what I do if I have a token I will invest the token so that it can be useful later

For me, looking at the cryptocurrency market today the market is too weak so i prefer to trade directly once i received token because mostly the value of will suddenly decrease once it is listed in an exchange.

Yes it is actually a normal for some ICO to make their own wallet on their own website. It is because they can be easily distribute all tokens to all bounty participants and all investors. And sometimes a KYC is needed to do when you are creating acc om their website to prevent being scam and at the same time to avoid fraudulent people's activities.

To convert to fiat currency from Token, I usually exchange Token to BTC or ETH then sell on the local floor in my country, or the group buys the cryptos on Social to convert to fiat currency. Most bounty hunters sell there token immediately they were listed in exchange and I think selling at listing time is a big loss I prefer to hold token for a long period of time to make more profit

As for me after getting token,firstly I will check whether the project has listed on exchange and  if yes then if the price is favourable i will begin trading.

After gotten my token,I will hold the token for long period and patiently watching the market situation may be the price has increased  and paraventure the price rise then I would trade it.

I suggest that when you get paid from a bounty campaign it is better not to sell you hold it until the price is the same as the ICO. when the price is the same as the ICO you will get more than selling it directly after payment.
if you have sold it better you invest in another coin that has the potential to rise high like bitcoin, eth and EOS. after later the price of the coin rises high you will get even more results. because all three coins are good for investment.

If i were you i would be patient till the tokens are listed in the coin market after which i will watch the market for some time ie holding ,immediately i realised the market is favour i would exchange  it for etherenum after which it will be converted to fiat money.

if I have some tokens, I will send the token to exchange and convert it to Bitcoin. or you can Hold it until it goes to moon and sells it. that is my idea.
