There is a issue that kucoin exchange office in hongkong is not real they said that it is very shady because they said that it has a office and it is not even registered even before. I am doubting kucoin exchange already. What do you think ?

I have run a bunch of Bitcoin through Kucoin with no issues.  I do not believe it is a scam.  The only complaint I have is the thin volume at times. 

This issue is dead already Kucoin already clarified it since February according to its official statements the are moving kucoin office in Singapore from Hongkong since the Singaporean government is more friendly on Blockchain base Industry rather than HK government the man posting this Issue is paid troll and No credibility at all so stop spreading FuD about Kucoin its not worthy at all. Im a Kucoin user and i believe in there Credibility.

This is a cryptocurrency exchange based in Hong Kong. It was launched on September 15, 2017 and it operates on a crypto-to-crypto basis.  Its digital assets portfolio is pretty extensive and besides, the platform uses Kucoin Shares in a similar way to Binance. All the exchange i did in there plaform was successful, i believe it is not a scam.
To aviod doubt,Kucoin is registered in Hong Kong, which is legally different from mainland China and is not part of the FUD going around about China cracking down on exchanges. Mainland Chinese authorities cannot arrest individuals in Hong Kong, for example.

Any Exchange will be safe and secure without fail. Of course, should choose the Exchange has large transaction volumes and the good reviews from the community!

Yes, for me kucoin exchange is legit. Scam is only rumor. Above we know that the reason about moving kucoin office in Singapore. masterrex, has explained it with a detail clarification. I think the question has got the answer.  

As long as the exchange is paying, we could not justify that it is a scam, whether it has a physical office or not, the main thing is that they are doing their obligation to the customers and users, thats the most important thing, an office may just be visible to the eyes but a lot of business where it has an office, but it goes scam. So as long as the obligation is met anyway, then it is legit, so far, i dont see any reason to be tagged them as a scam exchange.

Scam? What's the reason of this? We all know that kucoin exchange are legit because that exchange are paying and honestly I really don't see an any problem with it. Kucoin is one of the trusted exchange and i believe it's credible.

It's registered and legit, I've seen it already been covered in the news and they actually already had the regulators looking at them. So in terms of them being legal and having a real business, they are real. You can research them online and see yourself, if you don't believe,

This doesn't mean anything about whether or not their business is honest or transparent or whatever of course. Kind of like any business. They can still be bad or good, whether or not they have a license. It's just about the law. So don't take this as a recommendation.

Stop spreading FUD in KuCoin because it is useless, kucoin is now considered legit and trusted here in the community since there are alot of active trader there also the volume there is much better compared to other exchange sites. Im a kucoin user for a long time and i dont still have problem with it.

I do not think so. Kucoin is a very good stock exchange. I constantly sell my coins there. There have never been problems with this stock exchange. I do not think the Kucoin Exchange is a scam.

I have not seen a lot of bad reviews about this exchange. As for me, this is a very good project that has succeeded in a short time. As for me, the only disadvantage I find is the inadequate level of account protection, but many exchanges suffer the same. Of course, I can be wrong.

I periodically trading at the exchange Kucoin, I have not had any problems with the withdrawal or the introduction of funds on the exchange.I do not think that Kucoin fraud, on the contrary, the exchange every day I like it more and more.

Until now I run Bitcoin through Kucoin too. but there is no problem at all even there is no Scam. and this news shocked me greatly. because I'm still a Kucoin user. because what I hear and read on the news that this problem has been overcome. Kucoin has made it clear since February according to its official statement which moved the office of koinin in Singapore from Hong Kong because the Singapore government is more friendly to the Blockchain Block Industry than the Hong Kong government.

Didn't they registered already in hongkong? If i remember correctly there's document that you can view in their site to prove that and so far i have no problem using kucoin to trade some token. They also have a good token with good business model than most of the coin in crypto right now.

Before I read the news. I have no doubt about kucoin. It is a good exchange that can compete with binance. But today I read it and a little bit worried. Because their office is not real. It's just in the papers. Maybe kucoin will scam at any time

There is no logic in this statement. Kucoin is a legitimate site for buying and selling crypto coins and it safe too. No users have cheated or bring a victim of scam through this site. The statement that is made is wrong.

This is not true. Kucoin is not a scam. It is a secure site to buy crypto coins. Many users have bought coins from here and they were not cheated at all. I think it is conspiracy against kucoin.

I also believe kucoin and do not plan to withdraw funds. This is another rumor without confirmation.

i am using kucoin for a while and i can tell you is not a scam i deposited, i traded and i withdrew with no problem. i friend of mine lost his googleautenthificator and wrote to support and in 24h they solved it

It’s a good exchange because it has no previous scam history. Their transaction volume is also large and also getting good feedback from the peoples.

This is a false statement. I have bought many bitcoins from this site and those were never false. These statements are only made for making bad name for the kucoin site. It has cleared all its issues last February

Kucoin is still a legitimate exchange, And is a good exchange. With news Kucoin has no office in Hong Kong. Kucoin is suspected and boycotted by the user. But that still does not happen, people still believe in this exchange and me too

I am also a kucoin user and dont see any problem with their transactions. Any exchanges specially those trusted and well known exchanges are being targeted for FUD and fake rumors to lessen their credibility. Business is business so that report who spreads the negative news about kucoin was just a paid troll who dont have a regular job but to spread fake news.

Kucoin has an office in Hong Kong though you might not have found it personally as such offices has no sign boards to display from the outside and less people knows about it as all the work is done inside the office. They are a new and promising exchange and already holds millions of dollars worth of currency, it they be scam, they wouldn't have worked hard to build it and operate till now.

I do not think kucoin is scam, i have never had any issues with this exchange and i think it is one of the better ones out there, recent fud claiming there hongkong office is empty has also been clarified by the team, they are operating from singapore and they have also posted their addresses for other offices clarifying the allegations.

Try looking for answers around the web or the forum. This is old news and Kucoin is definitely legit. They have high volumes in their exchange and a lot of people has been using Kucoin. I’ve also given it a try and it’s really good. Stop posting nonsense in the forum and go check out more about Kucoin.

Kucoin is an advanced cryptocurrency exchange platform. Recently there was a rumour in the market that a citizen of Hong Kong went to visit their office which was found empty. Kucoin clarified it on their official announcement that their main office is in Singapore and the address of Hong Kong is a subsidiary mailing address.

I think kucoin is legit and reliable exchange compared to most ones but since it is centralizef exchange it can be hacked but dex like oax are safe.

Kucoin, as per I know, is a legit platform for coins exchange from hong kong. It supports a flat fee @0.1% where many exchanges go for 0.2% on average. But it doesn't give you fiat money exchange offer, that sucks.

In case you are not aware of that, Kucoin already clarified themselves after the recent fuss regarding the exchange. You can also check the documents that are available on icris website which proves that they are registered and very much legit.

Actually it is a resolved issue. This coin has given the explanation for this in the month of February of this year. They are in the process of shifting. But it is difficult to say whether it is good or scam. It seems real up to now as per the operation provided.

I believe that everything is good with kucoin, I used their exchange already for 9 months and didn't notice any problem with it.

A lot of companies register an office in a different location for legal purposes. I'm sure binance didn't move all of their main servers to malta, they moved their business address there due to crypto friendly laws. Kucoin is a great exchange, good place to trade compared with most other places

KuCoin is legit for sure. Their public  address in Hong Kong is only a mailing address. Many companies do the same. They are a global company with over 300 employees and with four major offices in China, the Philipinnes, Singapore and Thailand.

It is not a scam. In fact a lot of people have used it and they faced no issues or troubles whatsoever, so it is safe to use.

To define a promising exchange you need to research some reviews from community and exprienceed one. And definitely promising exchange will have a large volume of exchange.

I was using Kucoin since last year. I don't experience any issue with them. The eth withdrawal must be .10 eth which I thought really high. Overall, my experienced was smooth till today.

Kucoin exchange is never a scam. I think a press release came put some days ago, where kucoin reiterated where its main offices where, among which is Singapore. Hong kong office is more or less like a delivery or subsidiary office. So, everything was just a rumour.

I believe that Kucoin is a legit exchange. You dont have to worry. They might be have not registered office in hongkong because bitcoin and crypto is banned in China.

I have been trading in Kucoin since beginning of this year and don’t have problem with withdrawal. I guess it is fine trading there, but don’t use kucoin or any exchange for storing your coins.

if Kucoin is a fraud, why is it that every time I make a transaction it always works,

I dont think that kucoin has something like that, because everytime I use kucoin, I dont experience any other issues, and as I can see, their support is very active so why do they do something shady like that.

Since kucoin has many tokens that I like, the tokens it chooses are generally excellent.

I have only positive things to say and they clearly have a large staff so they are located somewhere. As some said they are a large international exchange operating out of Singapore and Thailand among others.

They should not be compared to companies like BCC which did not have a working businesses model what so ever, since KuCoin sure does, they only pay out a % of their income, which is bound to decrease as volume grows!

I still have some assets over there, like Credits, QuarkChain etc and trust them :)

The news is not always true in this market, I still believe in kucoin exchange, the news of the past few days is only deliberately created fud to negatively affect the market crypto. I also used kucoin for a while, I did not have any problems.

I'm using Kucoin from a long time and i think its a good exchange and legit. its just rumors some people are spreading to defame or trying to create panic in market nothing more.

The issue you have mentioned has been addressed and resolved. Many bad rumors about kucoin affect the trust of traders. I always use kucoin and have no problem.

As i know this is the only exchange listing the coins with the bot using on telegram by voting the project from the various people. I see most of the exchange is not following these kind of rules and all to list the token or coin in their exchange.
I have exchange the tokens last month on this exchange I do not find any issues on accessing the exchange wallet or anything so far on Kucoin. Kindly make sure you have not accessing the wallet on incorrect URL.

It seems to work perfectly well, as far as I am converned there is nothing shady about it. Even large investors that do their homework trust Kukoin and buy their coins.

kucoin is well kown and it is made by advance technology. it is more probabale and promising to provide better service. it will make profit. but it has little doubt that's why i want to know more about this.

I do not understand why you have these questions, but actually when looking for information on Kucoin on this forum, I believe you will find many compliments instead of disparaging. It is totally legit.

I think they already answered about this in their official twitter page,so you can trsut that exchange now the head office is in Singapore I think so now they were moved and got bigger company as well,so no problem in trading there but never store your coins there.

First glimpse on that news,I do nearly believe on that one but its just a typical fud just to create a panic and they do really clear out that issue. Kucoin is one of the top or popular exchangers as of now but it doesnt mean that you would completely put up your trust on depositing or storing big amounts of bitcoin or any other altcoins as well. They might not be scam but it wont really be a guarantee.

I never heard anything negative about the Kucoin exchange because even Kucoin is also generating very good volume in the market and mostly most of the ICO coins are listed in Kucoin exchange. I think Kucoin is not a scam exchange.

I trade on the Kucoin exchange frequently. The trading experience is awesome and the service is wonderful, so i believe that Kucoin is not a scam exchange. But whether it is legit or not, i don’t know either.

I am using kucoin and have used it several times and I had no problem with it, every thing went smooth with it, the only thing annoyed me was their referral program, they used to have referral program at first but left it after a while I don't know why and now they have brought it back again!

I have many friend trade daily in Kucoin and they earn from there. I don't think Kucoin exchange is scam just because their Office in Hongkong is not real but it could lead to scam suspect. If you don't want to trade on Kucoin, choose the other exchange and it should be good.

Yes, I believe that the kucoin exchange is legit and a very potential exchange for any of your coin. Though it encountered some problems in the past but it has been fixed and now it is working perfectly. The system is safe, reliable and secure for use now. To me, kucoin exchange is not a scam.

They already answered that issue, their office is located in singapore and not in hongkong.

In my experience everytime I trade in this exchange it always went smoothly, from using hitbtc I switched to kucoin and its nice using this exchange, I dont get any problem and it has fast deposit and withdrawal transactions which is very convenient.

Again, I want to say that a crime and a fraud can occur because there is a chance. What should we do as long as our funds are still there (kucoin or another exchange) is keep watching and always up to date with their status through their social media. Always read and share all about them in the community and the forum like this. Just that, and don't forget don't put all of your funds only in 1 market.

Their popularity now is next to Binance and I don't want to compare these too. Before I thought that Kucoin is just going to be a nuisance exchange but it seems that they are becoming better.

So far, I have good experience with Kucoin as well thankfully. All my transactions went through smoothly and I rarely see any complaints related to the exchange. Aside from Binance, they are the exchange that I want to trade with. I will also add Bittrex because my transactions are going smoothly with them even if there are so many complaints with them. There are coins that can only be traded in their exchange so I have no problems with them.

Regarding the issue of their office, it was already addressed that they are in Singapore and as long as many trust the exchange, I will continue to trade with them. I don't keep a large amount in any exchange though because there are always risk involved when the coin is not in your wallet.

The first time I heard this news, i have used Kucoin this trading platform many times, and there never has issue happened.So i believe this news just a rumor.

yes, there is a problem in Kucoin Excange in the management section, there is a transaction that is detrimental to the investor. with this occurrence, the volume in Kucoin Excange experienced a very sharp decline affecting the exchange rate. ;) ;) ;)

with the reporting of unfavorable cases for exchange kucoin that there will be a decline in investor confidence but may still be used for transactions.

I thought that the effect of the confidence value of cucoin itself would be reduced in terms of selling and buying, because there were some cases involving the cucoin.

It is really hard to separate legit exchanges from non legit.
Honestly any legit exchange can down and you will not get anything. Just don't hold your crypto on the exchanges. Exchanges for trading, but not for hold. It is so risky.

Based on what i see . kucoin exchange is legit but we should not be confident because even legit ones can also gone wrong .  what if someday those exchange will shut down ? your lucky if you can take back your lost funds but on some cases , they dont usually refund because all the funds on their platform were already used up on other shady activities . so beware , better diversify your funds on any other legit exchange or wallets , so that you can have a back up .

I am a trading house on kucoin trading platform and I think it is not a fraudulent trading platform because my experience is more than enough to trust to continue trading on kucoin.

I don't think Kucoin exchange is scam. The daily trading volume is fine and they are good for support. There are different language options and I'm using this exchange

Kucoin has worked so far for me, but i pulled all my holdings out.  I want to consolidate and play it safe. Its the wild west after all in crypto.

Some of the time I sold out some tokens which earned in campaign. This exchange one time I used to sell the token for BTC pair and as I said they were seems legit in using it mate.
This is one of the exchange which gives the way to vote for the project you like to have them on the exchange and I like that concept too.

Yeah that's I think is for free, whoever tops on the poll will get a free listing, a good marketing as they're just new.

I used it once, it's good but Idk I'm not comfortable using it I mean there's a lot of sites nowadays to choose from and besides there are some sites that have much higher/lower price than the other, and that's how you can maximize your trade and fees.

Why wont be comfortable into this exchange? Kucoin is already one of the most popular exchangers as of now and I don't see a reason why would people do hate or wont like this one.Reading up on the issue on op, ive remembered this one but this is already been clarified that it is totally a fud and nothing related with Kucoin. Exchangers might have an issue which is inevitable but one things for sure where popularity cant really be gained by Kucoin if they aren't capable of such service.

I would prefer kucoin compared on yobit and liqui because these 2 exchange is a clearly a scam they dont allow you to withdraw your coins.

i am more familliar with yobit but not with liqui , i also dont think that yobit is a scam . kucoin on the other hand is legit because i already used thier service and so far i didnt experienced any problems or hassel , i love them and they are now my new favorite . the only downside is that they dont list some of the altcoins and tokens that i got  .

I can agree to this,so far i have no reason to believe that Kucoin is fake or scam,i have no issue whatsoever with them,no funds locked or something like that.And they are preety safe too i think,with decent UI.
But what i dont like about them is that often tokens listed there got dumped hard.I dont know if thats just coincdidence or my bad luck,but last few tokens i had that were listed there went down alot.But then again,situation might be similar on other exchanges too,due bear market.

I did not have any reason to think either kucoin is legit or not. I have sold some of my tokens of recent by taking the advantage of the good price at kucoin and it has been very impressive. I think some of the management's team of kucoin are from binance as the platforms look alike and if you have used binance to trade before, you will find kucoin platforms very easy to use. If you have any reason why you think kucoin is a scam then come out openly with your reasons sir.

Kucoin is a very legit and also beautiful exchange for me. It has the charisma just like Binance. It's newbie friendly and I like how the user interface changes everytime it swtiches from another. It does not also force you to do KYC and gives a you a 2 btc limit. It's been a year and my altcoins are still there so I recommend it to anyone personally.

I think it's a legitimate trading platform and I'm trading in confidence. I think it's a good crypto exchange. I think they don't deserve these rumors.

I have actually used Kucoin for few transactions for a while now and I have not regretted doing so. It is not a bad exchange, I have not had any problem with withdrawal or deposit, things have always moved swiftly, the security is great and at least as long as you have your 2FA enabled anyway, and for what it is worth, the support is pretty fast to my amazing. The only issue I may have will be fake volume, but I guess this is just something that has been a norm for most exchanges for a while now and most especially for upcoming ones, but it is not a bad exchange actually.

At least, based on several reviews online and for the fact that I have been using it myself for some few trades, I would say it is not a bad exchange to make use of at all. One thing with this exchange is that it is somehow more like a clone of binance except for just some tweaks, but when it comes to user interface to a large extent. Nonetheless, what is important is that as long as I am able to do normal transactions, I am good and fine with the exchange. What is important anyway is that no matter how legit an exchange is, you do not have full control over your wallet, and you should never put what you cannot afford to lose.

Hi. I had a problem in past with kucoin exchange but they fixed it for me. The bad point is that i have to wait 4 weeks, but finnally all was fixed and i get coins back. But the fault was not because kucoin, the coins i had do a fork and when i sent them, coins goes to second chain and i not get them on kucoin, but all was ok.

I do not believe the rumor that Kucoin does not have an office without definite proof. And as we know, Kucoin is one of the tertiary institutions that has high consumer confidence, proven to have no transaction problems that have not been resolved until now.

until now I have not found a problem caused by cucoin. so I still trust this market, but recently I heard they don't have a real office or anything.

I'm using Kucoin exchange from November 2017 and until now all worked fine.
I had some problems in January 2018, when the Eth blockchain was almost stuck and Kucoin team helped me via chat and emails.
So, for now, I prefer them when I don't want to trade but only buy for long term...

Well I don't have any issu about this exchange because I can use it smoothly I don't know to others that they feel its scammy. That's why important to know what will exchange we will use its important there background so it make us help to decide if we use this exchange.

This is of course when the kucoin trading floor is a popular trading platform, many currencies are put up there and volum is quite good.

I have worked with Jucoin several times and I didnt have any problem with it , the only thing bother me is that recently it has started asking for KYC and i don't like to reveal my identity to exchanges .

Kucoin is quite legit with good user interface and low withdrawal fee is what makes more attractive to newbie.and with and quick customer support is what makes them legit. Customer support is one of the priority concern for most traders and this makes Kucoin more reliable than Yobit.

Kucoin are very legit in my opinion. many of my friends have successfully traded there. if kucoin want to cheat, why don't they take it now? Kucoin have very many users and of course with great assets. however, kucoin didn't do it because kucoin was very legit and not a scam.
