Title: Which altcoin do you invest in and do you trust the most?
Post by: UconBit on October 15, 2018, 10:39:10 AM
I am doing some research on which would be invest in. Which do you think would last for a long time if not forever? Has the possibility of being adopted by public and private entities?

For me, it is the ethereum. I can say that it has potential just like the bitcoin. It is the kin of alternative coins or the altcoins, with this I can say that it has something that can give us in return. And also we can see that the past statistics of eth may be not so stable but consistent in it going up every year ends.

TBH, I also think the same as Ethereum often appears on news articles as being used by a lot of companies / people. It also does not have the same bad history of bitcoin, being involved in the dark webs, etc. I don't have first hand knowledge of it though. As an altcoin though, it seems to have a lot of potential.

You should consider about all of the projects that tried to created the product based to change or related with our economic system. Majority of project that related to the economic system has a lot of possibility to be adopted by so many people in the future. Not only public but private entities can adopt it and some crypto companies have proven it.

I recommend buy some Binance Coin and Ethereum or TRON. Binance is a large (major) exchange, someday if 60% people in the world know about cryptocurrency, many people will be trading on Binance, unconsciously some people will buy Binance coin to get discount for their trading.

There are some big names out there.  The coin that I think has the best potential for growth is Komodo KMD.  Eth and BTC are already big but they still have a lot of room to grow.  However, if you want something a bit more stable then go with Eth or BTC.  One thing to consider with Bitcoin is that if you hold it and the private keys are yours, you get any future 'forks', like Bitcoin Cash/Gold/whatever.   That was free money for those that held bitcoin when those forks occurred.

Ether of course. There are lots of altcoins that is depending on the prices of ether. That's why I'm buying ether as many as possible right now. Holding it for long term is better than trading it daily.

Crypto market is very unpredictable nowadays. No one can say what is going to happen tomorrow. So here is you have to make a good strategy before investing. What I doing is that I devided my whole capital in 4 parts.

25%,of my capital I invested in Bitcoin
Another 25% of my capital I invested in Bitcoin
Next 25 % capital I invested in top 100 cryptocurrency ( you could research and choose which one is best)
And another last 25 % capital I would like keep safe and waiting for good deal like if price is down then I can backup of my investments loss.

So Bitcoin and ethereum for long term is good choice for me.

There is no doubt that Ethereum is the number one when it comes alternative coins in the market. ETH is widely accepted and has been doing just fine ever since it was introduced in the market. But am I the only one that noticed that Ripple seems  to be on fire lately and has been moving up. Just check out the market cap it has gone from around fourth to third. I won’t be surprised if it takes the second position from ETH very soon.

I trust only bitcoin and Ether. The others even the bigger ones like XRP or TLC are a little bit scary for me. The small altcoins (lets say under the 100 biggest marketcap) is even scarier. But this does not mean I don't invest them.

all altcoins have the possibility to survive and become a good investment for the future, public entities are very interesting to know more, but there is nothing wrong to see all the reviews, Moreover, the current price situation is uncertain even for coins whose names have soared, but this cannot be the main reference, Seeing the market often will also help you find out about stable and sinking coin developments

I think btc is the best for future investment, no need to worry about loss because btc still dominates cryptocurrencies, and becomes a reference price for altcoins.

The most stable Altcoin should be the one that would be trusted by almost everybody. Etherium is the most stable of all the altcoins. It has a lot of potential, and it is often considered as the leading Altcoin.

There is no fixed altcoin to be trusted most, almost all are in the same position. But the most popular one is Ethereum, though the inventor of this coin predicted its downfall. But, all you have to do, is research and collect data about the coin you wanna invest in.

I think that for a start it is best to invest in Bitcoin and Ether, the first to fly up with the growth of the market is Bitcoin, and Ether behind it. These are the most stable and good coins.

I still go for ETH. Even though that ethereum lose more than 50% of its price compared last year, most likely that its value will increase in the future because ethereum is fundamentally significant altcoin. The technology that is backing up its function is its blockchain, which has wider community coverage.

I believe in Eth,ripple,EOS,siacoin, aion for long term hold on altcoins that I was trading so I am saying.but before investing your money you need to research on your own about the coin or token that you going to invest.and bitcoin is also a great for long term hold.

There are too many altcoins are available in market, every day new ICO is generating and ICO's count will increase, some of altcoin and ICO's are scam project and be careful before you choose a good ICO project, in next couple of years there will be above double in current altcoin, some altcoin are very cheap and good project basis and if you buy some cheap altcoin this will be good profit in couple of years.Sometimes new projects with active team are those who disappear earlier compared to not so active new projects, yeah there are lots of new altcoins and we cannot really tell how legit they are.

I don't think there is a single most trusted and promising altcoin on the market for now. A lot depends on your beliefs and interests. Ethereum is vere well established, but there've always been some issues with it and imo the fact that it's going through the forks in such bearish times is making it a bit dangeruous. Ripple has many partners and potential supporters, the number of which will likely grow. However, more than a half of coins is still under control of the company, so centralization is a big down point here. IOTA is a promising platform built on DAG technology, which solves some problems blockchain is just not able to. However, it's pretty buggy and not that widely adopted. Do you research and find what you like more than anything else. The market is full of cheap jewels right now.

for the time being I only divide my large assets into two large coins, BTC and also ETH. especially ETH. this is a good opportunity, if you only have a little stock because if you see the price is very small. for an ICO coin, it would be good if you followed STEEL SISHUB ICO. Pre-sale sold out and they were preparing for the main sale

I trust Ethereum more than any other altcoins! Ethereum has a high value and it's like the mother of all altcoins. After bitcoin, Ethereum dominates the whole altcoins market. Plenty of altcoins are live on Ethereum blockchain! People are being selfish by seeing Eth sudden collapse! But at the end of the day, ETH will regain, no doubt here.

I agree with the majority here. Ethereum. It seems to be a well-designed crypto with a rigorous roadmap, and backed corporate clients. And on the technical side, while bitcoin only uses one application, ethereum makes use of the blockchain technology to operate the virtual decentralized application. It can also be used as a store of code.

Ethereum is still the best coin to invest in right next to btc. If you want to continue researching look for coins or tokens that can be adopted by common entities you must consider the alts with great number of community and support. There are a lot of alts out there,  hope you can find some good outputs for your research.

I am very bullish on Zilliqa (ZIL) Blockchain Project. They have delayed their mainnet due to time required for additional working on following things :-
1)Conduct thorough security audits
2)Prepare for and execute the token swap
3)Integrate with wallets
4)Develop toolchains
5)Bring more dapps onboard

Key Points to be observed about Zilliqa:-

> Zilliqa announced strategic partneship with Infoteria, a leading enterprise software company in Japan listed on the Tokyo stock exchange. Both firms aim at promoting Zilliqa on ASTERIA – Infoteria’s middleware product that currently has more than 6,500 enterprise customers and 41% market share in Japan.
>The Zilliqa project has a unique grant program to encourage the development and adoption of applications on the platform. The Grant has a pool of $5 Million USD that will be given to great projects, teams, and individuals to start building tools and applications for the Zilliqa platform.
>The Scilla programming language was developed to solve all the scalability issues as well as the security vulnerabilities on the Ethereum platform. Backed by research and a team of academics, engineers, and entrepreneurs, we are sure that the final solution to be found in the Zilliqa Mainnet, will be like no other seen in the blockchain industry.

But I treat it as just that. A moonshot, worth of about 8% of my stack. I still think it has potential, but it is the lowest amount in hold in any coin (except I suppose the XRP left over which is stuck in my wallet after selling the rest in Jan).

Well, I am currently not investing in any altcoin, however, I have one altcoin aside ethereum in mind which I think it is worth investing in. I am recommending this altcoin because, this altcoin is performing even better in our current crypto market. Counting house is the altcoin I am talking about. If it has not come to stay, it will stay for a long period of time.

I am doing some research on which would be invest in. Which do you think would last for a long time if not forever? Has the possibility of being adopted by public and private entities?
Have you tried to look into XYO Network or perhaps you have heard about it. It is a a project with good future prospects. A technologically based project that deals with location network. It is the first cryptographic location network based on blockchain. Which means that it has the tendency to be adopted by both private and public sectors. You can check it out and read about it. I am sure you will find it interesting.

Of course when we are talking about Altcoins Ethereum would be the safest though there are still good coins to invest like BitcoinCash, Litecoin, Dash and those that are in top 20 in coinmarketcap. I actually gain good return with those coins way back 2017 with matching tokens such as SXDT, IOST and any other that helps me with my financial needs most especially my families daily needs.

Only altcoin that I think will last for a longer time would be ethereum. It may not stay forever because of the changing minds of its lead dev Vitalik Buterin but it has a wide community and its next to have the biggest market cap in the crypto market.

If I have money and I don't know where do I want to invest I always invest in EOS. This alt is too promising according to experts and I believe them.
I'm still not convinced with this coin although there are various platforms that are being created there.

FLXX, ODEM, UBEX, ARB, they are altcoins that have good development for the future, FLXX follows bitcoin, so when bitcoin pumps, FLXX will also pump.

ODEM is an altcoin that has its own path, but its development is slow, and ARB is very good, its development is very fast.

Bitcoin, ethereum or XRP, all of them are coins and alt coins occupying the third highest ranking in coinmarketcap. Besides occupying the top place all three also have a good future and it is impossible to lose from the market. When you want to invest I suggest you invest in it.

My idea with altcoin investment over the years has been to utilize them to increase my bitcoin stash anyway even though in the process, I still get to manage to hold some of them for the long term in their dips based on how I tend to perceive their future growth as we keep getting closer to real life adoption across the whole space.

For me, as long as it is an altcoin with a brilliant idea and product that would really bring about usage and make the demand for the coin or token increase, that is a coin worth holding and those are basically my targets most especially as a whole lot of them has taken a hit for a while now and buying the bottom is actually something I do not joke with.

I think ethereum still has that "it" affect. I do not think it will lose it for another while when miners are still doing their work.

Mining has been on a steady decrease and considering it was impossible to find decent graphic cards last year it is quite easy to get one today which tells me reinvestment is not going as much as it used to be but even all that bad things I still believe the investment has been made and the coin could stay above this price for a long time.

I think even if another coin like ripple surpasses ethereum and becomes undisputed second biggest coin than ethereum would still be viable option for increase in price, just because some other coin goes up faster doesn't really negate the fact that ethereum has a potential to go back to over a thousand dollars one day.

No one really cares about the fundamental value and use of the token they are buying. Be honest with yourself. You just bought it out of pure speculation thinking that when it grows in value you'll take your profits right away and move forward to the next token.

I have been a fan and will always be in debt with XRP. They are the reason why I increased my portfolio. I just hold XRP and wait for price pumps or small price increase. If there are people dumping their coin, I took the opportunity and buy it. The strategy is simple but effective. The only thing it requires is patience and I am happy that I was able to resist the temptation of selling when the price is getting lower. If you believe in a coin, you will not sell it at a low price.

For me, it has always been Ethereum. Although it has been in turmoil recently due to its recent drops in value. I still believe in it hoping that it can recuperate from its losses. I do that because it is one of the most trusted altcoins in the market, and before it's recent downfalls, it still is one of the widely-supported coins across the market. Therefore, knowing its history, then I am sure that it can come back better from its losses, and surely, in due time it will gain its value back.

etheruem is very popular n widely been use, i think this is a good choice, also i did try a bit on ACM too, hopefully this will be a good platform too
I actually do have a lot of altcoins I trust in terms of growth in the long term at the moment. One thing about me and altcoins is the fact that I tend to look at altcoins with products, the chances of seeing the products being used in real life in the long run, and demand kicking in for it based on that as that is what would get the values sustainable in the long run and in cases like this.

I want to be sure I am holding coins with good support, product, great team that would really get to perform greatly as well as the chances of being used greatly in the real world as that is what counts the most.

As it is already running in the last quarter after few days it will slowly gear up and it will reach nearly $500 till the end of the year. Lets believe in this coin.

The best altcoin so far to trust if you have missed the ETH train I think is EOS. I think this should be the future of the altcoins that this platform will be a lot popular than ETH one day. They have populated their platform in less than a year for the ecosystem and from dapps to real world usage and back. EOS exchanges are being developed right now like EOSEX.com and Volentix.

I think we have not missed the ETH train, ETH is just $200 now, and it might cost thousands od dollars in the coming years. However EOS is developing fast and it might be a good competitor for ETH. It is better to invest in both of them.

It is preferable to invest in the financial sector, and not in incomprehensible technology, which has become a large number. Often, they represent technology that they themselves clearly can not describe.
And the financial sector should be clear and proven. Otherwise it can be ordinary pyramids.

Trusting altcoins is suicide. You understand that they are only a mechanism for earning, for the most part. Only a few create a good product.

Big dump from big guys Cool  During the crash, I usually buy the most perspective tokens at the lowest price. Wellknown: Ripple, Ethereum. I also bought some VITE and Loopring, because these coins are going to be among the greatest in a several years.

I am doing some research on which would be invest in. Which do you think would last for a long time if not forever? Has the possibility of being adopted by public and private entities?
In the crypto market there is nothing 100%, no absolute. No coin is a stable coin, not even BTC. If you like safe, then choose coin top 20. But I do not like that because the top20 can not bring high profit.
I like to invest new and potential coins. But this is not your investment advice, your money, you should decide for yourself.

The most stable coin on the cryptocurrency market is Bitcoin. From altcoins to invest in Ethereum, EOS and RIPL. I would also advise to buy ONL tokens, as they have been showing themselves quite stable and good for a long time.

Altcoins, though gaining confidence, but personally I would not have invested all the money in them. Though it is highly profitable investment, but a chance to lose is also great.

Besides Ethereum and Bitcoin, I have some new coins that I have for long-term investments, all coins that have been registered in coinmarketcap will have a price, but choosing the best coins for long-term investment is very difficult and I try good luck with new coins

Perhaps now I no longer believe in any altcoin, I find their value constantly decreasing, holding as long as possible, so I'm not eager to invest in electronic money anymore.

I have a pretty good opinion of Cardano, but the latest news scares me somehow. Would be better if they were silent. So I found excuses for their silence.

If you want a coins that will last longer, then Ethereum could be the best choice as this currency has good adoption with their smart contract that being use most of the new ICOs. I think ICO will be the best idea in finding funds for the project and this will continue in the coming years.

The biggest part of my investments is putted into Ethereum. Maybe I rely on this cryptocurrency too much but there is no better alternative I suppose. So meanwhile I am a fan of Ethereum first of all.

I am confident and increasingly convinced by the existence of the development owned by Ripple it could build more profits in the future. because it will continue to increase its very good for investment and improve more investment.

Maybe for personal altcoins which can be trusted with the crypto market situation now. I have more confidence in ethreum and ripple, because these two altcoins may have improved very well in recent times. But that's just an opinion, because the crypto market is not good now.

I like two coins, there are ethereum and ripple. I invest in both coins because I see the two coins as potential for the long term and can last long. First I knew the two coins, I immediately fell in love and really believed in the future of the coin. Both of these coins will last a long time because they are proven to provide benefits that we can really feel. I myself have benefited from these coins. Ethereum really helped me to design my blockchain-based project. I don't need to pay expensive to create a blockchain network. I just hitch a ride on the ethereum blockchain. While ripple helps me pay cross-country transactions. By using ripple, I can make transactions quickly, easily, and without interruption. This ripple will automatically repair itself when a hard fork occurs. Of course this makes me even easier if I want to do many transactions at once at a time. That is a bit of my opinion.
