacy of his claims. I have no plans to invest or otherwise endorse the information. You invest at your own risk. I am merely be a witness to events. If his information does turn out to be true, then I will of course verify that.

Waiting on the information now.

OP has shared the information with me. Nothing seemingly untoward about it. I now have reading to do.

Edit: 1st part of his claim has been verified. The second part I have yet to confirm. It hinges on the second part.

and who doesn't think this guy is now using two accounts ?

two guys now speaking the exact same weird style busted engrish lol

I've never spoken to the OP before in my life. I'm editing my post as I check the information. I can assure you I'm not the OP.

To be honest if nobody is going to believe the OP anyway, then I'm regretting him ever telling me. Like I said I'm not telling anyone to invest in this. I just want to know if he has something or not. Don't tar me with a brush and baseless accusations. I just offered to check his information. You won't see me peddling it.

Do me a favour and don't accuse me of being the OP's shill. That's just idiotic. I took a risk even involving myself one iota with this. I'm trying to do a community service here. If it turns out to be BS I will tell you. I'm not siding with him. I'm just checking out his claims. Which, as of yet, I'm still not able to verify as they're based on some information I can't verify yet.

I shared with user bimmerhead too just now(but he is offline) btw, I respect him and he will propably award me. (as much as you can say it in virtual meanign of the word).

To prove I'm in no way connected to BohemianStalker, with his permission once his information is no longer valuable, aka afterwards, I will post a screencap of what he sent me. I won't even bother commenting either way on it.

I just wanted to see for myself what he had. I gave him my word I wouldn't share it in return for him telling me, so I won't.

why you don't you pm me the info and if it's legit like you say and make me a good chunk of coin/cash
i will then give you my word i will give you a lot more than what your asking in return and then tell everyone here if its legit or not too.

if you can make me some money i don't mind sharing the wealth with the guy who gave me the tip ;)

It's interesting. I'm not going to share my opinions on it until afterwards because unfortunately I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't. I should have thought about that before agreeing to be privy to it. I tell you what though, if anyone else acquires the information (and for goodness sake I'm not endorsing this at all) then I'm free to share my opinion without being accused of being any way in on this.

It's quite funny really, because it's all quite sensible. The op just spotted something that anyone else could, but they'd really have to look to spot it. It's not some shady dodgy insider tip or anything like that. That's it.

It's only a pity he decided to sell the information. If it weren't for that then nobody would be concerned.

I'm in favour of this idea. Provided you are trustworthy. That should be enough to verify if he has information or not. It kind of all rests on you being a trustworthy individual, though.

This is so laughably complicated now.  :D

I have better, I send you 0.000000000000001 btc so you can finally quit this whole thing and make your first purchase - 1 orange. Then you can follow up on your dream by selling that orange to the drivers at the crossroad.

I don't think the op will mind if I say it has nothing to do with that.

Do you mean arbitrage? That's pretty well known among traders. You could only sell that knowledge to newbies who didn't know better, but that's about it.

I'll give you a tip for free; It's damn hard to sell something you can't see.

FYI, I don't think the OP is full of it. I think he didn't think this idea through, though. You could avoid all this by just getting a trusted escrower to hold all the funds. If the information turns out to be worthless than you can just get your money back from the escrower. Just share the info with the escrower and he can verify it himself. Job done.

Yep I did not think this through, actually I did, I used my tip for myself, but I just figured out I could sell it too others (well I knew that too but I also knew I would be viewed as scammer and fight for it).

Yeah, well I was sceptical at first too, and I still would be if you hadn't told me, so the flaw was in the way you planned this, not inherently with the principle of selling knowledge. People do it all the time.

When this is over, and if it goes positively, I'll be prepared to leave you some positive trust. Next time maybe think through the details first.  ;)

Best of luck to you.

No, I've already checked it over. The plan was to confirm/deny it, but after being accused of being a shill it seemed like I'd also be staking my own rep on whatever I said, so I decided not to.

The info isn't fake. Its value is a matter of opinion and of changing conditions that I cannot possibly predict. That's like saying I know what the price of Bitcoin will be tomorrow. I don't. But his information is based on factual information that can be externally verified, so at the very least I can say he is not lying, and that he has information that I was able to check via other links/websites that checked out. Its value is a matter of opinion.

The best way I can describe it is a tip. The info is legit. Whether you profit from the tip is entirely subjective, and I could not possibly guess either way. You always follow another person's advise at your own risk, but the info seemed to check out.

I'll keep watching to see what happens, good luck to all.

well if you have done some flipping your locked into some margins..
so if i sold 1 coin at 100, i need to buy it back now below 100 or i lose money
and i don't want to do that unless there is a VERY good reason lol
it means in my head anyway i have to write off my last flip as broke even trade or a loss
and i have been busting my ass to to repair a loooot of bad luck i have had lately plus some really bad trade decisions too :(
and to make matters worse i was sitting on BTC last couple months and i should have been using it to trade / flip all along
but i got super mega lazy and was far too busy going on a two month long spending spree one the last tip i got that made me a lot of money lol
i bought soooo much shit and now i am broke kinda ahhahaaa
i had UPS/Puralator courier guys coming so much it was crazy ahaha

i tell ya crypto has been a depressing kick in the teeth to me latly but it was fun running around with a wad of cash buying shit like mad for a while haha

Hey, I said your info was legit, which is what I set out to do all along. You can't possibly expect me to ask people to invest in it though. I'll go as far as to say the information is valuable for a limited time, but that's it. Buyer beware, invest at your own risk, all the usual disclaimers. I'd never tell anyone what to do with their money.

And yes, once it's over I will happily sing your praises if it does go well. It's a nice tip, but a tip is just a tip, not a sure 100% guaranteed thing. It's a good tip, but it's not guaranteed.  :)

His information appears to be genuine, though, so if you do pay you're not paying for something that does not exist. But it's limited-time information.

Nothing is guaranteed in this world. All we care is the possible profit vs initial risk. And what I said is great. And you seen it all. You seen that is developing great. I am not asking you to say OMG GOGOGO. But what you posted now is much better than what you posted initially.

Maybe just risk everything myself and send people profits yay. It will be funny though when Nullu reveals it and people here will cry.

Nothing is guaranteed in this world. All we care is the possible profit vs initial risk. And what I said is great. And you seen it all. You seen that is developing great. I am not asking you to say OMG GOGOGO. But what you posted now is much better than what you posted initially.

I'll go as far as to say the information is valuable for a limited time

this is great stamement and truthfull. It is what I said.:-) thank you

Well then there you go. It was interesting information. I just couldn't tell anyone what to do with their own money. Is all. That's taking responsibility for someone else's actions, and I know enough to know that it's never a smart thing to do. I've verified you were not lying when you said you had information, so I've done my part.  :)

thanks, can you please respond to my last pm ? the last favor I need.. :-)

The logic is there. It's worth a shot. Can't say its 100% for sure but it's a decent call.

i got your new pm.. well that is interesting and you may be on to something i don't know either way
but sadly my funds are tied up bad and i can't do anything but wait for Bitcoin to drop in value as it keeps going up for no good reason :/
there was a couple bigger sized buy orders with people buying cheap BTC and some how idiots across the web translated that into some
huge pump is on and now i am seeing all kinds of crazy rumors rumors spring up explaining the extremely simple.
so basicaly morons are screwing my trades up because Bitcoinwisdom went down for most countries so they are fed a smoke screen now too lol
It never went down for me and i have had it up and open all along for about 72 hours straight..
there is no *new news and nothing has changed at all in the coin scene or on the GOX front.
and it just goes to show you really don't need much effort to trick noobs to get the ball rolling to manipulate the market..
but it fucking figures i have been buying and selling non stop and of course i get stuck when the BTC price rockets up in an instant
leaving me stranded having sold my coins off cheap.. i have had no bloody luck at all this month its just been a nightmare :(

anyway thanks for sharing the info with me i will not be using but if i do i will give you some coin for the tip and let you know if i do etc.
i wouldn't forget about you ;)

to all else..
i think he is being honest.. he has a trading tip that *may be pretty good so it's not a scam i think.
to exploit the idea though you need a bit of BTC to work with and i have NONE right now otherwise i'd say what the hell and try it out..
if your an unknown user i can see why he might want a tip up front first.. he trusted me to tell me first so i will not be telling anyoen what he told me
so please do not contact me about his trading tip info i will not be sharing it.. if your trust worthy he will prob work something out with you..
if your a new or unknown user just give the guy a small tip first maybe ?

is it good or not ? tough to say really because like i said earlier in my rant such small things can have severe and massive effects on the market prices.

since i have had nothing but never ending bad luck lately, i will sincerely take this opportunity to wish you all good luck with your trades / investments :)
lets spread some good karma around :)
..i'm tempted to pull out my voodoo dolls and maybe sacrifice a few chickens to Satan to get my good luck trades back on track.
I need to listen to Behemoths new album "The Satanist" leaked a few days ago and summon some demons while i drink goats blood.
I keep a nice pentagram under my carpet and a blood soaked alter stashed in my closet for when "Hooded" company comes over..

Satan loves Bitcoin !

I must say, it is very interesting info and the opportunity to earn big time is still there.
However there is some risk involved, certainty worth it for me.

Does it have something to do with mtgox?

Title: Re: Selling info worth of thousands.

you should make some things clear, at first place, how much do i get back if i invest 1btc
what kind of tip is it, is it plug and play or do i need to involve my time during some period, etc..

i assume that reward depends on initial investment, thats why you are asking for donations

and why is time important

I see ZERO mature members here saying it is legit.

Where are these mature, active members that are backing this?

The first person to actually make provable profits above and beyond simple gambling which can also be repeated let me know.

I just stumbled on this thread and I've got to say I'm curious to know how it panned out (along with a lot of other people).
So, since we're comfortably outside the 12-18 timeframe you mentioned: how did it go down?

Good for one, how much did you make in %? How much did you get from people buying the info or giving you a tip afterwards?

Once you invested everything you could, it was actually pretty smart to get other investors on board because you could make some money from selling the info and they will get the AUR price higher in buying it
