Ofcourse it is good sign of the ethereum that someone project are base on the ethereum blockchain. Because if there is a lot of partners and projects are base on the ethereum high chance for this coin is to increase very high and I think that's happen for the ethereum coin.

This shall take control of its accounting because everything goes back to the bank. I personally believe that the good news is only for Bitcoin, because Altcoin depends on the price of Bitcoin, if Bitcoin rises then Altcoin like ETH, XRP and others will follow Bitcoin, so I think if ETH has good news, then ETH will not have a price increase in the market , because so far the price of ETH always follows the price of Bitcoin.
