Litecoin is around 57 dollars now and seems to be increasing in its price gradually. The cryptocurrency market is still recovering after weeks of unfavourable conditions, if the market should continue its gradual recovery process and starts to grow, will litecoin hit 60 dollars before next year?

I am bullish on litecoin in the long run, but even in the short run it could do well. This coin has potential to offer something more than being just a clone of bitcoin. I think some institutional investors are considering to invest in litecoin. Also there is a an announcement that Gemini should commence accepting LTC starting October 16th https://www.reddit.com/r/litecoin/comments/9nk90x/announcement_to_the_rlitecoin_community/ My feeling is that this is another bullish signal. It could be realistic to expect that by the end of this year LTC would be 60 bucks or more.



 

Lite coin did hit 60 dollars few days back before the recent fall in the market. If you have been following the price you would have noticed and wouldn't have bring up this topic

Well, the litecoin is a bit stable in this market. Also the coin did hit 60 dollars a few days back, so it can do it again. Then again, it's totally unpredictable sometimes, you never know.

It is possible for Litecoin to reach $60 this year, it is $54 now so it will not be hard to hit $60. We just need some good news for the market and then Litecoin will automatically pass over $60.

I believe Litecoin can reach $60 this year. Litecoin performance is very stable these days. I believe that over time, its price will gradually increase as the market recovers.

Litecoin's all-time high was $375, so basically reaching $60 is not that hard. But of course, I know reaching that high has only low chance since the market still recovering. If you're target is only $60--that actually hit last October 02, then hitting that value again is much possible than the all-time high.

all depends on the market and if the bull run occurs later this year then litecoin can reach $60 and even higher than that. do not hesitate to own and continue to hold litecoin.

it is because bitcoin price is stable and litecoin has always followed bitcoin. so if bitcoin rises, litecoin will also follow it and rise up and if not then it will stay stable like bitcoin is.
also you should not forget that a small rise like from $57 to $60 which is less than 5% rise is not something you really talk about because it is more like the fluctuations that are normally happening without needing any specific reasons.

Litecoin is a very popular and valuable coin in c rypto market and it has excellent potential , if you invest in litecoin for long term then will get excellent rewards and it will definite hit 60$ at the end of 2018. So invest in more.

To hit $60 is easy for LTC and this coin was touched that level price. Even in the end of this year LTC has potential to going up to 3 times more, cause LTC has partnership with big company.

As the market is unpredictable, nothing can be said for sure what the exact value will be of Litecoin before the end of the year but, we can hope to see a positive outcome as it is increasing in value gradually so who knows what'll happen.

I think this ltc can hit at least  $70 by the end in this year, litecoin is one of potential coin that already dump hard like ethereum. $57 to $60 is easy I think for this coin, remember that about ltc can hit $350 by the end of 2017.

60$ is way to much in less very less time and market is not stable yet.if atall market is on recovery but the increase of nearly 5% is very rare in less favorite altcoins like litecoin.I wish litecoin all the luck.

As long as i can see the status of bitcoin, the market will going to follow on what's was the current trend of bitcoin price. Though, looking at the price chart of your litecoin, it seems that the price of ATH of it before was gone a long time ago. Everyone here was always relying on the dollar price which is beyond of our control except of the coins that we are already holding.

The current market situation is very different compared before which did not act like this where a price correction seems to long to happen either but this one tends to happen for a long period of time.

Few bucks more and Litecoin will hit $60. It is $53 now and that's not very far from what you are asking. I'm not going to hope with LTC anymore as it shows very stagnant market unlike other coins although the market has been suffering from this very dip and slow motion.

Large LTC rates will rise above $ 60 by the end of 2018, as the cryptocurrency rate will rebind by the end of 2018 predicted in November. It's not easy for litecoin but looks so easy for you to said that, it needs a lot of support and until there will be no the next big bullish trend and that will not happen. Consider about litecoin was following bitcion and that makes litecoin will not reach $60 value at the end of this year dude. Said you are talking crap about that.

Look,,, I am a big Litecoin fan, one of my earliest altcoin hodls. But the thing about LTC was that it was a slow growth coin for me. Last year's $300 was a surprise for everyone even the founder. And he has said to be prepared for it to drop to $20, which I believe can still happen. It is not about the price for this type of coin, you know. It was always straightforward fast/cheap payment to BTC, so it will always be that way. We can see it like everybody uses Mastercard and maybe LTC is the Visa :)

This is very possible and I think hitting $60 before end of the year should not be a serious price movement.  I expect litecoin to recover and even go over $100 before end of the year.  Investments in most of this coins is the right thing to do now as we can see many opportunities to do so at cheap price.

IMHO this can happen in nearest future. For me main question will it go higher to 100-150 usd? or will become one more forgotten coin.

There is this feeling that I have, the whole Altcoin market depend on the BTC, if BTC rally we are likely going to see price movement in Altcoin but if not my answer is NO, before Litecoin was used as a testnet for BTC but now BTC has SegWit there is no need for Litecoin again

It will be a piece of cake for litecoin to reach above $60 before the year ends. It is considered as one of the best choice in crypto investment and one of the reliable altcoin in terms of transaction speed and collects lower transaction fees. I heard that the Winklevoss twins has sealed regulatory approval to add Litecoin on their trading platform so this is actually a good advertisement for that altcoin and will make an investor think that Litecoin could be the next big thing for price pump.

If the market starts to recover, $60 is possible. Litecoin can even go way beyond $100 if the market recovers and stabilizes, but I can't see some signs if it can even reach it's ath but we'll never know because litecoin is also a considered a good alt. Let's just wait and see what will happen by the end of this year.

in order for litecoin to rise it needs some sort of big news to come and get it pumped specially in this current situation when there is dumping in the market and there is no more newbies left to buy any coins to make them pump up.

Are you guys even high on something right now? Do you even have any single idea of what Litecoin price is now and what it was few days back? $60 is not even a target which is something that can easily be broken once we get to see the bitcoin market making a move to the upper side as we know how the other altcoins tend to follow the same directions as well.

One thing I am certain of is that Litecoin has potential to do more than $60 before the year ends if we get to see a perfect condition for growth which is what matters now and if we end up seeing bitcoin going lower and selling below $5700, then the chances of any growth may become slim

I wonder why $60 should even be the target of anyone before the end of the year. We have tested $60 recently and the market is consolidating at the moment around $52 which is pretty close to $60. If one should be looking for possibility of growth, we should be looking at the previous ATH and not just some little move that could be attained in the market, unless of course, the OP mistakenly missed 1 zero and he is trying to ask if $600 is possible. There is great potential for most coins as long as the market gives a good condition for growth which has a lot to do with the movement we get to see in bitcoin eventually.

to make a stir around the planet, you need the interest of the team. If we analyze the situation in 2015 and 2016, the pr-campaign of all cryptocurrencies went very well and the market capitalization increased. All the results we saw practical in 2017. So you can do and relatively litecoin.
