I think the reason why Eth had a very constant decline because of the number of eth based ICOs last year as they need to fund their project that was being liquidated this year. So the price of this 2nd in command project is going to appeal if the ICOs fund have been exhausted and the value of their token has been also pumped to use eth to buy them.

I am also waiting for a further drop in the market, but I don’t think it will be deep.  Now I see that many coins have long reached their bottom and for a long time their price fluctuates at the same level. I'm doing the main shopping right  now. I’m waiting for 500 for ETH in the nearest time.

I am hoping for a bull run of course to reach the all time highs in 2017&2018 but i am not expecting one, so 500 usd levels are quite ok for me. Hopefully we will reach those numbers easily if the market recovers some.

Already ETH at the bottom. If we bu ETH this price then chance of loss less but chance of profit more. Currently ETH around 200$. Suppose we buy 1 ETH with 200$. If ETH goes up and gain the value around 400$ or 600$ then our investment will be 2x or 3x. But in case it's down then max we can lose 200$ if really it's gone to zero  ;D It's just low risk High Reward opportunity and need to grab.

Every investment must be prepared to take risks. I don't think it's a problem to buy at this time because this year there hasn't been a significant increase in Ethereum. From the beginning of 2018 until now Ethereum has experienced a continuous decline. Many predictions continue to appear with increases at the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019 and that cannot be a reference for buying Ethereum. Well I have transacting with Ethereum and I can say there are still bugs in it and kinda risky too, I lost lots of gas trying to send too fast "manually" (what if this is on a script) but I believe this will be solved though I do not know when, probably on their next upgrade (probably more than a year from now).
