I remember that medium deleted ICOEthic's profile last year for breaching their terms of service. Publishing articles (Ie exposing ICO scams) is considered to be some sort of cyberbullying, though someone has to first report and flag your account. Not sure that's the case with lovesmayfamilis here.
Anyway, tagged him myself. Just like a Coolcryptovator, I've also been threatened with PMs (most of them harmless but still not pleasant to deal with) from idiot scammers in the past.
That's some kind of a bummer no wonder why accounts and posts against them are easily deleted Medium's rules and regulation has some kind of edge for scammers wanting to take down their enemies, or for anyone who has some article against them. Just by looking at their rules you will literally see a lot of ways on how your article can be flagged by one of these scammers.
Threats of violence and incitement
We do not allow content or actions that threaten, encourage, or incite violence against anyone, directly or indirectly.
Harassment
Medium exists to share and discuss ideas. We don’t tolerate harassment, which includes:
Bullying, threatening, or shaming someone, or posting things likely to encourage others to do so
Related conduct
We do not allow posts or accounts that engage in on-platform, off-platform, or cross-platform campaigns of targeting, harassment, hate speech, violence, or disinformation. We may consider off-platform actions in assessing a Medium account, and restrict access or availability to that account.
At this point it may seem to be farfetched to use this rules against their enemies but it seems like Medium is siding with the scammers as it's crypto related which is also a big violation for their website. So they don't think twice whether they would delete the post and ban the account or not as the spammers always have the edge with the rules.
Cryptocurrency Accounts, Posts, and Publications
Posts and accounts that focus on cryptocurrencies which do not meet the following requirements may be considered spam and are subject to suspension, depending on context. Medium does not endorse or verify any coin, token, or similar announcement.
