Do you imagine this thing to happen? Everytime i think about this, I can say that being an early adopter of bitcoin is something to be proud of and something that will make you famous in the eyes of many.

If this will happen, it is not impossible for bitcoin to reach above $100,000 and an adoption from the bank might also happen. Credit cards will be offered where bitcoin or cryptocurrency were stored and be used as a payment through online shopping sounds also cool right?  :D Year of 2022 looks very exciting.

It is possible, there are already many people working on it. What happens is that right now there are hundreds and hundreds of ICO that start, they may fail or they may be scam, but I have seen many with really good ideas and projects, just lack money, enthusiasm and workers, programmers etc ...

What I mean by ICO is that there are so many that no one knows if any of them can succeed more than bitcoin and be used more often, but I do not think so.

That would be extremely awesome. But I doubt that there will be some other coin that will replace Bitcoin as a payment system that has a stabled price and no manipulation.

What's the point of storing bitcoin in credit cards. The point of bitcoin is to truly have control over your wealth. Storing bitcoin in credit cards? Then use credit cards! It completely defeats the purpose.

Also, bitcoin debit cards already existed for a few years.

If Bitcoin will be the primary option for payment Bitcoin will be hit Higher price and also I know some of countries are using bitcoin.

its going to be convenient for us because all do have bitcoin and any altcoin but for those who knowns nothing about BTC not any coins, they'd be struggling even just how to use wallets. but yes prices may probably be a big deal for us. the ones you keep on exchanges that is just worth $1000 is going to be huge that you can buy a 2nd hand mustang.

In Singapore a company issued a bitcoin notes, it is similar to bank notes but it is backed up by bitcoins instead of paper money. If this can happen in singapore then it is also possible that it may evolve into debit cards later on. It is good to have bitcoins being used to pay in all your daily transactions but as long as bitcoins value is not stable and is falling down then I guess we should rethink if we are going to do that innovation.

In such world, probably every price will be measured in satoshis.The price of one satoshi will most likely be above one 1 cent,and it would be more convenient to measure prices in satoshi,rather than 0,0001btc.
Anyway,we are just too far away from such world.We can only continue daydreaming about it. ;D

It is great if all countries accept it as payment method. It will definitely push the value of bitcoin up a lot. But I think bitcoin is not the primary payment method and it does not affect traditional payment methods. Because bitcoin can not meet all the payment needs in the world. There are still many places with no internet connection and bitcoin can not be used for payment.

The btc price could reach that mark without having to be the main payment option for goods and whatnot. Once the adoption phase is fully running the price could skyrocket to much higher levels than the last ATH, and that could happen without bitcoin being used as a payment option by merchants worldwide.

Are you looking to be famous just because you were an early bitcoin adopter? Wake up, seriously, why would that make you "famous"? that sounds dumb.

I don't know how are you going to be famous to the eyes of many since crypto is psuedo anonymous unless you tell someone your wallet address but its not a good idea.


If bitcoin reach $100K then I doubt that people will used it as a medium of currency. Well for me bitcoin is already a speculative asset and not a currency anymore.

Global mass adoption is the goal of bitcoin. It can serve as an efficient alternative for transaction and payments.
It is very possible that with increased circulation and adoption bitcoin would be accepted more commonly.

If we are supposed to imagine the crypto currency world everywhere then I dont think it would anything different than the current one except the thing that you will be using the crypto currency instead of the fiat currency if it is not available at that time. But lets say both type of currency does exists by that time which will surely be present then it may happen that we will see more use of fiat only because most of the population on the earth will take lot of time to adopt the bitcoin and understand how it works. Believe me mate, thats the kind of world we will see in the future if crypto ever got accepted. The only that will be happy would be the one who is holding the bitcoin today and having huge pile of it spend over the next future life.

Yeah, that would be amazing. The only thing that prevents us from getting there is legal matter. A lot of country don't allow cryptocurrency to be used as payment option. This happen, at least, in my country. I can't fully blame the govt though, I understand their concern about money laundering and traceability.

This is quite unfortunate because Indonesia's usage rate of digital payment, including credit card and alike, is still relatively low. A lot of digital payment provider are fighting for their market share by throwing millions of USD for marketing and promotion. I would not complain for this as customer, including me, is gaining huge benefit from their marketing. This benefits include crazy discount on big merchant like 50% off in McDonalds. I've saved a lot of daily budget because of these promos.

Had Bitcoin was allowed here and all around the world, I would voluntarily promote it here. It would be very hard to go against those unicorn company promos, but I can just focus highlighting another feature that local digital payments don't have.

By the way, 2022 is the estimated year of the next halving. Another reason why 2022 would be exciting.

That will truly be a digital money world. It will make lives of people who use Bitcoin really convenient and lead to bitcoin development as well. But unfortunately  not every country is developed enough to use bitcoin as a payment method though with its awareness a lot of people will switch to start using internet but that is a dream world.  

yes, that world is very much possible if we adopt Bitcoin as out primary method of transaction and we need reputed big businesses to start accepting Bitcoin.

I am sure, not everything that will happen will be better, there must be a dark spot where it brings some losses. for example, if it arrives, there are problems that have never before appeared. Also hoping for a bull run when bitcoin can be accepted as a payment instrument is too high expectations

very soon we will get there but i dont really know how soon it will be. this is one the major popu;ace dream fornbitcoin and persollay i think it will happen someday. its a work in progress which will be achieved daily. everyone just needs to try his/her best to make this achievable.

hahaaa., it still becomes a shadow of a friend, and becomes a fantasy of friends.
but that's a good thing that makes us motivated to invite friends around to join the crypto world. ;D

I can imagine it and it's not a very distant future. Remember that we went from calculators that filled a whole room to pocket computers in 50 years. We needed even less time to go from old analog wired phones to small cellular phones. It won't take too much time before we go from credit cards to cryptocurrency payments.

This is gonna be awesome.If this happens, it will be the best day of my life after my Birthday)in 2022 I think it's too early.But let's hope that it will happen 8)

I also imagine that it will happen someday, when everyone knows bitcoin and can use cryptocurrency to pay daily shopping, I think it is really fun  :o

anyways that wont really matter that much since like credit cards or debit cards, bitcoin transactions will be like that.
since bitcoin can only be used and transfered thru electronic transfers like our current existing bank cards.

That would be amazing, but I don't see the possibility yet,  as long as the government still have their eyes on bitcoin.
It can only be possible when they embrace it.

Sounds wonderful! Of course, it may not be so soon, but it can happen. In general, everything should come to this, it is logical and interesting for everyone.

This would have been so perfect but there are so many obstacles. Cause like we have being saying there are some countries falling back in technology etc. And as Bitcoin is mostly digital, these countries won't keep up. And besides,  as much as this our wish may sound good as it is, we still the local,  fiat or offline currencies. It would be best if the two would work in hand.

In the evolution of money, the future is in a decentralised economy of which the blockchain provides a perfect solution. Bitcoin will play a very dominant role in the future  and it is not difficult to imagine a value far greater than 100k$ /bitcoin

Yeah, that would be a good and safety world, with no corruption. But for now, infrustructure of world is't ready for it.

At a point Bitcoin will be an acceptable means of payment in major markets but it remains to be seen how many countries it will be able to spread to.

A world where everyone using bitcoin in every sphere of life? It will be more than great. Crypto market will be accepted by everyone, there will be no poor people, Everyone will be self-reliant! But I think It is very good in the dream, there is no chance to happen in reality. Bitcoin will be used in shops, some business, but it will not be used as a primary money.

It would be great but unfortunatelly it's impossible. I have my own company and I tried to integrate bitcoin payment in my business but my government doesn't like this idea. The want our money-taxes

Hope that will happen, but if it is too long maybe bitcoin price will rise so fast and not much people who own it. Maybe who want to adopt it's technology will use it. But out there a lot of people only want to take profit and then leave.

i thing that that is where the bitcoin is heading as you can see in the past 9 years bitcoin is consistently increasing in price and influence to the financial sectors. and now that the world economy is on the edge of collapse, the real estaten, stock market, national debt, inflation etc. are on the bubble state, and if this bublle pops people will find shelter in cryptocurrencies. and im sure itll happen its just a matter of time!

I think that is a bit to early, and also it would be great if it was used as a primary payment option but in today's world people are used to everyday currencies and their systems so its a hard thing to manage.

in the long term it is very tempting and interesting for the fate of many bitcoin holders to change very dramatically, I would like that such forecasts would be lost and not be rumored rumors

most early adopters actually realised that bitcoin has no arms, no legs and no voice. we realised bitcoin was just code. and so we did not sit there imagining bitcoin phoning our local stores and arranging appointments and getting on planes to come to our hometowns and talk to our local stores.

instead WE went to OUR stores and WE convinced OUR stores to accpet bitcoin

so if YOU are imagining YOUR future where YOUR primary currency in YOUR local store is bitcoin. then it will need to be YOU that talks to YOUR store.
dont sit and imagine bitcoin growing legs and a voice to do it for you.

if you dont have the savvi business mindset to talk to businesses about how bitcoin can benefit your local store. take this advice

if each town/city done this. then you would see store/merchant adoption increase faster/sooner. and definetly in your home town if you help make it happen in your town

Actually this is a good chance to come alive in the next coming years. Bitcoin deserves to be on that front row of global payments and step by step is doing it but with this to come, price will increase again so another bull run is expected in the next years.

Yes! everyone is definitely thinking about this.

That's part of believing and knowing it earlier but still the advantage is that we got it earlier at lower price and to be part of this tech community when it was younger though its still early and new investors can be considered as part of it.

Possible that not only $100,000 since its being used as primary payment system. Big financial institutions are likely to adopt it and even payment processors are going to list bitcoin.

In principle, it is possible to imagine. People would not have to stand in line for the exchange, the purchase would be easier. But when there are other cryptocurrencies in different areas, it becomes more convenient and faster.

Everything is possible to imagine, even flying pigs and green aliens on Mars.
Multiple cryptocurrencies aren't more convenient to use than a single unified one, just as multiple fiat currencies aren't more convenient to use than one. Would it be faster? Nobody knows that. In 2010 nobody thought of segwit or LN. If BItcoin was to be used as a primary payment option at its current state it wouldn't be able to handle all transactions, but 10 years from now it will be much faster.

It does sound very innovative but i don't think this will ever happen. Bitcoin price is too unstable, it swings in too big price range to be adopted as permanent currency. Permanent currencies need to have a set value, that does not swing as much.

What sounds innovative about that? I cannot see any good benefit when the whole world switch from their respective fiat currencies to BTC as their main mode of payment, all I can see is the unnecessary expense involve in order for this kind of transition to take place. Also what you are asking for BTC to be stable is impossible, for one the government does not have the major control with it and most whales have the biggest supply for it. In anytime they can sell what they have and make an impact in the world market. BTC is not meant to become a main mode of payment and looking at it realistically it never will be.

if bitcoin be primary option to pay something, im not sure if it can reach like what you said before. but all can be happen.
currency need state value. so, i think its good if other coin be primary, like every country have their own coin, but they can make transaction across the world

We also can imagine when all of people in the world already accepted bitcoin as a payment, so we don't need bank anymore, we will be easier to do transaction when we are going traveling without go to Money changer to change our Money into another currency. Bitcoin will be the world currency. Look how cool is it?

The ecumenical mass social event is the objective of bitcoin. It can fill in as a productive decision for exchange and segments.
It is unfathomably conceivable that with expanded spread and separate bitcoin would be perceived just more unremarkable.

If bitcoin will use as primary payment option. I think it will not be fair for many of us. The advantage will only goes to people who have knowledge about crypto. And it would not be fair for those poor people.

For those that have little knowledge of tech, there will always be a way out, change is the only constant thing. Early days of internet was difficult but I got better.

I don't think that's going to be possible. If ever bitcoin is going to be used as a primary payment option, then it will only be like the fiat money. In year 2022, I think bitcoin is not going to get that far yet. It might be near $50,000 but not $100,000 or over. But if ever all banks will accept bitcoin, then it will be really good.

It would be similar to debit cards. The only exciting part for me would be if it continued being decentralized like now, otherwise it wouldn't be only similar to debit cards, but exactly the same thing... However, would a decentralized primary payment option work in a society? There is some risk of chaos involved...

Bitcoin is kind of 'Internet Currency' and it probably won't ever replace fiat. I hope they both compliment each other to make world a better place!

People will not have to queue up for exchange, the purchase will be easier. But it sounds very creative but I do not think this will happen. Bitcoin will fail even lower, so I do not think that in the first half of the year it will grow significantly. It is better to pay attention to other cryptocurrencies, and stay closer to them.

It will never happen. I wouldn't buy bitcoin and use it to pay for my online transactions. I'll just use my credit card instead. There are some areas in the world that has no access to electricity or the internet so bitcoin as the primary payment option will never be realized. People will always find bitcoin as a good investment vehicle where in we can profit if we invest long term.

I think that's a good question for everyone.
because if I ask you will not be so bad if bitcoin will use our payment if we are to buy the market or mall.pero for me it is not possible things will happen if the consequences are good.

if you imagine, don't imagine little things, hope that bitcoin is truly accepted globally and used as a major currency, eliminating the function of credit cards, and other ancient technologies owned by conventional banks. what's the point when bitcoin is able to be more powerful, but still collaborate with them? ahahaha. but if you want to be more realistic, obviously you have to slowly achieve it, bitcoin or rather crypto, must collaborate with existing systems and policies. if I can imagine in myself, when crypto begins to be accepted later, I will witness the history of the first time this industry emerged, I imagine I could become one of the figures who are experts in the field of crypto, which will continue to be repeatedly named in history books , ha ha ha

because they see people growing up because of bitcoin because they see people growing up because of bitcoin, but the other are not believing in bitcoin they also thought that bitcoin is not good for them' but for me i always imagine my future through this bitcoin because i know i will growing up too with this
