I simply get the error I can't send merit with no text box and no button. I never figured out what the problem was. Some people found out they could merit it, but I wasn't able to.
Edit: Just FYI, check out the thread that I linked. It's a really good glimpse at what was going on here in 2012 and evidence that bitcointalk was a scammer's paradise even back then. The drama was sort of what drew me to bct in the first place. Problem was given by theymos in your topic itself..: Hahaha. I didn't re-read the whole thread, but I did just now. So I guess if I had the board on ignore, it wouldn't let me merit it. I don't remember getting that answer, but it was obviously given by Theymos. Silly me, and thank you for pointing that out.If people straight out call me a moron, I won't argue with them.
