Klondike has an exceptionally low cap and just had a massive block reduction.

It will almost certainly be a coin we have not even heard of yet.  90% of the users here will think it is crap/ a joke/ stupid and then BOOM, it will shoot up and almost certainly, crash down again in time.  Doge seems to be the only one to avoid the crash, but even it is drifting down.

I missed it too if I could just go back in time ill mine it from day 1, I don't know why I missed it since I have a knack on finding these type of coins, but nevertheless there are 2 coins I have in mind that would surely kickoff when it reaches coinmarketcap and they have low diff too. :)

It's not yet popular in crypto communities since the developers(OCA group) is 100% focused on their goals and longterm adaptability outside crypto world, but if you look outside crypto communities do a google advance search on 24 hours basis youll see a lot of new articles/discussions/press everyday. You seldom see a coin that's more inclined in fulfilling the real purpose of the coin rather than pumping coin prices so eventually the coin will catchup to solarcoins success outside crypto communities. :)

2.5m premine + around 30k circulating coins - do the math @ 3.72 coins per block if it attracts more hashes then the price would be around $1-2 or more per coin when it hits coinmarketcap. :)

The dev is kinda young, but he is smart and have a long term plans for the coin. Also he didn't use private whois on his website so thats a first. :)



P.S. There's probably more coins that have real world purpose so if you guys have something in mind I would love to hear your thoughts about it cause I love mining those kind of coins for longterm. Also sorry for my bad english since english is my 3rd language.

Aurora coin is truly one of a kind, yet Mazacoin does have potential.

Truly is one of a kind? Lol, it hasn't even 'delivered' on any promise yet.  Mazacoin was the first coin to get adopted as a nations currency.  Even if Auroracoin is distributed, it won't replace Iceland's currency.

Regardless, both exciting coins for the crypto industry in general...we need them!

One that wont be happening for another week or so but definitely has potential for a huge rise is Android Tokens 2.0. I've bought lots of different coins, many of which have been abandoned by their developers and left to die. I bought ADT on a whim one day a few months ago and when the chain was ruined and the coin apparently dead I thought that it was gone for good. However the developer has done amazing work to save the coin, and once cryptsy exchange the old coins on their end with the new coins its resurrection will be complete. Any other coin in the same situation would have died out but the hard work of the developer has given me faith the new coin has a bright future ahead and I'll definitely be holding onto mine!

Only problem with tips is inflation. doesn't matter how good they make it, it is only designed to be used, not stored for investment. You will lose money if you hold it.

I see lots of +1s for Darkcoin, and while I do believe it has potential, personally I would hold out and invest in Zerocoin when it comes out in May. Zerocoin could certainly rival BTC - it's had a buzz around it for practically a year now and is currently being developed by a team at MIT.

Those that pick apart maza and aurora for whatever reason don't get it. The reason they both took off is because they both hit a chord with the fundamental reason for this 'movement'. They both, whether it works or not, are an attempt to get people to use crypto in their real lives. This is the one and only reason for their early success.
The new copycat country coin developers will not understand that. They will just think the coin's symbolic attachment to a country is enough, and all of these will fail. I don't think the next big coin exists right now. Darkcoin will do well, but i sure as shit don't see it going 100x in value in a week or 2, does anyone here see that?
Look for a coin that strikes that chord that hits the basic purpose for crypto for the next big one, that's what I'm doing. If Auora or Maza could have made a noise when they arrived, you would have heard the sound of the mallet hitting the wood and the loud ringing of the bell.

any "diff too high coin" is a missed train, because even if it get pumped, the diff will jump also, no point in mining those

at least with the one that have low diff you can make plenty of it, always mine the coin with low diff that aren't dead, this is the best strategy

I think there are a lot of trains waiting to depart sometime soon. The majority of alts are down, and experience shows the ones that have had a decent market in the past tend to rebound.

They could go lower, much lower, but with patience you will probably double up at a minimum on coins like WDC, DVC and DGC. I also predict EAC and LOT (newer coins but starting to feel old) will get pumped sometime soon.

Have a look at the charts. The older coins that have enjoyed high market caps are probably the safest gamble- You just might have to be prepared to wait 2 months to see a good return.

Do you really think that these premined scam coins are done for anything else than a pump and dump scheme. You may have a little margin, mining and dumping quickly, anyway the true winner here is the coin maker.

The main issue with these new premined coins generated everyday; a lot of people loose money, and that's impact negatively true alternate done for the long term: Wordcoin, BBQ, fastcoin, MEC, Franko... and DOGE for newcomer.

To summary going in these scam operations, you will get a small and insignificant margin quickly, and you will have to expect a high loss, in the long term, with some devastating effect on the Alternates, This is really what you want?

Take a look at QQC which is ASIC proof and highly undervalued at the moment. Could be the next big thing as everybody reads its name from time to time but nobody is paying attention as there is no marketing hype.

I'll also watch out for TIPS as the devs seem to be pretty skilled and active, as the comunity, too. Community and devs just need to find together ;)

And of course new technology will rise interest so NEM is a hot candidate for 2014, too.

All the cool kids are in Blackcoin. Blackcoin has the most innovative new idea in Altcoins, The Blackcoin Multipool. NEM has huge potential to become a big player sitting next to NXT.
Think about it. It is written from scratch; no copycat of NXT.
