Masternode investors have had more experience themselves, and become more careful with their decisions to invest into Masternode projects.
They have (most of them) become much more smartly.
Therefore, it has become harder for new masternode coins to get their attention and their flow of capital.

Hence why we aren't advertising any Masternode, ROI etc or trying to sell it as such.
The technology behind the SubiNode's and what it allows us to do on chain/decentralized is much more important.

Masternode advertising, Roi is the approach to good investors. When other minters sell masternode and hug their money away, they lose investor confidence.

That is not the point in SubiNode's. The main focus is the underlying technology that allows us to create decentralized applications and have an on chain consensus.
Passive income is a bonus, but we are not going to sell it as a cash grab or a get rich quick scheme unlike 95% of others do.

Well, most of the PoS coin developer say that because they are wanted to increase their users and choosing a good word to define what platform it is.

Warning:  Do not mine this.  Very obvious attack pattern is happening where YouCrazy.Me pool has Nicehash dropping in every 30 mins @ 9Ghz for 10 minute increments.  No new blocks are found between these 10 minute increments.

This is a normal situation for new coins. Someone collects MN

Correct, unfortunately it seems to be the normal thing to do. Nothing is wrong with the network and things seemed to have settled down.

It is just like any other crypto-currency with masternode like protocols, except commands are subinode (subinode genkey, subinode status etc).
Otherwise jump on our discord and one of the members will be able to help you out!

There's an unmentioned premine of 200,000 coins, looks like dev hasn't mention about it anywhere. Looking shady. [Exchange + dump]
Code:

nSubsidy = 200000 * COIN;

Well, they did mention it on their Development fund voting, even though they did not say anything about the premine itself.
based on their statement, we could tell that those numbers were premine. No doubt.
not shady IMO, but instead it's a little bit out of the box compared to other projects. they explained everything based on their milestones

Will the smart contracts be created within the Subi platform or will it be created in conjunction with the ethereum network?

Initially will be available on the Subi Platform only, but cross platform contracts are in the pipeline.

Aiodex Voting
24 December 2018

We have been notified that Subi has been added to the voting system at Aiodex, if this interests you we would ask you to cast your vote!
Our main focus currently is to get our Whitepaper out (hopefully today) and prepare for SubiDesktop launch next week.
Exchange's haven't been a major focus as we would like to develop the platform into a more mature stage first, but would allow others who cannot mine to participate.

It is getting to that time of year where we are trying to be active, yet spend time with out families also. So please be patient if we do not instantly reply!

Merry Christmas all and thank you for the support so far!

Subi Platform Whitepaper V1

Firstly, Merry Christmas!
We hope you all are enjoying the festive season and spending some quality time with your families.
We also apologize for the slight delay in releasing the first revision/version of our whitepaper.
It has been rather busy for the team, but we managed to get the first version out to you all!

Please take a read, let us know if you can spot any mistakes or send us a message if you have any questions!
Please note the document is a 'living document' which means it will be constantly updated, so make sure to check back for any updates or later revisions.

SubiDesktop
26 December 2018

We hope everyone is enjoying their festive holidays and understand it is a bit quiet around here while everyone spends some time with their families!
So with the estimated release of SubiDesktop next week we are looking for a few volunteers to give it a test run first over the next few days!

Currently only 64bit Windows version available, so if  you would like to give it a test and help us fix any bugs then send me a direct message.

I have personally spoken to MPOS pools, a wallet update is incoming to make blocks that do not include a SubiNode payment orphaned.

SubiCore Version 1.0.0.2
27 December 2018

https://github.com/SubiPlatform/SubiCore/releases

The latest version of SubiCore has been released. Please update as soon as possible. A change log included below with any warnings/announcements if applicable.

Change Log:
 - Updated Checkpoints
 - Re-inforce SubiNode Payments (some pools were working around this)
 - Change default address type to P2SH Segwit

Warnings:

Default address's are now Segwit address's (which start with an S). Please note all SubiNodes must use legacy address's (which start with a X). To create legacy address's please follow the instructions below;

Windows Wallet: Go Help -> Debug Console -> Console and type getnewaddress LABEL legacy
Linux VPS: subi-cli getnewaddress LABEL legacy

Change LABEL to what you wish to label the new address being generated.

Please all pool operators update your wallets before 29 December 00:00 UTC, as this is when SubiNode payments are enforced and blocks will not be accepted without a payment included in the block.

Subi Network Attack

It seems a few hours ago the network was attacked to bring down nodes to disrupt network activity.
We apologize for the delays, but we have brought them back up and tightened the security further.
Things have now gone back to normal and pools are starting to operate again, please make sure to check against the official block explorer to ensure you are on the correct chain.

We have pushed wallet updates to our Github, so please update to the latest wallets/code and if you still have issues there are some addnodes below;

MXShine Listing
28 December 2018

We have been contacted by MXShine to list Subi on their exchange platform. Exchanges were never a main focus for us as we wish to develop the platform to a more mature stage first.
We realise that miners, investors and traders wish for places to trade so we are starting to focus on the SubiDEX platform also to tie in with the SubiDesktop.

MXShine has enable trading at their service, but please do your own research and due diligence regarding exchange platforms and never store more than you are willing to loose.

hi, any good pool with miners? S2 MPOS has probably an issue (there is enough hashrate but almost 13 hours without any minted block althought TTF is much less and there was a longer connection problem today), and I really do not want to use 1pool because of my very bad experience with this pool on another coin.
anyway, great job with updated core wallet devs  :)  12 connections 3 minutes after the wallet execution and also has a very fast sync. Thanks!

Subi Desktop
30 December 2018

https://i.imgur.com/q8eOXlz.png

Thank you to all Beta testers for feedback and helping fix some bugs! We are pleased to announce that we can release Subi Desktop to the public! Not only does Subi Desktop look great, it can do everything Subi Core can do and more! Please note that while Staking and SubiDEX options are available in the wallet these will not work until release of these features.

Subi Desktop still uses the same location for the subi.conf and subinode.conf files and also stores the blockchain in the same place.

 - Windows: %APPDATA%
 - OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/subi
 - Linux: $HOME/.subi

We recommend to backup your wallet.dat file prior to installing Subi Desktop as a precautionary measure. No issues came up in the Beta testing but just to make sure.

First Start can take some time as it downloads and configures remaining files, if it seems like it is taking too long please close and restart Subi Desktop.

Focus has now been shifted to the SubiDEX/Proposal system which we estimate another few weeks until we will have the first release ready. Any issues or bugs with Subi Desktop please let us know so we can get them fixed and put out with future builds.

You can download Subi Desktop (v1.0.0.3) here:

Where we started, are and going. Subi in 2019

First off from the admins, developers and moderators I would like to thank you all for being part of the journey so far and hope you can all join us for an exciting year in 2019!

Subi was officially launched around 2 weeks ago, starting with a small discord of 10 members we have now grown to over 500 members, 8 mining pools and over 3300 different Subi addresses with Subi in them.
As with any new product/service we did have a couple of issues with a network attack and some pools not paying SubiNodes. With a few quick updates all issues were resolved promptly.

SubiDesktop our next generation wallet that will allow further development and features, along with giving access to other developers to build decentralized applications and services was released. We had over 75 downloads/installs in the first 12 hours!

The next step in our road map is the SubiDEX, which over the next week or so you will get to see some sneak previews, more information and even have your say on features or things you would like to see! We plan on organizing a separate team to run and maintain the SubiDEX and will look into finding a few more community moderators to help out (if this interests you please message me). We are planning on a public release of the SubiDEX in the upcoming few weeks of 2019 and hope you are excited as we are!

You can check out our roadmap to see more information on what we have completed, in progress and what is planned:

https://subi.io/roadmap/

Thanks again and bring on 2019!

Yes 2019 will be an exciting year for Subi!
There is a 5% development fund included in block 1. Which is stated in the main post, our website, discord and twitter.

The cool thing about a really good privacy project is that the development team doesn't have to remain anonymous because the such privacy would be irrefutable.

And this really looks like a professional product.

I just realized I never switched my mining algorithm to neoscrypt in ccminer.

Thanks for getting back to me but it seems to be working.

I did notice that 1 pool seems to have almost 90% of the hash rate.
Should we work together to split that?

I did notice that 1 pool seems to have almost 90% of the hash rate.
Should we work together to split that?
It could be the best for the SUBI network. But where to mine?
- the strongest is 1pool.pw
- another one with good results is antares-pool.club but is weak with low luck (currently on incorrect block height with different net diff than core wallet - possible fork)
- s2.mpos-pools.com has an issue because there were enough hashpower but without any minted block - that is the reason everybody left this one. Their TTF was around several minutes but pool was not able to do a single block within 2 days. Miners left it after that. Currently is on incorrect block height with different net diff too - possible fork occured.
- us1.thecryptominerpool.com - the same, incorrect block height with different net diff

in fact, there is only the first/strongest one 1pool.pw which has enough hashpower and is doing at correct SUBI chain (compared to SUBI core wallet).

DEVs? Solution?

they have been on incorrect / forked chain since block 23252 (last 5 hours). Use us1.thecryptominerpool.com or antares-pool.club, they both are on the right chain.

I've been in us1.thecryptominerpool.com since early this morning but it seems like the difficulty changed?
Also it seems like someone with a lot of hash has been following me around into different pools, I have about 65Mh/s.
I am trying to stay away from them to avoid 51%

yep, we can see it right now. Somebody just pointed higher hashpower to us1.thecryptominerpool.com. It is not good, this pool has more than 51% of whole SUBI network for now. If it was an attack 5 hours ago on 1pool it is possible that this miner is still here and can repeat it again.

I just moved but this person has around 500Mh/s so it's not like anyone stands a chance.

I just noticed that the miners get 31.5 of the coins, which are split accordingly,  but 13.5 coins go to another address can someone explain why?
I also don't understand nodes, which may tie into this?

SUBI block has 45 coins reward distributed this way: 70% to POW and 30% to MN. Masternodes are rewarded with 13.5 coins from every minted block in the SUBI network. Remaining 31.5 coins are distributed to miner/pool who minted the block.

Is there a tutorial on masternodes? and does it takes 10,000 Subi coins to be able to start one. Do those coins go away?
I'm very new in masternodes, does hashrate play a part on running one?

Also something is wrong with the mining pools, no blocks seem to be found if not mining in the 500Mh/s pools.

yep, you will need 10 000 SUBI for a collateral to run your MN. You really do not need any hashrate. Check this guide:

Unfortunately it seems that 1pool had forked from the network and then disappeared from the discord channel.

It seems this has also left some miners out of pocket with legitimate payments owed before they forked. As the owner of the pool left our discord channel it has been hard trying to get a hold of them to see what is going on - but at this stage it seems that they have stolen miners funds to keep as their own.

This is unfortunately out of our hands as we don't control any of the Subi they hold, please ensure that pools have a reputation to lower the chance of this happening.

1pool were paying very regularly, so I guess nearly all the unpaid funds would have been mined on the incorrect fork, so in theory they did not owe very much to miners that had funds mined on the correct fork ??

Unfortunately we have done all we can do to support the network (hard coded nodes and seed nodes). The problem is there was a large amount of nicehash/rented hash that caused a fork, which happens when two miners find blocks at the same time and the network splits.

Due to the large hash these chains grew fast and suddenly which caused the wallets/network not to reorganise like they should have.

Minnodes who also host a mining pool (Minpool) has decided to list Subi for their service!
If you do not have enough for your own SubiNode you can have a share with others!

As long as you run a SubiNode the 10,000 is locked. Once you stop the SubiNode you can then withdraw your 10,000 SUBI and spend it.

This project needs more attention, the network hashrate needs consistency. Right now anyone can rent Nicehash and take over the network for $10.

Slow and steady wins the race, as we are still developing into a more mature platform growth doesn't need to be overnight.

SubiDEX Beta
https://dex.subi.io/

The time is here and we are opening the doors to the public. The last week or so has been busy fixing bugs, enhancing the trading experience and making things secure so you can all use the new platform.
Currently we only have a SUBI/BTC market, but will expand on that shortly.

We have chosen to go with a familiar UI so that it makes the trading/user experience easier to learn, so you can jump right in and trade!
Listing requirements and processes will be uploaded and posted shortly. There will be no listing fees, any donation or imposed listing fee will either a) be distributed amongst the SubiDEX users or b) donated to charity.

Quick Links
 - Website - https://dex.subi.io/
 - Explorer - https://explorer.subi.io/
 - API - Coming Soon

We have no deposit fee's and withdrawal fee's are as low as possible so they get included fairly quickly into each blockchain. With the launch of SubiDEX we ask people to be patient, as we are not sure how large of influx of users we will have.

Chain Explorer
The blockchain explorer is also currently underway getting an overhaul with a large update. This will enable you to see on chain transactions, trades and balances. This may be another few weeks away, depending on development required for any further features and fixes for SubiDEX.

Subi Desktop
Subi Desktop will also be getting an updated to incorporate SubiDEX right in the wallet! You won't have to use the web based version and can do everything out of the wallet! Stay tuned for futher updates.

Unti the next update!

SubiDEX Listing Procedure Change

After some lengthy and in-depth discussions we have decided to slightly change the listing procedures.
We think these changes will not only make the Subi Platform stronger, but also make the DEX service healthier and more appealing to traders and users.

There will be two listing structures as follows;

Free Listing:
 - No listing fee
 - COIN/SUBI pair only
 - 1 - 3 day listing time

 Paid Listing:

 - 5000 SUBI listing fee
 - COIN/BTC/SUBI pairs
 - 24 hour listing time

If a listing is paid for (5,000 SUBI) this will then get distributed amongst all active running SubiNode's at time of payment.
So for example if there was 100 SubiNodes active each node would receive 50 SUBI each for each listing paid for.

We still reserve the right to decline or accept any applicants, all current applications will be considered under the BTC pair as that is what was stated prior.

SubiDesktop Beta!
29 December 2018

I have sent messages to everyone with instructions on how to download the Beta, if I have missed you please send me another message if you are interested in joining the Beta!
Once there has been enough testing and we are happy that there are no wallet breaking bugs we will release to the public!

Message me if you are interested in joining the Beta
I've tested the Subi Desktop Beta. It's pretty cool. Really liked the interface. Nice work Subi Team! :)

More like "good job on ripping off work by Particl Project" (https://particl.io).

This is incredibly shameless copy-paste of Particl code and website, without even slightest mention. Great job!

EDIT: Just a friendly note for devs - you're also breaching Particl licence: https://screenshotscdn.firefoxusercontent.com/images/c84d9e8b-95e0-43f6-ac28-0c04cc6f2edb.png

As mentioned above, it's all based on Particl Project (minus the DEX).

Edit: Martin ^^ has spent the past 18 months designing the Desktop app modals and UI/UX. So hopefully understand his frustration with the blood sweat and tears he's put into the amazing design.

Please correctly follow the license of the project your code comes from. There are instructions on github on how to follow open software standards. This applies to your Desktop repo as well as your sips repo.
If you have any more questions feel free to reach out to me or the team. :)

And please add PART to your DEX eh!

Look at particl.io here, then look at the "Subi" website. Everything is copy-pasted...even the icons, the background triangle thing...then the wallet is a copy-paste with no credits...wow.

The Subi project impresses with its endless possibilities, and the most tempting thing is that users can create passive income! But I did not fully understand what technology the project is based on?

As mentioned above, it's all based on Particl Project (minus the DEX).

the similarities are way too obvious to be coincidental. We're either dealing with a severe lack of imagination or...
Either way, this raises so many shades of questions and none of them the least palatable. Forks are as common as sand on a beach in this industry, but not acknowledging the original and presenting the clone as "NEW" does not speak well about the team's true intention and capability - or lack of in this case

Their desktop binary is not even open source, which goes against Particl's license...Sounds very shady to me. I wouldn't trust these binaries, and I'd recommend only opening on a virtual machine. Who knows what they put in there...not open-source.

The Bitcoin-Rebooted team has elected to support SUBI:

* We are paid listing on dex.subi.io (their exchange)
* We have (3) full nodes on static IPs running
* We have (1) master-node running
* We have added SUBI along with BTCC and BOOT to our Yiimp based pool at:  http://pool.bitcoin-rebooted.xyz
Port 4233 is for general mining, with an initial diff of 128 (auto-adjusts)
Port 4235 is for Nicehash mining, with an initial diff of 64K (will also auto-adjusts)
Pool fee for SUBI is a trivial 0.1% (yeah, 1/10th of 1%)
* We have one GPU rig running on the pool for end-to-end monitoring purposes

Mine on!
The folks at https://www.bitcoin-rebooted.xyz

Edit: Martin ^^ has spent the past 18 months designing the Desktop app modals and UI/UX. So hopefully understand his frustration with the blood sweat and tears he's put into the amazing design.

Please correctly follow the license of the project your code comes from. There are instructions on github on how to follow open software standards. This applies to your Desktop repo as well as your sips repo.
If you have any more questions feel free to reach out to me or the team. :)

And please add PART to your DEX eh!

We completely agree the work Martin did/does is amazing hence our choice in using, although the base code wasn't actually sourced from your repo - but we will honour the licencing and get updated asap.
Unfortunately the Subi Platform itself grew faster than anticipated and we were still in our Beta phase before open sourcing the code, as our DEX incorporation into SubiDesktop requires a third party to check for vulnerabilities.

There was no malicious intent, or trying to cause any trouble or harm.

We would gladly welcome PART to the DEX, you can either fill out the form at https://listing.subi.io or jump on our discord and have a chat with me or other admins/community moderators (https://discord.subi.io)

Monthly Update - Edition 1

We have decided to give an update on where we are, going and been at the end of each month - usual daily news update will be published but we would like to collect everything in one spot and post monthly also.
Yes we realise this update is a little over one month since the platform launched.

Firstly we would like to say thank you for the amazing and outstanding support given so far.
We did not think the platform would reach this many users in such a short amount of time. We have some small statistics we have gathered to share with you all (all within month one).

 - Discord Users: 832
 - SubiNodes Active: 137
 - SubiDEX Accounts: 695
 - Subi Pools: 13
 - Unique Daily Views: 2,713 (avg)

These were all achieved within one month of launching and makes us proud and excited to gain traction so fast.
We have had VirtuGrana and coinvasity do some paid articles and marketing for us which I will link below;

 - https://betweenblocks.org/topic/855/subi-decentralized-private-exchange
 - https://medium.com/@virtugrana/subi-platform-huge-ecosystem-2c1e3dc3096c

We have also made the first listing reward payment, which rewards current and active SubiNodes with any listing fee's paid for SubiDEX with SUBI back to the SubiNode holders.
These can be checked out in our Discord in the #listing-distributions channel.

SubiCore
SubiCore has had a couple of updates to add checkpoint data, chain info, fixes for syncing and a major fix for pools not paying SubiNode rewards.
Current latest version at this time of writing is v1.0.0.3, which is available for download at https://subi.io/downloads/.
SubiCore is our basic wallet, that will be maintained but no new features added to, further development has moved to SubiDesktop.

SubiDesktop
SubiDesktop is patched to the latest version of SubiCore, so all checkpoint data, seed nodes, bug fixes are included.
Current latest version at this time of writing is v1.0.0.3. Active development continues with SubiDesktop with the next release including SubiDEX from within the wallet!

So you will be able to send, receive and trade from within SubiDesktop.

SubiDEX
SubiDEX has been our main focus over the last week or so, with a couple of bug fixes, releasing new markets and attending to peoples need with support.
Listing requests have also taken a large chunk of time due to the amount of interest generated. We are actively trying to get another team together to run the day to day operations of the exchange, while also working in with development on the wallet side of things.
We have put some statistics together for the first opening week at the exchange (total for the week):

 - Total Currencies: 16
 - Total Markets: 22
 - Total BTC Volume: 2.92356622
 - Total SUBI Volume: 289,002
 - Total Users: 695

What is Next

SubiDEX will continuously have markets and new currencies added, while adding features and bug fixes.
We wish to make the process of everything a little faster and smoother for all. The Explorer is due for a large update which will enable the viewing of on chain transactions, accounts and other information.
We estimate this is around 80% done, and will keep you updated on this.

SubiDesktop is also due for the SubiDEX update and we will be asking again for some beta testers to test the in wallet trading, depositing and withdrawing features also (please pm for this).

SubiDEX is also about to have an API released shortly (public and private) which will enable explorers, services and developers to gain information about markets, or even trade bots/depositing/withdrawing etc through the private API.
Documentation is currently being written so developers and users can understand how to use.

Thank you again for your support,
Shade

Mandatory Update - Version 1.0.0.7

Late yesterday a vulnerability was discovered in the Proof-of-Stake code and the way SubiDEX works.
This would open potential attack vectors on the SubiDEX platform once staking was activated. Instead of shutting down the SubiDEX we have decided to delay the transition to staking while we can re write some of the code.
Please note there is NO current vulnerability as staking is not yet active. We have also made a few other changes to the mining phase until we transition to staking.

You MUST update your wallet before block 60,000 otherwise your wallet will get kicked from the network and you may end up on the wrong chain. This includes ALL SubiNode wallets also.

Changes:

 - Staking delayed until block 150,000
 - Algorithm changed to x16rt (at block 60,000)
 - Rewards decreased to 2.5 SUBI (starting block 60,000 due to longer mining phase)
 - Mining phase until block 149,999

The decision was made to move to the x16rt algorithm due to the influx and chaos that Nicehash/rented hash was causing with the blockchain with the difficulty sometimes getting stuck high due to the large drop in hashrate once the rental was over.
We hope that changing algorithm will create a more fair and distributed consensus.

We realise there may be some disappointment for users wishing to stake, but the security of the network and platform are most important.
This allows us to patch any known vulnerabilities and bugs before they happen.

Pool Operators
Please update your wallets before block 60,000 and update the algorithm to x16rt which is active AT block 60,000.

We need some clarity on the premine,  the 200k premined SUBI are moving a lot https://explorer.subi.io/block/4e275c567531211fa22d1970b762ed038077e4e1a4d4a122a12c1275d2a0db39  when will transperancy of the premine be clairfied?  Almost half the premine has been fractured into much smaller amounts and it appears like only 120k of the original 200k are left https://explorer.subi.io/address/SjQs2FJByJiP4UFuKT1vnTDQwUxsxgVR5q

this does not match the roadmap stated on the website.

"There is currently ~180,000 SUBI set aside in a development fund. These funds are simply held by the Subi Developers and not owned by it, a consensus among the community must be reached in order to move or utilize those funds."

it looks like the funds have been moved, where is this so called community consensus to move the funds?

Mandatory Update - Version 1.0.0.8

We apologise for yet another mandatory update, this one hopefully the last to resolve the issues.
After discussions with pool operators and investigating ourselves we have decided X16RT is not currently suitable for the Subi Platform.

Only the Veil implementation is currently supported by mining software (the Subi codebase is vastly different) and none of our current pools support X16RT.

We have had to act quick as block 60,000 is approaching faster than ever and have settled on X16R instead.
The variable hashing function of X16R has proven ASIC resistant and we do not forsee any ASIC's being created before we hit block 150,000.

There is support for X16R with all major mining software and the YIIMP software (what most pools use) supports it out of the box.

Thank you again for your understanding and support, as we transition smoothly across :)

FAQ:
How do I update my wallet?
Please download SubiCore/Desktop from below and just use the new wallet as normal.

Is there a script to update my SubiNodes?
Yes - <https://github.com/SubiPlatform/SubiCore/tree/master/scripts>

Do I need to create a new wallet?
No, continue using your old wallet.dat with the new wallet application.

Do I need to manually update SubiDesktop?
Yes, due to major changes to the wallet you will have to reinstall using the link below. You do not need to uninstall the old wallet.

Pool Operators:
Please update your wallets before block 60,000 and update the algorithm to x16r which is active AT block 60,000. Please also make sure you enable Segwit transactions and masternode payments.

URGENT - Mandatory Update (v1.0.0.9)

We apologise for another mandatory update so close to fork time, a bug in block validation was pointed out to us which would not allow correct block rewards post fork.

Pool Operators have been notified with a few updating as we speak.

Unfortunately this means all SubiNodes will need to update otherwise they will not sync correctly. We have also added extra seed nodes to ensure a smooth transition and stable network.

Source code and binaries are available at the links below:

2. did not come to the DOG account after re-indexing the wallet

Subi equals to scam. Its team has been unresponsive on twitter, snapchat and instagram about the details of the incident. As a result of this, the following conclusion of mine formed: scam in its purest and most certain form. Long time ago I noticed that this team inveigled themselves into a suspicious campaign to release toxic gas in a subway underground, shot the video of this action. The video is selling for 3 btc.

Long time ago I noticed that this team inveigled themselves into a suspicious campaign to release toxic gas in a subway underground, shot the video of this action. The video is selling for 3 btc.

what?

Ive been here for longer than u, little laggard. In my possession is the knowledge along with professionally peer-reviewed and real-life vetted essays on the scam campaigns conducted by virtual miscreants from bitcointalk and other shady elements submitting to them as slaves. One of them could hide in the luggage boot of ur car although it is very improbable. If u dont know what trail leads to the mouse trap u always ask me.

Why is this video not in the police? if this is true of course, which i doubt. do you want to make money on suckers?

Coz u were the only one who bought the video for personal gain. U were reckoning u would make money off copying out the material and selling it to interested parties. With this in mind u made 45 bootlegs of the video and uploaded arbitrary fragments to private for-profit multimedia hosting site. Nobody was there to watch it or pay for it except few publishers of scat footage left a comment on one of the fragments u uploaded.

Seems odd, unless the x16r issues just overwhelmed them and they said "F**k it".

Suspect we should give it a few days to shake out, but the Discord server, complete with DNS address, disappearing does seem odd.  Maybe just some wicked form of DDOS that is preventing discord.subi.io from being resolved?

Hmmm, playing with some rough math:  Lets say they had 200 SubiNodes, each requiring 10,000 SUBI, at 300 SAT per SUBI:  Somebody check my math, but wouldn't that be 6 BTC?  Even at todays prices, that is not a trivial amount of cash.

Oops, twitter page is gone too.  Not a good sign, but perhaps there is an explanation.

Hmm, just noticed my pool appears to have stalled out on Subi about 3 hours ago.  Guessing their blockchain forked again.  There were rumors of a 51% attack, so that is not a surprise.  OK, reindexed my pools SUBI wallet and it synced back up.  The 60672 block my pool found is now orphaned (it happens), but points to an unintentional chain fork.

Trading platform still live… no deposit, no withdraw, but people still using it  ???
What do you means no action? If this platform uses a lot, there should be a lot of activities that can be done. Maybe you should ask the developers

Thats was expected to be honest, without disclosed persons of developers such new-born exchange with high probability its an exit scam "project". Only knowing of developer's personalities can give more or less insurance to investors. There was a bunch of such kind scams like current, or this one for ex https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5038089.0, but seems ppl learned nothing from lessons, keeps falling  into again and again.

coin and exchange dead?

With the removal of the exchange website, after the loss of the Discord & Twitter channels yesterday, I think "Yes" is a safe answer.

That said, my pool is finding a lot of blocks, being one of the few ones still running... lol

Hello all
I want to send u my experience on this exchange i'm a noob on the cryptomarket and start to trade 3 month ago.
I come to subidex last week for trading some zumy coins that i mine actually and when i was connected to the exchange i seen that there was some good trades to do especially on doge coin and focused to it.
The first days everything gone good and i won some sat with buying doge at 55 and selling at 60 on subitex.
The 31th of january i seen a doge buy order of 5 btc at 65 sat and decided to buy a lot with all my funds (0.1 BTC) to make a good deal, i send 160000 doge on my subidex wallet account who already have +33000 doge credited and 2 or 3 minutes after the server of subidex go down for a little time and when it restart i couldn't see my funds...i send a support message to shade, the dev on this coin to say that there was some issues with the market and past to the conversation the blockchain operations of my subidex wallet where i could see that all my funds have been sent to another adress 5 minutes after my transfert...
He never reply to the message and now the server is down and the discord has been also shutting down.

I somebody want proof for this i could send capscreen of all... i made it

Have a nice day guys

RIP Subi.  I'll be shutting down my stratum server shortly and disabling the pool as soon as the last payments are made.  Believe that will only leave 1 active pool, and I'm only seeing 4 miners on it.

For a coin that had regular updates, wallet updates continuously.

Seems like a lot of work for an exit scam when they honestly couldve made 10x more with the interest the project had. Exit scam was not at all something i could see coming from the regular developments of the coin.

Even the algo switch like why bother with an algo switch to x16r from neoscrypt?

But then when i see the twitter deleted, they wouldve had to do that themselves and for whatever reason this became an exit scam.

I wasted a lot of time mining this one. Tough one to swallow

I think the community deserves better.

Was any of this stuff valid ideas these guys worked on?

If so lets take it over and start it up on our own.

Ill look at what i can do if we dont hear from these guys and maybe i can relaunch it if its worth it

I feel for you. I didn't mine near as much as you, only 10k for a MN. I kept my .dat file in case the coin ever comes back. But a lot of people got played really well.

The project is already working very poorly, but what developers do is not clear to me. There is a feeling that the main developers no longer care where the project goes.

How much did the the 70k coins sell for?

Seems like alot of work for an exit scam.

How much were people dumb enough to deposit in a brand new exchange?

I agree, crap like this is what is working against the mainstream wanting to even consider the crypto space. We as a community need to work toward having projects work more in the open, and in a community-involved way.  That way there isn't a false figurehead that can pull everything down and just cut 'n run.  Perhaps there could be some dApps that projects could start adopting that would allow all this work to be done in a more decentralized way and prevent from things just disappearing.  I'm sure there are plenty that would have been willing to pick up the torch and at least try to forge ahead.
