Have you ever asked yourself this same question each time you panic sell during a bear market like this ?  who are those buying? why are they buying? what will they use if for ? these are the questions i do ask myself and it helped me hodl some of my token and later made some profit from them .

Buy low, sell high. I learned this rule as soon as I began to be interested in trading in cryptocurrencies)

Of course, those who buy coins when they fall are big popes who want very cheap prices and those who sell panic are people who need money or don't know the coinage

According to my experience, I have seen that people look very rash in selling coins. According to me, these are those people who make their art wealth or some exchange traders who keep buying and holding slow coins, later they sell it at prices to their minds.

the buyers are traders or investors or holders, some of them are also often called whales. they are ready to buy from panicked sellers in the bear market and they like it, some of them continue to hold it for the long term (waiting until ATH is reached or even more) and some become short term holders (if the target is reached they will sell).

too be honest there is nothing wrong with selling your coin / token when there's a panic sell, you can always buy back your coin / token and got more than before. and people who doing this is mostly a traders

Yep I did buy some EOS while the market is bleeding, its a risk to me because I sold my LTC for it.  Its not thousands and although the snapshot was already taken months ago, I'm hopeful EOS is going to make it back its way up and will exceeds the investors expectation later on. I find it a a better platform which could be the next ETH.

those dumpers are the one that are just joining airdrops , and just want to get, cash , in those events
the buyers are the one who believes the coins will be worth, in the future, sometimes scammers selling coins then suddenly
the website or address will disappear out of thin air, so be very careful

The market never shuts down. The wise ones are the ones buying in a bears market adhering to the simple rule of "BUY LOW, SELL HIGH". Explained, buy when the market is red, sell when the marketing is green.

If people are buying into crypto currencies as a long term investment, this small dip should matter little in the long run. If these people were trying to make short term flips to make money, they are not so different from the people who scammed them. Voluntary exchanges and park muggings are totally the same. The people who made these trades were not coerced and if they value crypto currencies improperly that is their own fault. Would you feel any remorse for them over this or any other investment that turned out a loss through natural shifts in the market?

Those people that are buying when price is down and almost everybody are dumping, they are the one that have assurance and believe on the existence of crypto currency. Also they are the one that have forseen the the bright future of crypto currency.

It is clear for every person that we shouldn't sell at panic. But not every coin is able to recover after a massive dump. You should also ask yourself another question: will anyone buy the coin at a higher price? Are you sure they will?

I know when the price of a certain token is dump strong, I will notice its volume if the volume is still high, there are people who are gathering, strong or weak to decide whether I will continue to hold or not?

Who know about the market they are buying it and if you have guts and know about some coins which are worthy to buy in low then you can also buy. It is nothing but you should have faith on the coin and its performance then you will get a good profit.

No, I never ask that question because it's easy to answer.  Everybody know buy low & sell high. 
Now, the real question, who are buying when the price is so high to the moon?  Why?

Those guys who can handle their emotions and can look at the bigger picure are the ones who are buying now, and will probably sell when the prices are too high. It's not an easy thing though to handle your emotions so well, so they deserve to make profits.

Smart people who are not hysterical from these situations instead sees it as an opportunity to grab a ton of crypto that will surely increase in the latter part of the year, whales who wants to accumulate more from their dumping that triggers the people to sell, firm holders and loyal investors because they knew the coins that they are buying are not the worthless ones.

During the bear market, large players buy, they accumulate volumes in their own country, which would then enter the market, and raise the price of coins.

Probably those that don't really mind waiting for so long to get their earnings, probably people that is aiming for returns several years after.

I've read somewhere in investing websites, that an old saying goes "buy when others are selling and sell when they are buying. Stock brokers tend to use that very often and maybe it would not be wrong to use in crypto markets as well.

You are right. Those are people we should follow the example of. Only don't think that when the price is going down it means that everyone is dumping. Not everyone and most likely not even the majority of holders are selling. Its a strategy , they are not been greedy at all. They only accrue the available coins from individuals with few coin. Thats why every owner of fewer coins should be patient and endure during the dip.

I think that with the current situation of the crypto-currency market everything that happens is only due to artificial manipulation of the market, thanks to which it is possible to redeem most of the crypto-currency from ordinary users.

The question is not who is buying, the question is who is selling. Right now I don't think the market can go much lower, it's more likely that sooner or later it rises again so right now it doesn't make much sense to sell, unless you really need the money or you're speculating with selling now to buy back cheaper later.

I think selling at lower lows is not a wise move, always buy at the lowest zones and sell at peaks, i know it is not easy to spot these dips and peaks easily but i think next bull cycle is going to make holders happy and their patience for last 8 months will pay off.

Normally they are the whales that purchases the coins when they are in a dip. They does this strategically so that it can't be detected that the market is being manipulated.

Hi, everybody. In my opinion, the people who buy coins in the recession are the very whales that control it all.They play on the feelings of newcomers and buying from those who panic everything merges. So that they can be called a Pro investors.

It depends on the moment when we trade, we are very easy to panic even when the value drops by a small percentage, I often think about this that the possibility when we sell in a bearish market there are people who buy and finally make a profit from it. Obviously, the one purchasing the coins when the price are down is mostly eveyone who wish to get many profit form it, and also investors that are looking for any cheap coins, and hope that it will bounce up again to gain many profit out of it.

i hope you ain't blaming those dumping . Does what happens when fear and panic grabs you. It ain't easy to invest your hard earned money into a crypto and the market just starts wiping all your hard earned money away. So people do that just to save some dollars so as not to loose all . great point there buddy. I really ask myself too before taking any action. Education is the key for this matter, if you know what you are doing, then you should be able to survive any market because market has it's own cycle.

No one know who buying on market.. but, i think most trader prefers to trade new tokens in exchange, because price is not balanced yet.. buy and sell order for new token mostly have a distant price range..

Yes sure i am always asking my self during my panic sell times. Why are they buying... That is the interesting question. Actually when i realised that there are some buyers in that bear market sometimes i change my decision about selling my tokens. Because if someone buying these tokens from me that means they believe they will earn some money in the future with these coins.

Well, gone are the days when I used to be a panic seller not extreme anymore unlike before that when I really feel bad about the market. That triggers me to press the sell button quickly and get the cold cash out of my wallet. Those people who are buying during the dip are the same people who are selling during the peak.

I think I am also one of those who are buying when the price is low. In this situation, there is a higher chance of income when I sell in on a higher price. And also, if there are some offers, I buy it in a low price like the paid memberships and some raffles.

I understand you are trying to mean people who do not prefer selling even the market is falling down must go for investing only with bitcoin and should not touch any other coin, right ? It is always high risk involved if you are going to hold any other altcoins for longer period because anything may happen with them and we cannot be sure about their future unlike how we are being confident about the futures of bitcoins. Yes, having unique trading strategy and following them strictly is more important to crack profits from any markets. Usually I'm not buying when everyone is dumping but I will go for buying bitcoin when it will be available comparatively cheaper. I mean to say I will not buy when others are selling but I will go for buying when others just finished off their selling ;).

I think projects like cybermiles, Arkblock, Elastos have huge potential to give higher returns when tthe market will recover. Just recently, I saw a coin with great potential, that was trading at $0.06 and after some days, I saw it trading at $0.03. Hey you’re right majority of the transactions are done by the whales, whenever the prices are crashing and some transactions can be done by institutional investors too. I believe they have a simple strategy buy in bulk when the prices are down, and then dump it in bulk when prices are it’s peak. I feel as a investor one should mirror them, buy in dips and at low prices, then sell when the prices are at it’s peak.
