Mining Electroneum on a smartphone is fairly straightforward:
1.Download the app to your device and create an account on the Electroneum website .
2.Log into the app using your credentials.
3.Go to the Miner tab at the bottom and click the Start Mining button.

I used Galaxy S8. And my hashrate 30-30.5 H/s.

This is not mining, but a kind of regular drop of a random number of coins. Electronium does no mining, not misleading.

On vps you better use linux (ubuntu for example) and cpuminer-multi - https://github.com/hyc/cpuminer-multi
It's way better than any android emulator and can mine not only etn, but almost all cryptonight (xmr etc.).

The title doesn't make sense to me- are you talking about mining on a PC or Android mobile device?

VPSes typically aren't too economical to use for mining crypto, even CPU-based coins, and Android mobile devices are typically made to be low-power and don't perform too well mining. Most mobile devices also have horrible heat dissipation, so you're likely going to cause thermal throttling on your device if you try to mine on it, and damage is possible in the long-term.

TL;DR don't mine with either a VPS or mobile device.
