should we sell of in order not to incur more loss?

HODLing is the best I will say because the bear run might over in near future because we are in bearish trend for almost a year so when the prices reaches bottom level then the prices will start to incline higher so better to buy more at the cheap price because the current price is more cheaper than you mentioned.

My advice is don't sell your bitcoin. Once you sell your btc it means you are in panic situation so just hold them and watch out that there will have more things to come in crypto. The drop is not because of bear market or people are dropping their BTC for good.
The drop is due to BCH fork. people sell their BTC and get more BCH to get profit from its FORK!

The question is,how would the panic sellers feel if the price of btc skyrocket?I could remember last year so many people that sold when the price of btc failed to $3000 regreted selling ,and the worst part is,they were not able to buy it at the price they sold.They were waiting for the price to come down ,but the price keeps on going up exponentially.
From the research I made,I find out that bitcoin hash power will be  used to mine bitcoin cash block,and after that bitcoin will move upward .
To be clear,whenever the price of bitcoin go down aggressively ,I buy bitcoin and the same time I use moderate leverage.So,if bitcoin goes down to $5600 dont sell ,rather hold it or buy more.I said this because bitcoin can hit $6400 or more in weeks.The problem is ,some traders are impatient to the extent  they don't know bitcoin has already bottomed due to long term correction.

It is a hard decision , We don't know really but seems market is falling , I think BCH's fork is one of its reason , I'm waiting for the new baby born to see if miners go through it or leave that fork to die , seems it had some affectons on bitcoin .

You selling Bitcoin or holding it will depends on the time you bought it. If you just buy it and the loss is not that much, you may say it if you're skeptical of its future but if not I will not advise to sell Bitcoin at loss esp when you have lost much from it. Thats what everyone has to do right now. You can't escape this bear and if you solely believe that bitcoin is the future of cryptocurrencies and its market share is big, then you don't have to worry about it. I know what you feel right now, it's hard to understand and take this dips but you have to endure and trust.

Hello, I've been following this market for about 4 years and I can tell you that such movements are always seen in the crypto market. Crypto did not win investors this year, but I'm sure he will earn more investors in 2019.

I think that we are all just holding till the coins plummet to a point where there is no option to sell it since you would not be making anything from selling.
