Title: NOT ABLE TO POST GIF ON FORUM Post by: Bitcoin_Arena on November 04, 2018, 09:25:18 PM Is a copper Newbie eligible to post GIF images on the forum or one has to first rank up to Jr Member. I have tried posting GIF images whilst following the correct procedure of posting GIFs or images but all i keep getting is:
bitcointalk.org image proxy: invalid image Can some please help me out on what could be wrong? Note: i have also tried changing GIF hosting sites to no success. If you can post images, there should be no problem to post GIFs too, there are no restrictions. Since copper members are able post images like jr. members and higher ranks, I think the Op need to learn what BbCodes are best to use when it comes to images whether a gif or not.

Be sure when you post that the link leads to the file itself, like in the example below Code: [img]https://im2.ezgif.com/tmp/ezgif-2-28cec09196a4.gif[/img] You can use ezgif.com to compress the gifs you try to post and then upload it to imgur. Ezgif keep your files only 24 hours so the link above will stop working tomorrow.
