Agree with you. Brazil is a big country that has a significant role in the whole world. If crypto assets will be used in this country it will add capitalization and popularity to overall cryptomarket.

I think this is just going to be the first of the many. Sooner more countries will be doing this as well so we'll be heading to paperless after all. It would be cool to see my country also adopting crypto one day. The problem with such is that the less developed countries and will the people from the outskirts going to also adopt. One incident I remember was from China where an old man was put to shame all because he has the fiat while the grocery store promotes digital currency.

In my opinion. If a state-owned bank in Brazil publishes crypto tokens, it is a good sign for Ethereum. Moreover, tokens issued using the Ethereum platform. thus trust in ethereum in Brazil will increase.

It is for sure a positive news but I doubt it will make any big changes in the current situation, I don't think we will see any big moves in this year or even in January, maybe not even in the first quarter of 2019, we might see good signs by end of March and then big moves in April and May if the event of hardfork and upgrade was successful. We need much more than one positive news to flip the situation in the other direction.

Right know there are more than 50 000 unconfirmed transactions on Ethereum platform. There were many talks about sharding etc, but nothing appeared. While this issue remains every day centralized blockchains like Ripple and EOS are superseding Ethereum.

Each new token (ERC-20) which represents value and has use case is good for ETH platform.
The success of ETH last year was partially because of the boom of the ICO market and this years` crash is connected the ICOs as well.
