2. Few campaigns have their own wallet? How to sell them in to money?

From some of my experiences. If I have a token I save and I collect up to a lot. Then I sell it if the token is registered in the coin market.
Usually every project campaign they have their own wallet address and you can sell it to a market that provides token sales.

if cryptocurrency have own wallet, you can w8 to exchange listing, and next transfer on exchange and change in other currency.

but i think many crypto based on own blockchain is a scam.
i say about new and small currency.
here is so hard to make new good blockchain, and want so huge money for start.

The only answer to your question is to wait for your coins to be listed in an exchange so that you can convert it money and cashout.

Usually I will save these tokens for a long time after I get the token for ICO rewards, because I think ICO projects that can assign rewards are likely to be listed successfully. I save the tokens in order to expand the benefits!

check crypto exchanges in your country and check coins which is tradeable on this exchange,
next check exchange - for your coins, sell  in another coin (for ex - ETH or BTC) if ETH or BTC is tradeable on your country exchange you can transfer your eth in your country exchange and next exchange in money.

but some exchanges have bank transfers to.

You can ask them the process because they are the one who will infom you what is the available exchange... Because sometimes after the ICO gaveor distribute the token you will wait for its exchange... But if the token tou are holding is already available in exchange you can sell it...  But for me as for the current status now of market i would rather hold it for a while...

Yes, but till now we don't see any company accepting the coins as payment and the only option we have to hold the coin until the price starts increasing. It is always good to hold the potential coins where the company starts developing the project.

It's up to you, but only a recommendation if your token is still new you can hold it for some time. May I know, where you are safe your token, if you hold it in the exchange you can sell it directly and exchange it to BTC or ETH after that you can send it to localexchange and exchange it for money fiat.

If you recieve tokens from ICO or bounty, its better to hold it first and wait for the better prices. You can sell to the exchanger where they want to list it. It depends on the project where they want to list there tokens, you must be updated in their telegram too.

If they have own wallets you can withdraw your tokens through your erc20 wallet like metamask or myetherwallet. The sell it in available exchanger.
