VPSes typically aren't too economical to use for mining crypto, even CPU-based coins, and Android mobile devices are typically made to be low-power and don't perform too well mining. Most mobile devices also have horrible heat dissipation, so you're likely going to cause thermal throttling on your device if you try to mine on it, and damage is possible in the long-term. TL;DR don't mine with either a VPS or mobile device. |
