I don't know. I'm not really bothered about crypto games. Yes I'm sure they can be a way to earn money (cryptokitties etc), but I'm more interested in mainstream adoption of crypto. Maybe games is a route to that, but it's not my kind of thing.

Blockchain games definitely have a future in the world of amusement and recreation. The use of cryptocurrency will be maximized to the highest level that we can never have imagined. People nowadays are really investing in these type of activities which really give them an absolute pleasure as well as huge profit.

The idea of a blockchain that is centered about video games is already a good idea because the video game industry is already a big market, however in any kind of project it all need support and without it even if the target market is big then the project or blockchain will not have enough support that is why many of this intended project that are centered towards video games have very little support in the crypto space.

I have made some/little research on this and came out with a result I am not really sure of because I didn't spend a lot searching but overall all the games currently depend on pay to win and RNG basically pay more to increase your chance in RNG which is pure luck it is like a lottery dressing up as a game. I am wondering if there any real games like Dota, Lol, Smite or any MMO that has a built-in crypto economy system that would be a game I will love to play.

Well, you can get some freebies here and there, but most crypto games require to purchase their crypto collectibles (NFTs) to actually play or have a chance of profits. Initially there was issue of ETH transaction costs with these games, but now many of them are using side chains, so that risk has certainly phased out.

Some good ones are Zombie Battleground, Axie Infinity, Neon District, Steem Monsters, Decentraland, Enjin ecosystem. But none of them would allow for profits without purchases. At least if you are not active all the time.
And of course the majority of other games are simply ponzi schemes. No gameplay, no fun.

The only blockchain-based game I've heard of is crypto kitties, if I'm not mistaken I think it was the first game to implement blockchain in its use, until recently I heard news that a cryptocat was around $3000 so there's definitely money in there, but I don't have enough knowledge to use them.

I am really willing to see a good blockchain based game. Right now crypto kitties and the alike are not fun at all, and I don't like that you have to pay ether for every damn action.
I have faith in trading cards game like gods unchained. The blockchain only assure you property of the cards, and other than that is just a card game like hearthstone. So that could workout. I think it is still too early for good games

I have tried a couple of these games, that run on Ethereum network, and for me one of the problems is that only on GAS the game becomes to expensive.

Pretty much the whole industry is beginning to wake up to the fact that blockchain games are coming, and they're coming in hard. Cryptokitties was the first, and in my opinion was a poor example of what the technology is capable of. I personally think that blockchain will start being incorporated into pretty much all game types, not just casino and trading type games, but also mmorpgs for example (loot drops).

It's not a new way, there are so many cryptocurrencies applied this way before, so many guys can earn some kind of cryptocurrencies by playing game but it only last for few days. I think this is very interesting and many have already switched to games, moreover, now there are more and more different projects on blockchain games being created. Right now you can't earn serious money with blockchain games. They also are not so popular, the biggest and most popular has around 30000 players and about 100 daily actives, so they will not earn a lot even for their creators.

I think dapp games are pretty good ways to earn this days cause it base on decentralized and fair result. Of which, I have seen a lot of online gambling site making use of it and I believed the best thing is to get into it  now before alot of people start dealing with i lt because the dapp is some how still in infant stage.

That is not easey to leave something useful about this topic. All what i know about blockchain games - they are very simple and no hard games in this sphere. How i know - the network is to slow for huge games. But i think that blockchain can be useful in building of fair gaming payment structure.

There are different kind of games which we can choose. Some are only depend on luck and others depend on how well-experience we/you are in that games especially about card games. I have not tried it but maybe some time in the future. All bounties about blockchain-based games that I had joined did not go well. The ICO did not reached soft cap so I think, most of the ICO investors think that blockchain-based games are not profitable for now.

Well I love playing games on a PlayStation Console, but never tried a blockchain game. I feel it will be too technical to set up and and also slow compared to our traditional games.
