But there are many people who are trying to manipulate the market badly, and they call themselves experts. 2019 is very important for cryptos. This year everyone's expectation is very high. However we should see 2018, as a corrections year and that means bitcoin got out of Fibonacci level before and it has to retrace. Might as well look at the market of stocks, equities, bonds and commodities. Now think about it if they are also downtrend. Their old investors will find a way to create room for profit so they will look for a cheaper commodity. If none then it will be bitcoin as the apple of the eye. Why? Simple. The daily use coins are more interesting, and I'm looking at BAT ( Basic Attention Tokens ) as a content producer. I'm also looking at Dash for international payments, and I think its adoption in Venezuela is a good indication of future potential for the coin. It is all we need to be attentive and alert observing the market, using alerts through groups, friends, better exchanges setting indicators for price etc i say this as a proof in last 2weeks there is also a huge transaction happened and price is good. So it is all how better we act wisely taking a right step at the right time.

I believe bull will hit almost all coins but there will be some coins that are definitely dead. Like completely dead and left abandoned never to return. You will see some coins making 100%+ year to date increases easily even more and than there will be ones that straight go to 1 satoshi each and even less. Last time the prices went up in 2017 almost all coins went up and even the most idiotic horrible coins seen increase because people were jumping on one bandwagon to next in order to make profits and made useless worthless coins go up. This time around people are smarter and they will only invest into stuff they know about and trust, ethereums and dash and litecoin and so forth will see insane increases whereas stuff like turtlecoin will not be affected.

Every coin does have the potential to experience an increase and a decrease, because the price change will be greatly influenced by the coin owner. When a coin gets support, it will have a positive impact and when the coin is abandoned, it will begin in the negative era. Because it's cyclical, I mean bitcoin for example has this halving happening every 4 years. So this alone will tell us the market will move every 4 years whether we like it or not. There will be bulls and then followed by the bearish trend. It's good to advise people to get out, specially if they don't understand how the market works. But for those who have opted to stay here like the majority of us, we have patience in those 4 years because we all know that the end of the day, those patience and mental toughness will be paid off, specially if we peaked in the next two years or so. I think most altcoins will never get back to there last all-time high, and for the ones that get there, most of them will be their last all-time high dollar price, not their all-time high bitcoins price. Crypto market cap is rising on most coins but this does not mean that their value is also improving or will now increase because they still prone to fluctuations due to the fact that all cryptos are still volatile . Value can go down but it can recover and grow more , so your right . Hodling is the key to victory and its more effective if it will be paired by patience ,dedication and other positive traits . Now we have to see alts going up and I expect some alt season to start soon. Like everyone I love when price is rising, we will see how far will bitcoin go this year, for now I`m satisfied with this progress for the first half of this year. Maybe second part of this year will be all about alts, which is very likely to happen. Play it safe and have some from everything.

If ATH happens before next financial crysis most of altcoins will reach new ATH. The ones that simply totally failed to deliver will of course never had any ATH. But the rest that still promises to delver will keep the price high. If financial crisis hits then stupid money will left crypto and those Shitcoins will go close to almost zero.
