After new restrictions for ranking, most of the bitcointalk members are moving to moonforum.net new cryptocurrency forum for signature bounty.Moon forum is more advanced and most informative and future of cryptocurrency is now Moonforum

I think moonforum is a good website just like bitcointalk
But bitcointalk is the king and it must be respected

Moonforum should work and improve too
Not just look for sign ups amongst others

They should look for obvious great ico projects for bounties

Though I don't see moonforum or any other clones of bitcointalk an immediate competitor of it but if the forum continues to make such decisions without any prior research about the effects it has on it's use. The forum is essentially forcing new users to buy membership and hence moving towards a format of paid forum.

The statement is too loud that the Moonforum is the second after the Bitcointalk, the Moonforum still has a small community and attendance, it can not be considered the competitor to the Bitcointalk.

I don't think so, because I see that the bounty in the moonforum is still small and the bounties in most moonforums are still connected to the bitcointalk forum.

i think it is good for us to have anothe forum so we can improve ourselves because here is almost no room for newbie or jr.member, we need merit to level up our rank. however, bitcointalk gives us a lot of choice about the bounty. so it depends on you what's best for you.

And every unsatisfied can move to moonforum, we need to keep the levels of meaningful discussion up in this forum

it's a crap forum that has been filled with thousands of crap topics. You can try to analyze it and OP is dreaming right now. So many big platforms have started here. let the spammers move from bitcointalk to the mooncrap forum. The creator of moon forum is oriented to the money and no more.
So many times i have seen a lot of copycat bitcointalk like this one.

Well good, if they take on all the spammers, then it's something Bitcointalk doesn't have to worry about anymore.
I'd be very happy if all the airdrop/ICO spam moves over there, it's not really adding anything to the forum in my opinion.

I think some members, especially those who got banned or missed ranking up due to new forum rules moved to the new forum. There are also other forums that offer bounties but bitcointalk is one of the best forum since most ICOs choose these forum to promote their projects.

There is also an altcointalk forum. There are also quite a lot of people registered. The system of pumping ranks there is much easier than here, but in general it is very similar to bitcointalk . Also, there are some bounty of the company.

Yes, there are many alternative forums, but still hardly anyone can beat bitcointalk. At least not yet. This is the main and oldest forum. Everyone is used to it and everyone knows it.

Moonforum is mostly promoted by Amazix bounties as they give extra rewards to those bounty hunters who post there as well. i personally dont find that forum interesting, and bounty hunters just to get little extra uses that forum and nothing else. in other words Moon forum is not any competitor to bitcointalk, but just a normal regular forum.

Looks like a nice forum, very new and modern. As crypto becomes more popular they might get more people to join up. I think bounty campaigns are important as it will attract people to sign up and keep posting. I'll keep an eye on that one and see how it develops

i believe in hardwrok. My reason for saying this is that Bitcointalk forum is the first and still the best when it comes to cryptocurrency. They have worked hard to make it here so moonforum can't beat that.

After reading your thread I went to the Moonforum to check it out. The theme looks so disturbing to eyes. The designer needs to do a better job in selecting the right colors, the current colors used are so unpleasing to the eyes. Cannot even browse it for more than a minute.

If you are being harassed somewhere, looking for an alternative is definitely the right way to solve the problem. But monforum I really don't like. What genius designed this website? Even minimalism is so much better than this horror. There are many more good alternatives to bitcointalk, but this is not moonforum. Don't waste your time.

Naaah, Bitcointalk is the alpha and omega of crypto related forums, nothing comes close to it and I doubt it ever will. There are some decent alternatives, some of them are dead or barely breathing and the others are trying to lure in their user-base with looser rules, but no way they will manage to dethrone Bitcointalk. This Moonforum is visually quite pleasing, it radiates a more modern vibe, but its more of a style over substance ordeal.

Think of it as an alternative school, BTT remains the best and will make a forum of high quality and value.

I just found out if there is a forum other than this bitcointalk. Even before the Moonforum I had heard that there was an altcoinstalks forum which was indeed a crypto forum too. In both forums there were still not many people who used it so the rules were still easier. Unlike in this forum because the members have a lot of automatic regulations are tightened.

It is the first time I hear about this new forum, but I am sure it is not even comparable with bitcointalk. There are a lot of crypto forums trying to imitate bitcointalk but without real results. The most crypto community is still attached mainly to this forum which the most popular right now.

there are many cryptocurrency forums besides bitcointalk, such as: altcointalk, moonforum etc. but I prefer bitcointalk because this forum is a pioneer of the forum on cryptocurrency, a lot of experience and knowledge that I got in this forum

So what is your point? You want the staff here to regent becuase of the new rule they implemented? Never compare moonforum to bitcointalk because they can't defeat the king(bitcointalk). I know Amaxiz management own that site.

I haven't visit the site yet but it is good that there are some rooms for members who finds it difficult coping up here in bitcointalk, well if the site don't give much point to ranks and nationality I really think many will go over there instead of staying here. I just hope it will really help people more in learning cryptocurrencies.

They do not have good traffic and an alexa ranking is not that high compared to Bitcointalk, if there are bounty campaign here I don't think it's going to give more than what they are giving bounty hunters but it's nice to know that there are other forums dedicated to cryptocurrency, it's good for all of us.

What about moonforum.net, it is nice that there is the alternative forum but to tell the truth, the popularity of these two forums are absolutely different. bitcointalk.org is the prime forum about crypto technologies and cryptocurrencies but moonforum.net is still an upstart with the quite low popularity but anyway it is nice that there is the rival for bitcointalk.org because it will stimulate both of these forums for evolving.

How do you know most of the bitcointalk member moving to moonforum? I think it's just a small site and you came here to advertisement moonforum, I don't think it'll replace bitcointalk become top cryptocurrency forum, don't waste your time :)

Yeah it can be a good option for us, and I heard a lot of good reviews about moonforum but I never tried it. Maybe will look for more details about it and use it later on so I can learn more about cryptocurrency.
