As a bounty hunter, it is really very frustrating, when a bounty participant does not receive anything for his or her hard work. It is the cruelest thing that, ever could happen to a bounty hunter. It will demotivate the person.
But why are we not receiving tokens anymore? What is the main reason behind it?

People are still receiving tokens from bounty campaigns, unless of course you participated in either a failed project, or you did not carry out the tasks as instructed. These are are the two basics reasons why one would participate in bounties, and not receive rewards. I don't there is a way you will participate in a project that's successful, and you did all you were asked to do correctly thatr you won't get your tokens. Also, the distributions of these tokens might sometimes take a while.

Except of course you signed up to a failed project, but bounty hunters are still receiving tokens. In the course of my sojourn as hunter, I have only had one project that did not pay bounty hunters and this was months ago. So ensure to do your due diligence before signing up for the bounty of any ICO.

If did not receive tokens from a bounty, it's either there is a delay in the distribution of the tokens from the project team or bounty manager, which in this would have been communicated on their various channels including the bounty thread OR it's just a scam project that had no real intentions of advancing the course of the project.

Those of bounty project now do not give a good tokens to hunters, the list price also will be low to ICO, or token

This is all because many bounty campaigns from projects that are scam. It's main reason.

It may not be the reason in my opinion. OP has not given sufficient information to conclude the project is a scam. Some projects could delay distribution of tokens as we have seem several times in this crypto space. It is only when they keep shifting the goalpost of distribution on multiple counts, then we can conclude on the project being a scam. Again, this is just my thought..

No need to get upset if some bounty did not pay you your tokens. This often happens because not all projects are good now. You just don't have to dwell on it, you just have to keep working on it. The more bounty companies you do, the more chances you have of getting a good reward.

Of course I also as a bounty hunter feel like that bro, feeling sad if I don't receive tokens from a project.
because they do not distribute tokens maybe because the project does not reach the soft chap or lack of capital from investors to become bounty hunters affected, maybe also because the project was originally a scam, various possibilities can occur

Depend on the bounty you joined, maybe its a scam or a failed project so its really useless to receive any token. Also, the market is down and maybe the ICO is not yet down so you have to wait for a little more days. You should stay calm and don’t give up because a lot of good bounty out there.

I feel releasing tokens to bounty hunters right now will spell both doom and disaster for projects due to the current market situation hence the reason it is been held until things get better.

That is the problem most bounty hunters suffer now, they often don not get rewards from bounty. They probably become a victims of bounty scams. Therefore, we are as bounty hunter should be smart and research first before participating in a bounty, otherwise we will be like that. Bounty campaign now seems like a trash now, so many in the crypto.

I have no idea why you did not received your bounty tokens maybe the project failed or maybe you have not followed the bounty rules that barred you in receiving your bounty. Talk to your bounty campaign manager and ask what is the problem why you have not receive your bounty.

Now a lot of fraudulent projects that just want to raise money and all. They are not going to engage in the development of the project, so they do not pay tokens to bounty hunters. Such projects should be avoided and not be upset if you are deceived. That's OK. Just try to choose the bounty carefully.

Some project failed to get the soft cap of their project which they set , ICO's having hard time collecting free money now since lots of project from last year failed to deliver or almost loses its value. Doing bounty campaign doesnt even guarantee us of anything.

I, as a gift hunter, feel a little frustrated because I haven't received a token. I see a small gas shipment and it's very slow or maybe a scam project.

I'm a bounty hunter like you.i worked very hard but some projects are scam and they din't pay tokens for my work so I didn't get anything.

Some of them take a month or more to give tokens or either is scam, it's really sad after a hard work and sacrifice you'd done and nothing you get.

there are some people are still receiving their tokens from bounty campaigns but there are some campaigns that doesnt pay the bounty hunters.

Some projects will pay 2 or more months after the ico end and some others are scam which for sure won't pay the hunters with the rewards. This ico thing isn't promised again for us to collect pennies.

what project did you follow? you may not read the information about the project.
Is the project telegram still active? if yes, please ask questions about the distribution of bounty tokens, if there is no answer at all it is likely that the team from the project has disappeared, and the project is fraud.
that is the risk of this job, hopefully in the future you choose the project correctly.

Because the bounty you have joined is scam. Or you do not strictly follow their rules to be able to get tokens. I joined about 10 campaigns at the same time but after the end only 2-3 bounty sent token for me. A number of disappointed because there are so many bounty scam

So many factors are the reasons why some projects are not paying bounty hunters as when due. It might be that the project did not meet up it's target at the said time or may the project failed or it might be a scam project. But good projects are still paying, I just received bounty reward last week.

       Sometimes it will be given on a delayed time but just wait because I was received my tokens although it is not on time but still I got my reward tokens unless if you're a victim of scam , since there so many scam project and it is very difficult to detect .

You will not receive any tokens when keeping up with bounty campaigns if the bounty campaign is a scam, even if you wait for several decades you will not receive it. Different, if you keep up with a legitimate bounty campaign, even though it's late to send rewards to the participants, you can be sure that you will receive a token reward according to your work.

Many factors make you not get tokens from your hard work in the campaign:

1. You made a mistake
2. You are cheating
3. You have not completed what the bounty manager requested
4. The Ico that you followed failed

If you want to know because you don't get a token you should see it from Spreadsheet whether your work is accepted and you should join the chat group to get bounty information, sometimes the bounty manager asks for additional requirements for token distribution.

I am pretty sure that we still get tokens for the bounty campaign but it takes some time after the campaign ends until they calculate everything

The reason is simple it is because the project is a scam. Most of the ICO today has ended with being a scam so for me it is better for you not to assume that the campaign you joined in will pay you in the end.

There is a lot of project are scam, people say it around 80%. If you join into a bounty campaign of a scam project, you will not receive anything. So choosing a bounty is very very important, we have to research about it carefully before we decide to join.

Nowadays bounty payments are very low even they are not paying completely. Most of the bounty are required to contact them on time to get your token. If you can't contact them on time then you will loss your token.

It can be seen from the public interest about crypto that is starting to be broad and wants to find the results of the bounty,so we can see the bounty now that many cannot fulfill the obligations in payment..!!
we ourselves must be able to understand the consequences and be prepared if there is no payment after completing the bounty which is already in the token calculation phase..

The problems may range from

1. Not following bounty instructions
2. Failed project leading to zero tokens for bounty participants
3. Not following progress of your performance via spreadsheet

You asked the bounty manager, because many bounty is already done campaign, but the project team can not split the token for the bounty hunter because the market is more volatile.

You need to understand the situation. Cryptos are down at this moment we should be more aggressive on finding new bounty and there's lot more so incase they reach certain soft cap then they will pay you a good price.

The main reason is that ICOs not able to collects soft caps anymore. As result it is no sense to distribute tokens of closed projects. If this tokens will be distribute, anyway it will never listed on the exchange.

perhaps the whole negative situation in this regard is due to the poor state of the crypto-currency market? Apparently, even investors have become less active, so the company ico is very difficult to collect softcap.

My own view about this is base on two factors which are there are alot of scam ico and if you partake in this kind of bounty you will get nothing secondly is that most ico delay there bounty distribution to avoid drop in price of the token because bounty hunters dump at a very cheap rate

That's life. Being a bounty hunter is a risk. Often people can not pay the promised tokens. Now scam projects are created more often because too many people have learned about this opportunity to earn money - ICO. There are a lot of scammers around.

Bounty campaigns are still profitable these days, their rewards have dropped a lot if you compared to the past year but it is still worth it to get into them.

Well it is so sad to know that after how many weeks of working, then you will come to know that the campaign failed. All your efforts indeed will turn to none. so sad, but it does not mean that it will affect you very hardly that you cannot continue what you are doing. the more to be vigilant in choosing a project to advertise.

There are a lot of reason why bounty hunters didn’t receive tokens. It is either the project is scam or the project crowdsale is not yet end. I have 2 bounties that still didn't distribute their tokens but still I am patiently waiting for it. Don't get demotivated, better luck next campaigns. If you join another campaigns be keen observer  and do thorough analysis if that bounty really paid on time.

Dear friend The number one reason is that bounty manager isn't as much professional as we need him to be. Because he have to analyze the project which is going to manage before to do that. But sure you also have to do the same thing.

as a bounty hunter, we should be able to accept the risks. one of them is ico who is a scam. That is very detrimental because we will use our time in vain by working on a bounty that is a scam.. therefore, we must be more careful in choosing ico in order that we can get the legit ICO and get a big paid.

Not really true. Receive regularly some token from past bounties.
But, unfortunately many of them, got no value. Got 30-40 coins during a year, from a good and promising projects, that still didn´t get any exchange to trade.

I think there are 2, if the bounty hunter doesn't get a token from the bounty:
1. Bounty that we join is SCAM
2. The ICO of the bounty we joined failed.

Base in my research there are lots of scam bounty campaigns nowadays. You might be one of their victim that's why your not getting any token from them. And being in a bounty campaign, you should take the risks.

Now on the market is not a very good situation. Many fraudulent projects and some just simply do not survive.

We have waiting more than one or two months after bounty campaign ended for receiving bounty token in my wallet. Many bounty campaign have counted correctly how much stake and coin we are receiving before sent to all bounty campaign participants.

If you have not received any thing from bounty ,it can be because of two reasons . First you have not followed the rules and second you have not choose the correct campaign , doing something random campaign. Be sure about projects legitimacy before investing your time in any campaign. And most of the campaigns give payment almost 3 to 4 months after of finishing the campaign. So you need to wait , dont expect a immediate payment. If you chhose the correct one and work with following all the rules you will definitely get paid. Happy Hunting

The main reason for bounty hunters not getting paid is a failed project and a scam project, a failed project is when the developer cannot reach the softcap and they decides to return the investor's funds, while the scam project is when ICO developer runaway with the funds from investors.
based on my experience most ICOs pay their bounty hunters even though the paid tokens are not worth at all, , I don't know such ICOs are categorized as scams or not

I think it depends on the bounty. I came here in 2016. I've joined a lot of bounty in the past and I have received massive profits and many tokens from bounties. I think the main reason is, past any bounty has only small participation. So the receiving reward is huge. But at present, thousands of participants are in all bounty. So the receiving reward is very small. Besides, the many of current bounty is fake. Another thing is, some bounties are paid the tokens after 2/3 months. So be patient.

I think this is due to the untrustworthy of some of the bounty offering platforms, some of them hold or won't escrow all the tokens allocated to them by the project to all the participants of the bounty. This tokens are been held back for selfishness and it's a detriment on the works some of we the bounters are doing.

Maybe you did not met their requirements or the project fails entirely. These are some of the reasons why you do not receive any tokens. Also, some projects are scam from the very beginning that is why there is no token to distribute. In addition, you may also receive a token but has no value because of the team not properly implementing their project or they do not listen to their community at all.

The bounty campaign must meet you for about six months because they are still finishing the ICO before giving them a token. so just wait to get you a token and sell at the right time. for more money.

Right now many bounty campaign is scam and it is main reason for not receiving bounty token. But I am still getting bounty token cause I did not join any fake campaign. Make a research about the project before joining any campaign.

various reasons and constraints can cause us to get no payment. for example, a very simple one, SC or HC that is not reached, the developer who is not responsible.

The main reason is that we participate in roguish projects which will never pay anything to us. And the good companies to be afraid to enter the market now and to razadavat the tokens too do not want.

Well, I definitely keep receiving the rewards from bounties with ease, sometimes they take a long time but what can we do about it, it all depends on the success of the project and we should be aware of that before we get into them in the first place.

I don't think it's just you who experienced this. believe all bounty hunters are experiencing the same distress as you experienced. keep patient and wait, and start now more selective in choosing a project bounty.

Not all of the campaign took 6 months to distribute bounty tokens they have their own differences to their deadlines and roadmaps you have the upper hand if the tokens were escrowed to the manager but how can you keep tokens if those are just useless without values, I got tokens from my sig campaign last year but they did not even released it to the exchanges nor have any update to their ICO.

There are so many reasons why we do not get paid after a project this could be that the project failed or it was a scam or probably some team may have disappeared after the whole project or maybe a kyc was required and you missed it cause i have had such experience before

If the work is not done correctly then the person should not deserve to get paid. The campaign manager should not have to pay non working participants.

I think you have not been participating in the right Bounty or so. Or you just join Bounty of recent. I think what you need to understand is patience. It takes time for Bounty manager to finalize spreadsheet and it takes time for the project to finalize spreadsheet in accordance with what Bounty manager they them. Take for instance now, I participated in Distributed Credit Chain Bounty, the campaign ended August 15th and up till date they still haven't distribute tokens because they are finalizing the spreadsheet. But that doesn't mean I haven't been receiving token. For this past week I have received from Bounty0X, bountyhive, team Sandra Evans and others and I just received another token I did months ago. So I advice you take it a little easy and exercise patience more. What I know is, as far as the project is legit, they will surely distribute it will only take time.

Yes, payments have to wait a very long time at best. Often paid coins are worthless or not paid at all. And I consider payment of two dollars as complete nonsense. :(

Try to join good projects as failing of project could be reason behind it, initially I used to join every campaign that came to my knowledge and was facing the same concern as u are but this is not the case now. Try to find reliable sources to join bounties.

First of all i would like to point out that many bounty hunters now have fake followers, up to 97% of bounty hunters nowadays looking for fast bounty with fake followers.
Second, projects fail as people put effort to be ''ticked'' as bounty participant but don't actually bother to gain any visibility for project.

Yes, there are some good and successful projects, but even out of those projects they will fail upon getting on exchange, and only around 1% will actually get into top500 tokens.

Even some good projects are not releasing their tokens for the bounty hunters due to the bad market condition. They are planning to send those tokens when the market started to recover. Except this, if the project become scam or if the project failed then the hunters will not be given tokens.

Well i do feel it to that all your efforts comes to nothing but still there are some instances the their is a scam bounty if there are some problem occur but reading the whitepaper can avoid less scam as well and prevent wasting of precious time as well

Many projects become scams when they fail to sell token ICOs. So the consequence will be that bounty hunters will not get tokens or anything from that project. In the past 3 months, I only received 2 out of 5 campaigns that I participated in.

I think that is natural because the market is now decreasing, the development teams are also experiencing the same thing because with their tokens being released into the market, it's no use.

If you have joined scam then nothing would be changed if you recive them anyway they will not have any valume, so there is no diference ,about other reasonsm, you need ask team.

Bounty hunters have been doing hard work through out the campaign, still they are not getting tokens/coins or tokens which have very less value equivalent to null. It is really very sad and frustrating for all the hunters. According to me, it is happens only because of scam projects  only. These days in market, there are lots of scam projects.

I guess you mean that projects pay out rewards with a long delay - it happens because with the time of price drops they need more time to collect funds. If it happened that you did not receive the prize at all, the two most common reasons are:
1. The softcap has not been reached - so the project will not be implemented at all because of insufficient funds.
2. Developers are scammers.
Before you join bounty campaign, you should always take the time to make research about the project. It will help you to avoid such situations.

Even it can also be that OP did not finished the tasks properly or fully as per the terms and condition due to that also he would have not got his bounty coins. He/she have to contact the respective bounty manager and get clear picture of his participation problem.

well i find some bounties around that making there bounty reward on hold.
for a couple of months after the ICO sale.
so probably before getting paid. it will be around almost or more than a year.
well its not that bad though, it could help the tokens value to get hyped.
and then at that time when we get rewarded we could sell our token much higher than on its ico price.

Or vice versa, the token will drop very much in price during this time and our reward will be very small. And it is always insulting.

So why can't you retrieve any tokens from any bounty, You aren't joining those fake/scam project isn't it?

This happens when the project is a scam or the conditions for a bounty campaign have not been met. It also happens that the distribution of remuneration may be delayed by 1-2 months.

Sometimes bounty rewards takes time to be distributed and they will announce it, maybe you don't read the bounty thread or if you waited long enough then just think already that the bounty you participated is a scam.

until now I still receive tokens from the bounty that I followed before maybe you or many people don't get tokens because you join a scam bounty or don't reach softcap so you don't get payments and frustrate you

it seems like all the answers are clear above between the scam project and not yet achieved the softcap. means for the conclusion that before you join a project so that you receive payment as you expect, you must be smarter and more careful in choosing a project that is truly real and good through the project team and manager, because so far I have participated in a bounty and always get paid.

When did no work in accordance with the existing bounty then not paid is reasonable. of course there will be a special reason for not getting results in the bounty. It could be because the existing rules infringed or such, and this much going on. so maybe always look at spreadsheets to monitor the development of important enough. different again when not getting paid because the project was not successful or even a scam.

Maybe you have joined bounty camapaigns that is scam that is why you're not receiving your reward.It really feels so annoying when we can't receive payments after we have promoted some projects..and that was happening in todays generation that most ICOS were shitcoins and just leave their bounty participants empty handed.So i think we need to be more careful on choosing ICOs to promotr and choose a reputable manager ofcourse.

maybe it has become the risk of the bounty hunters sometimes we have to feel the loss of time in the process and the gifts that we hope are not in line with the expectations that might happen in the project just looking for individual profits only

There can be many reason,
1. The project isn't reach its softcap or in other words the project failed.
2. You join into a scam project.
3. you miss some requirement to be eligible for bounty reward.
4. you don't qualified for the bounty you joined.
And perhaps many other things.

There are legit bounties and scam bounty its just the matter of how a bounty hunter choose his bounty, if a bounty hunter dont have any idea and lazyshit to study on how to choose a good bounty to promote for sure most of the bounty he will join is a scam because as of now there are more scam than the legit one.

I think one thing is for sure, you would not receive any tokens from a bounty campaigns if its project is unsuccessful, i am referring to a bounty campaign that has not reached its soft cap objective. Because that's every ico and bounty project'e plan. If they reached the soft cap then definitely you would receive a token from that bounty project.

Yes it feels very frustrating when you don't receive rewards for your hard work of months at the end of the campaign as project turned out to be scam & ICOs team doesn't want to share rewards with the hunters. I have faced same thing with the IONCHAIN project which got listed on the exchange before its main sell and turned out to be scam & all the hunters were not paid for their work. But have you checked the updated of the project as sometimes tokens are distributed 1 or 2 day before listing on the exchange or after the main token sale third party financial audits. Also you can Co-ordinate with the bounty manager for more information about token distributions.
