I am been day trading since I only had like BTC0.01 and now I have over BTC0.20. I am building a day trading group where we will pick a cryptocurrency, pump it up, and then dump it for profit. My job as the creator will be to make sure everybody in the group makes money from the pump and dump. I will take a vote each week (or day) on which coin to pump and dump.

If you want to join this group sign up at Pump & Dump Profits (http://bitcoindaytrading.blogspot.com/p/pump-dump-profits.html)

Forgive me, but I do understand how this works. You need lots of BTC to pump a coin, and by sending out a newsletter, you're just telling people to buy a coin with you? Then what? How do you organise the dump? Or prove to members that you won't dump and leave them holding the bag?

Don't get me wrong, it's not a terrible idea. But your OP needs a bit more information. So many people have been burned from pumps. I guess I'm just looking for more information about the technicalities of how you will operate this.

So the OP's bankroll went from $6 to $120, and with this mighty $120, he plans to organize pumps? Or am I reading this incorrectly?

Nope that also how I understood it  ;D
Let's wish him good luck pumping altcoins with those kind of large financial buffers.

I totally understand why you ask these questions. I have been burned by a few pumps myself. This is why I created the pump and dump group. I will update the OP with more information. Can you pm me a list of questions you have so I can add them to the OP with answers.

I like the idea of creating an open group for this purpose, and it will be interesting to see the outcome of this effort; I may even join this group for fun. However, new participants should be aware that any trading involves a substantial risk of loss.

pump a coin with 0.2 btc? Really? We don't need another shitty so called 'pump' group (no offense). Twitter is full of that shit. All those groups are just dumpers (with very few exceptions) and people keep falling for it.

We will be pumping and dumping as a group so my BTC.20 plus the group bitcoins will have the power to pump. I am not trying to dump any coin that I am already holding unlike those twitter services. I mainly hold bitcoins so I will be pumping right along with the members of the group and dumping with them too.

everyone who is interested in joining your group wants to make money, so they are NOT pumpers. They are DUMPERS and will dump on you.

Why would you assume the person posting that was a white male? Plenty of people around the world are racist, Not just white people. Don't get me wrong racism is wrong and people should learn to get along. To me (being a young white male) it seems like your comment in and of itself is racist.

If you could raise your capital to 20 btc at least i believe you are strong enough to shake some alt coin

0.2 aint enough. Frankly speaking

As the leader of pump n dump. You probably need strong backing.

The idea is good. But sometime we need be realistic on how far we can go.

Well on my own I managed to day trade BTC0.01 into BTC0.20 so as a group I am sure we can do far better. Also, a pump and dump doesn't need to rise the coin by much, just enough for all the members to make a profit on the dump. So you can't just count my BTC0.20 for the pump and dump. People have tried the group, so who knows the total capital of the group as a whole.

Do you even understand how a pump and dump works lol.

How are you selecting your coin? User vote? That'll get messy very quickly.

Yes, I understand how it works. Of course, a vote is the best way to do it. I will personally count up the votes and send out a email of which coin to pump at what time and the target price to begin dumping. I will make sure its in great detail. I don't see anyone else making a pump and dump group that truly wants the whole group to profit from it. All I see is guys looking to dump their coins on traders so they start a pump and dump twitter account. Its just not fair and I am going to bring some balance to the world one way or another. 8)

A vote really isn't the best way to do it lol. So x person who has no idea what they're looking at to pump a coin, decides oh i want y coin, others think it's a great idea, you then find out the amount you need to move to get a decent return isn't possible with a untrusted pub pumper.

Lose faith.

Maybe you should try on smaller exchanges first, even 20btc is low for cryptsy and i doubt you'll raise that much. People may have joined your group
but many of them have their own agenda.

Right, that brings me to your web page but the only link I see is 'Subscribe to: Posts (Atom)' near the bottom and that faults out to "<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?> ..." code.

The sheer shamelessness and naivety from the OP is sickening.

You understand the money comes from somewhere right ? Pump and dump is all that is WRONG with the altcoin scene. It's a sad, greedy, manipulative delusion that makes newcomers to the scene poor and leave delusioned.
It makes 99% of "traders" ( gamblers ) poor, while 1% rigs the game and takes all the money.

Why is anyone bumping this old ass thread? The pump and dump made the group money and I lost a bit of money. I stop doing the pump and dump to focus on my new project. The pump and dump may or may not happen again. Until then, its a no go. Close this thread.
