Shame on such unethical activities. Already there are many scammer who knows how to tackle innocent users by offering them higher returns in returns of "Zero".

Community must have to take major action against such scam profiles to save forum credibility as well as have to take appropriate action against such scam profiles.

Over all good catch. OP did a great job. Keep finding scammers and help community. Fake team are like cancer now, they are damaging whole ICO industry. Really I can't see much investors are incourage to invest on ICO lately. Most of them are unsuccessful due to no raised fund. Only reason is scammers, investors worried about scam so how they will encourage to invest ? However tagged scammer, OP keep it up.

You’ve created this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5055311.0  which makes false statement  regarding our company and our related page netcurrencyindex.com .
The written article describes us as scammers, which wrong statement.
Please remove that "bullshit" urgent . its unbelievable what happened there.
Possible you don’t realize by yourself what you doing there.
We give you the chance to Remove that urgent! Earlier we already contacted with Medium and deleted your account and post. We are going to do the same with Bitcointalk if you do not remove this thread about our project. You must do this today!

Thanks and best regards

If I am not wrong this is the account? RomanovAndrey1987 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=1774989), If not post his profile link also.

However, I had received this kind of threat at the beginning once I was stared expose scammers. Never mind, let them deal with moderators. Only moderators could delete your topic. Or perhaps they will make fake accusation against you. Don't worry about threats, just block them and report to admin so that their account might ban . Just keep exposing scammers.

Archived (http://archive.is/NT7Eg)

These scammers are not good on hiding their tracks, they still have one of the fake team members' profile in their team page. I have tagged this "Andrey" guy so that he knows we are serious on stopping scams entering here in the forum. By the way @lovesmayfamilis did they really have your medium account and post deleted in the website?

I remember that medium deleted ICOEthic's profile last year for breaching their terms of service. Publishing articles (Ie exposing ICO scams) is considered to be some sort of cyberbullying, though someone has to first report and flag your account. Not sure that's the case with lovesmayfamilis here.

Anyway, tagged him myself. Just like a Coolcryptovator, I've also been threatened with PMs (most of them harmless but still not pleasant to deal with) from idiot scammers in the past.

That's some kind of a bummer no wonder why accounts and posts against them are easily deleted Medium's rules and regulation has some kind of edge for scammers wanting to take down their enemies, or for anyone who has some article against them. Just by looking at their rules you will literally see a lot of ways on how your article can be flagged by one of these scammers.

Threats of violence and incitement
We do not allow content or actions that threaten, encourage, or incite violence against anyone, directly or indirectly.

Harassment
Medium exists to share and discuss ideas. We don’t tolerate harassment, which includes:
Bullying, threatening, or shaming someone, or posting things likely to encourage others to do so

Related conduct
We do not allow posts or accounts that engage in on-platform, off-platform, or cross-platform campaigns of targeting, harassment, hate speech, violence, or disinformation. We may consider off-platform actions in assessing a Medium account, and restrict access or availability to that account.

At this point it may seem to be farfetched to use this rules against their enemies but it seems like Medium is siding with the scammers as it's crypto related which is also a big violation for their website. So they don't think twice whether they would delete the post and ban the account or not as the spammers always have the edge with the rules.

Cryptocurrency Accounts, Posts, and Publications
Posts and accounts that focus on cryptocurrencies which do not meet the following requirements may be considered spam and are subject to suspension, depending on context. Medium does not endorse or verify any coin, token, or similar announcement.

Yes, you are correct, they suspended ICOEthics account due to posting about scam - labeling a scam "scam" is considered bullying. You can see their emails and our responses here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5065117.msg47931673#msg47931673

By the way @lovesmayfamilis did they really have your medium account and post deleted in the website?

I do not have a Medium account. They exaggerate their capabilities.

So they are either lying or have mixed you up with another person who is trying to bring them down as well. Either way what they are doing is not right a proven scammer shouldn't contact you for removing your accusations not unless that they will prove your accusations as false. I just don't get the part where they have tried to contact you five months after you caught them, they might just be trying to salvage an already known scam project for a little money.
