The idea of merits for ranking is not bad in my opinion, no one needs bullshit in his house. Some say it's being harsh on beginners but it's not, it's actually telling the new guys like me that this is a serious place so no garbage. The forum needs value from everymember. Newbies need to understand it and make worthwhile posts. You only get worth you deserve. I think you deserve to be placed on ignore for creating polluting threads such as this. Why don't we just create a new rule that spamming the Meta is a reason for permaban? Well, if I think twice, we could just ban newbies with the new rule, who hunt for merit, but that won't help much because the farmers will just register a new account instead of the banned ones... |
