Hello Bounty Managers!

We are FinanceX, a brand new real-time automatic trading platform that recently launched in Vietnam. FinanceX exchange is of extremely high quality and focuses on providing traders with fiat-to-coin trading pairs, low fees, and quick cash-out (less than one hour from wallet-to-bank).

FinanceX is conducting an ICO beginning October 15 for our FNX token and we need a Bounty Manager to help promote us. Our FNX token is just like BNB is to Binance.

Before you consider our offer, keep in mind that most ICO's are pitched on nothing more than an idea. We already have a functioning and proven product that attracted over 5000 registrations in the first week of launching. We believe our FNX token with be extremely valuable in not time.

Our vision? To be the largest crypto-exchange in Southeast Asia and in the Top 10 in the Asia-Pacific region within 3 years.

Bounty Managers must have/be:
1) Prior experience managing
2) A Full Member or greater
3) Good level of Trust

Payment information:
1) Payment will be made in FNX tokens, potentially another payment for highly experienced and proven managers.
2) Tokens will be distributed within 10 days of the completion of our ICO (November 15 - November 25).
3) Token allocation is negotiable

I have a friend bounty manager, he has a lot of previous successful work, he could help you, but he is unlikely to agree to pay only in tokens. If you agree to pay him weekly in the ETH/BTC, then I can give him contacts

Take this suggestion rather than on the guy I do mention.Its just right that don't easily pick up unexperienced bounty managers because for sure there would be lots of people to PM you out for such position without having those criterias you do seek of. Gone through the link mate. Seems really good you may have the awesome future goals towards this project.

You may hire a manager along with little BTC or fiat(paypal) to managing the project since you expecting quality on the managers hand.

There's a lot of experienced bounty manager here but i guess most of them prefer btc/eth payment instead rather than the coin/token.

You can't get a well reputed bounty manager if you are paying them only in your token because if your project is not successful then their work will go in vain so you can try to pay them in the coin which is already listed on exchange or just give the mix payment of bitcoin and your tokens.

I will recommend sir yahoo as the campaign manager for your project. He is bestest campaign manager so far in bounty and signature campaigns as I was being a participant in the campaigns since I started campaign works.

Guys, I sincerely hope you’ll find a good Bounty Manager (it's essential for the perceived quality of the project)

On the other hand, take the opportunity to redesign your signature... the current design is particularly ugly! ;)

I can recommend an x4 Manager (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=828064)), I consider him one of the most decent managers. Competently leads the company and carefully conduct inspections. As evidence of my opinion, will lead a correspondence with him (threw you to the PM screen), long before to go the moment you posted this topic! That trust red is not what he says about integrity and honesty!

It's been a week haven't you chose any manager?

Who are those potential bounty managers on your shortlist? if you have no decisions made, are you going to announce it here if you ever chose a manager so that the crowd will know if the manager you chose is competent to do the job?

We haven't made a decision yet but it's not far away. Those bounty managers know who they are because we have been in contact. We can definitely announce it here once the decision is made :)

Why the payment is token only? I don't think there are reputable campaign manager will gonna grab this job offer since tokens are no value at the first place? Maybe you should put some fiat bonuses so that there are excellent guys will grab this offer. Since if you get a reputable trusted manager it could uplift the name of your project and if you push to select random guys ahead then provably you might gonna earn some bounty managers who cheat and abuse your campaign.

We can presume that those managers on that list would be most likely are those random and inexperienced dudes likes to be a manager because popular and good ones wont really grab up the offer since the payment would be on project tokens which we know theres no assurance that you will able to be paid on what you have work or done due to tokens doesn't have value at all and I agree on the suggestion you do said that payment should be atleast on BTC or ETH.If the manager they choose agree on their terms then I wouldn't make any comment.

I hope you will get the manager who is expected, but if you are pleased, I can also offer as a manager of your project, only I have no prior experience, but here I can make a team because many of my friends have experience in this forum and we can prepare everything

Okay I thought you are having difficulties of choosing one. I've given some tips and I hope that you will apply it within the selection process. Good luck of whom you ever comed up with as your bounty manager. Don't choose a manager that has bad reputation, its your decision to try experienced or not but its has been advisable.

Yes currently we are running our own marketing campaign. The addition of a bounty manager in the near future will help us immensely

like the selection of managers is very difficult and why not try an experienced gift manager like yahoo62278 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=355846) in managers who are very disciplined and responsible

OP mentioned will use token as payments, and AFAIK, yahoo doesn't accept token that still not traded in any exchange. If OP want to use bitcoin as payment or major altcoin, yahoo probably will accept it.
