We are hoping for the bull run not only of bitcoin but also all cryptocurrency. If this year is a year of difficulties in crypto,we are looking forward for a prosperous 2019.

The price had been stable for quite a while now, then dropped a bit today, that has been causing a bit of a panic in some quarters..

But I think real bitcoiners are well familiar with little rise and fall in the price..

We've just reached the prices from November 2017. Bitcoin has come full circle. It went from close to 5500 dollars this time last year to 20,000 2 months later and after a year long correction came back to where it started from. Isn't that a perfect correction? If this continues to play out perfectly we should have 3-4 months of boring flat market followed by another rally in Summer - Autumn 2019.

I had correctly called back in early Jan about the impending collapse of the bubble when all you dumb millennials were falling over each other "predicting" continued growth and screaming moon in your dreams. I had said at that time, by mid '18 most coins would be worthless piece of shit rolling in dust - and that's exactly what happened, by around middle of this year. All those "promising" coins even the ones which now have supposedly working products associated including Verge, Iota, Dent, Denta, ICX on & on & on, they're all eating dust now.

All you dumb morons desperately & naively waiting for yet another "moon-ride"  LOL  ;D  ;D ain't happening. Who's got the money to invest? Everyone of you greedy fucks who jumped in at ATH are now sitting in deep red with nothing but useless crap in your hands while brainlessly chanting the mantra "HODL".  Investment and making money through investment is not about being brain dead zombies - it's about being able to read and beat the markets, knowing when to show your hands, make profits while you still can and bail out.

Go read about the dot com bubble crash of 2000s to educate yourself first.

Crypto currency is such a market where one can come back once again. Let's lose it or profit,  This is my logic.
 But recently the situation of crypto markets has really disappointed me. I recently invested some money crypto market. I'm lousy now. But I still love crypto market. Because maybe I am in Los Angeles today but tomorrow will certainly be my profit. So I do not want to lose patience.

Hopefully trial period will be over soon and the bull run will come suddenly keep holding unto what you believe in and do not be perplex. Whenever there is heat increase on the price of cryptocurrency there is always a close bull run. Some people are trying to take advantage of others to make their wealth on the next bull run, so, hold till the bull run state.

2018 is the year of falling and dropping last few months we hope that it's have a bull run before the end of year but we lose our hope because end of year is coming. I've been reading that mostly believed that $5,800 is the support but it went lower so that test has been claimed to be right though it became lower. Pushing the market through the bulls isn't that so quick and easy for everyone.

Wise investors and holders will never do the same error they did before. And I did an error before for buying this correction and selling my holdings. But as I've learned with those experience, hold and remain patient this bear will end in no time.

Bull market!, bull market! hey stop and don't take me to the cleaner. My question here is: how long will it take the travailing woman to  bring forth? How much longer do we still need to wait for this bull? as long as am concerned, 2018 bull run chance are just very slim, I hope time proves me wrong. Well i see that the bitcoin price is dropping or maybe it is falling sharply. Maybe after this huge dropping of the bitcoin price is the begining of the great bull run. Pretty optimistic in my opinion op. The entire market continues to crash at the moment and I am not expecting any sort of bull run until sometime next year which is why I am simply HODLING all my bitcoins and altcoins at the moment.

Some people seem to think that this is the end of Bitcoin for some reason, but I feel that they are not true believers which is why I choose to ignore their opinions. As a true believer myself, I am confident that Bitcoin will bounce back even though it might take quite sometime to achieve that.

Based on the bloodbath of Yesterday do we still have the hope for a bull run this year? Bitcoin has maintained the support at slightly above $6k and has held on for the past 6months. Bull market!!! I'm of the opinion that this won't be coming any time soon given how the prices of BTC started crumbling yesterday. Its dropped by >10% and currently its under 5,500 mark. There is no way, the bull market will show, but heck I wish I could be proved wrong.

Red red everywhere....how mini traders like us will be able to hold and maintain patience. Ultimately whales will be happy in every situation. In fact they use to feed on the expense on the mini traders. It is really frustrating situation for whole market. No one knows at which point it will stop and move up.

Im always ready for the bull run. The only reason why the price of the bitcoin did not increase because a lot of people continue selling their bitcoin and altcoins so price still decreasing. We can start bull run as soon as possible we want to see that.

I am thinking that this sudden drop of BTC price is due to manipulation of whales. They dumped coins so price can get lower and buy more at lower price.It's in preparation for the expected bull run on December as everyone is hoping for a repeat of the bull run last year. We all know that the market continues to bleed red and what we can do as holders is to hold.  If we panic sell all that we have, at the end of the day, we will be the one  who lost. Remember that you can never be on the losing side if you have not sell what you have. The only people you're pacifying are the whales and sharks ready to devour large amounts of red in graphs.

I think the bull market will commence in 2019 as this year is almost over. Traders are even afraid to invest now and the whales are seriously manipulating the cryptocurrencies market.  If we keep sell at this low prices we are really feeding the whales as said by the op.
If you will be patient and holding there is no way you will not sell above your purchasing price in some years to come.  I also believe that bitcoin is going to surge in 2019 and 2020 and my confidence is on the historical data and market behavior for the past five years.

Sadly, the whole market is now red and Bitcoin has fallen so much. Perhaps after this fall, it will be possible to say that we are withdrawing from a bearish trend and a bullish trend begins. The OP is right, this year has been very bad for cryptocurrencies but this is a test, only those that are able to hold their coins despite the current circumstances are going to be the ones that are going to get the benefits and the profits out of the next bull market, it is a very difficult test because most people have failed already since they have sold their coins for terrible prices.

Many people are getting discouraged in investing into cryptocurrencies market and that is because they were not following were we started from.  Trading and investment is a game that entail a very high of self control and patience and if you did not have those you will keep losing money.

Those prices are too low, you basically want to see prices similar to what we saw bitcoin reaching before bitcoin activated segwit, and that is not going to happen because now the technology is way better than it was before it, not only because now you can pay less for each transaction but also because with the activation of segwit there is the possibility of activating the lightning network.

Maybe there is not going to be a bullrun till January, maybe things are going to get more than exciting during those times, we just need to wait to see what happens.

Bitcoin is looking good, the price is more than cheap and it is a good investment, i am going to be buying more sooner or later.

Bull market is no doubt very much desired and appreciated for making quick money but I think it is not here right now. In addition, it will take time for the revival of the crypto market to happen so the best thing an investor should do right now is to invest regardless of whatever the consequences may be.

If seriously then I'm agree with author - only the most patient and cold-blooded stayed in the market. They will break the bank, soon or not, but it will.

There are definitely some people getting ready for the bull market but if the direction of the market is an indication it seems that most people are getting ready to lose all their money because they are selling their coins for a very low price and it is obvious to me that those that are selling are not the ones that have been holding bitcoin for years, the ones that are selling are those that bought bitcoin less than one year ago and it is likely that every single one of them are registering losses.

But we cannot force them to stay in the market, if they want to lose money selling their coins for a price lower than what they bought them then that is their decision, and it is a decision that benefit us because that means we get less competition and more profits in the future for us when the bull market appears.

Bakkt already delayed its launch in this December so we have nothing else that will serve as a good start for pushing the price of bitcoin up until the year ends. There's really no bull market in this year but only FUD, regulations, crackdowns and selfish people behind those BTC cash and forks that has crippled us for too long.

I have been ready for a bull market for about 10 months now, it better be an amazing bull when it comes. After all of this if it reaches to $15k and comes back I will be so disappointing, not that I won't be happy about the 15 thousand but I would be really sad about the spike level. I would rather have the price go to $30k-$40k after all of this troubles we had over the year.

We had been doing so horrible in the past year that a small uptick in the price won't cover all the anxiety filled times we had. I for example work for bitcoin and anytime the price drops I lose some value in the work I did, whenever the price drops it becomes as if I didn't get paid for some of my work and that is a risk I take but for the year it looks like I worked for 200 days and got paid for 100 days of work, which really upsets you when you think about it.

i think the bull market is around hte proverbial corner (though it make take 4-6 months to materialize).

I still have so much time to get ready for that Bull Market ;D LOL we will surely witness that occurrence again maybe not really soon but in the next coming years ;D this is absolutely the year to test our patience and just like bitcoin keep on rising. don't lose hope just yet, because we will be going deeper ;D LMAO

of course I won't do that, I still hold back the bitcoin that I have. even I don't sell at all. I am still very confident if the price of bitcoin will recover quickly.

I will correct that and say that we need to have a lot of patience, almost a year has passed and the price has not recovered and instead of a recovery we are seeing a decrease in the price and while the price recovered a little it is not enough to dissipate the doubts that many investors are having about the market, so we need to be honest about what it is happening, a fast recovery is unlikely so having a little bit of patience is not going to be enough.

You need to be willing to hold your coins even if the market goes down again because if you do not and you sell you will lose the only opportunity you have of recovering the money that you have invested in this market.

Im always ready to the bull market. You know the only reason why the market is not start increasing because of the panic seller. Remember waiting is good but we need to take an action like buying bitcoin to see again what we want.

Haha so true. As we approach the year end the price will also go deeper, expect the least and be more positive on year 2019. No one can really tell when it is but be sure that your bags are full.
