There are many altcoins today, is there any way I can exchange them for free. Changelly charges a lot, other exchange services too. Most of the excahgnes do not have the token I want.

Any service that provides the same?

if there is a platform like an exchange then there is a cost to run that platform so the owners will ask for a fee to allow you to use their platform and their services. so no there is no place that you can exchange all your altcoins for free.

on the other hand, there are decentralized exchanges which don't have a centralized authority to take any fees from you. but the liquidity is usually too low or the prices aren't competitive specially in smaller altcoins that nobody cares about.

There is no exchange which will not charge you. So, you can't convert or exchange your altcoins without charges. But you can create a thread in altcoin marketplace, someone may be interested in your coins and will take your coins in exchange of another.

It's quite difficult to find the exchange that you want, but there are still many low fee exchanges that you can find and a fee is reasonable when you use a service.

Not sure about if there was an exchange was putting a free charge and it looks impossible for me personally. But can you mention what token that you have an intention to sell it? We need the more detail and maybe we can help you in this case.

All exchanges certainly have a fee and if you want to get a free one, I don't think it's there. Maybe you can look for exchanges at a low cost, but security is usually very low. You should try to sell coins manually by offering them to others.

At least your token is listed on some of the changes where you can convert so just deposit the token and convert into the coin whatever you want there is no charge for that only the trading fee which is very very small and you only have to pay for the transaction fee which maybe high.

Depending on the token you can try DEx approach. Waves used to have in-wallet access to its DEx. There is a fee there too, but usually it's small enough and also no minimum deposit.
You really expect established exchanges list all and every coin and token and do it for free?! They use resources for each new coin and a business will not run without some profit...

I think that all exchanges need money, only a small amount of a process without costs with a coin problem relationship. in simple words nothing is free

It's hard to find bro. even forkdelta, etherdelta (and another DEX platform) you still have to spend a small of funds, at least for gas, and also trading fee that we "don't realize"

i don't think you can ever find a way to exchange your altcoins without any "charge". you will have to spend something to do it, it is either paying fees to some exchange, paying escrow fees, or the cost of selling for less because you are using some alternative method.

you can put up your coins for sale with better prices than most places. but you will have to use escrows and pay their fees.

another option can be atomic swaps which can remove the escrow and its fee but it will require both chains to support Atomic Swap and both parties to know how to use it properly.

all exchangers do not provide free facilities in altcoin trading, this is very difficult if you want to sell altcoins without any fees.
so it is very impossible for me to give a reference to you.

You can exchange them in 1:1  with someone else in bitcointalk, but i would not recommend it since there always risks for any online transaction.

There are start up exchanges that are offering zero transaction fees but many of them are still in their token sale or beta version. It can take a few more months for their official launch.

I think there should be one or two, you can check this site https://www.etherflyer.com/ I believe most of your altcoins will be there trading but can't guarantee you that all will be there. You can also visit their telegram to know which ones and where are they trading

No services provides any kind of that service, how ? because to send out your altcoin, you even need a gas fee.

As far as i know there are no free exchange, i mean how could be one? Why would they work for free:) But there are better exchanges, you have to search it. For example keep away from HitBTC and LA Token, those exchanges having problems all the time. Ofcourse you haave to choose your exchange for your tokens. Not all tokens trading in every Exchange. If you want free coins you can try Crex24 and Yobit's free coins faucets.

Please don't seek free service especially exchange. To be honest, I am convince about the more you are seeking for free the more you will end up nothing. There's no such totally free service but most likely scam offers it for you to counterfeit and steal your key. Better to experience difficulties than to lose everything from meaningful to meaningless.

If you have less than 20$ in any altcoin it's totally meaningless to sell them now. Just forget about it and wait for a bull run - there is a tiny chance, that your alts will be pumped and you'll get some money from it in future.

I think all centralised exchanges are taking the trading fees. But luckily there are some decentralised exchanges like Forkdelta and Etherdelta and you can sell your tokens on these exchanges for free. You will only need to pay the gas fee.

If i were you, start opening the door of knowledge and explore the world of trading because you will definitely learn and earn a lot. Don't rely with third party exchange because their transaction speed depends on the traffic of the blockchain unlike in trading platform where it collect lower transaction fee and instant exchange.

I dont think so! as we know that exchange transaction has fees  for the miners thats why the exchange is requiring fees and thats the exchange platforms sole discretion and the source of profit i think. according to my own research i found out that CobinHood Exchange doesnt apply any fees you can try it if you want to find out if its true.

Yeah, there are no exchange that provides free services. We have to pay fee for each exchange that we use. Fee for each exchange is also different.

By the way, you have not told us how you got the token you are holding but if you have invested in ICO token, you will have to wait for the token you are holding to be listed in an exchange before you can actually talk about the trading fee. You can exchange your altcoin to any exchanges that still support your altcoin of it is listed already. You can refer more of it in the telegram group of the coin that you have joined to.

To sell your Altcoin, of course, there is a fee and this is required for shipping costs and this is very reasonable. But if you are looking for a free exchange, I don't think there is any. You can sell coins in Forkdelta or Etherdelta, but you will also be charged gas.

The only way to exchange them for free is directly contact the respective coin developers and convince them to exchange their coin for free. It is to my knowledge impossible to exchange any coin for free as the exchange process is already someone's businesss plan and idea implemented. However, a program or more may have such features up and running but I guess it will be for a limited period of time as a sign of motivation or attention

If you live in a city then you can do a meet up with someone who wishes to do direct trade. This way you don't need an escrow that charges a percentage of the fees. I wouldn't do any trade on bitcointalk without an escrow even if it's free of trade prices

Some exchanges like Coinbase are offering free of charge exchange between some tokens. You can instantly exchange your ETH to BTC and the other way round for free.
Some other exchanges are giving discounts if you're not withdrawing into your bank account but buying a gift card instead. The fees are much lower in such case.

First to remember is that your coins have been listed on the exchange or not. Every exchange has different fee. There are some low fee transaction exchanges that you can find out. But it sometimes your coins are not listed in that exchange. I don't know if there is free fee transaction for now or not.

If you don't want to use an exchange due to the high fees, then use a local Escrow group in your area. You have to be careful though with your trade in such group as some criminals can disappear with your money or coins.

if my view is impossible there is a free coin exchange place. of course all need money, whether it's a little, the most important is the cost. now there can't be a free one. even if you exchange coins a little, but the cost is still there.

It will be hard because not all type of coins in 1 exchanger. If in my country there are someone that buy tokens from people who only have small amount of tokens and maybe you can try in your local forum too.

No, there is no way to exchange all tokens/coins with free deposit/withdraw services. Every exchange has a certain fee for gas and other services. Though, some exchanges like Bitforex, Latoken has very low fees. But, still they will charge a little amount of fee! and no exchange can add all token/coin in their one platform! This is quite impossible too!  

So far, I never find out the exchange with free fee transaction. however, there are some ICO projects that offer this kind of prospect, but they are still plan. What you need to keep in mind is tat your coins have been listed in certain exchange to be able to sell them. choose the lowest fee transaction, I think not of them require high fee.

If they are not listed on exchange, the only way is to search for that token's community. And P2P transactions with them, it is quite dangerous because no one intermediates to ensure safe transactions between you and the buyer

You'll have to pay anyway. The Commission is everywhere and on input of means and on their conclusion. Therefore, you should always take this into account when selling your coins.

      Difinetly no exchange firm like charitable institution because this is part of crypto business which money is involve in every transaction so maybe there's a minimal payments but maybe it runs very slow in terms of transactions processing.

that is absolutely impossible, there is no exchange that  will not charge you with fee. that is how an exchange could live on, without it, they won't have any fund to maintain their sistem that support the market.

I don't think there are exchanges site  for free in trading altcoins. How could  they earn money, if they just offer their services for free? They also need funds that may used them to developed their site, to make it more comfortable to used and may competitive to others as well.

There is no free trading in the exchanges. The only exception is when the exchange is having some promotion. The only way is to do a peer to peer exchange. That is if you trust the person, otherwise escort fees will apply.

No, every coin that has been registered in an exchange, then we have to exchange it there, if not just hold the option, because in general the exchange only provides services for USD and BTC and ETH.

Most of the exchange will always require the fee and not all of them are free. I also have many tokens listed on the different exchanges, most of them are the new exchanges so that we cannot make worthy deal.

If any exchange is free of charge, then it is definitely a scam exchange. There are many exchanges in this market and there are many different fees, but no exchange is free and I have never seen an exchange that works with no fee

I think there is still no exchange that has offered a zero fee transaction. Although I manage to see and try cobinhood, they offer free trading but in terms of withdrawal for the coins or tokens, they ask for a small transaction fee.

There is no way you can exchange your altcoins for free. However, there are low cost exchanges that you can exchange some that are listed on respective exchanges. Forkdelta too is pretty low when you exchange your tokens and most coins are traded there because some are trading illegally.

If you mean tokens that are worth 1-5 $ then its quite problematic , because exchange charge some fees and there is minimum sell order aswell . The best you could do is just find someone holding token you want to sell and offer them to exchange for BTC/ETH depends on what you want . But there is risk involved to get scammed ofcourse . Or second choice is to wait when your token value increases and then sell on DEX .

No, there is no such thing like that. And is the fee so high that people should care? I know some exchanges that will require you to pay a high fee but I don't think you have to deal with those exchange sites. There are exchanges like Binance and KuCoin where the transaction fee is just normal.

Well, not for free since 'living' requires money. You could use forkdelta for selling of Ethereum based tokens.

You can consider trading on the top exchanges, preferably not on small exchanges, because under this bear market, they may be forced to close at any time because of poor management.

There may be some new platform of ICO projects that offer the free fee transaction, but I don't know whether they have been working or not yet. But, sometimes, if you invest or join the program on the exchange platform ICO,and get the coins, you can withdraw or trade the coin with low fee till zero.

Use decentralised exchanges and you would only be charged by paying the gas fee. All other exchanges require a certain percentage of these tokens for deposit/withdrawal/trading processes. Ther is no way of how to avoid them.

What you are looking for may not be in existence in the crypto space yet but you can look for an OTC site where you get in contact with the seller and you discuss on an agreed amount of exchange rate. This will make things better for you I think. Further more, if they are tokens, look for some decentralized exchanges because they only deduct miners fee and nothing more.

Servives such as Changelly could potentially have higher fees than exchanges (especially for bigger portfolios, smaller ones tend to suffer more from withdrawal fees of exchanges) - so maybe you should calculate how much it would cost if you use a traditional market instead.

By exchanging alt coins for free, I guess you mean free from those "fee" that are taken from you in while exchanging from an exchange or other service. I guess no. Every platform will take a small percentage of fee since they are there for profit and will need revenue to run their platform. But you can try looking for people on the forum and do direct p2p deals with users based on exchange rates.

Actually there is no such exchange without charges. There are some exchanges with reduced charges though. You can try some decentralized exchanges like IDEX, there are trading and withdrawal fees but low. The big players like Binance will charge you more.

I'm yet to see any exchange that won't charge you at all for trading on their platform. Some have very high fees, especially withdrawal fees. Some have reduced trading fees when you hold the official tokens. Mercatox fees ain't bad, check it out.

Finding such an exchsnge might be difficult. Even if you will find an exchange where you can withdraw without any charges, ypu will be charged for trade abd vice versa.
According to you, you have many altcoins you want to exchange. I am sure you cannot do all that on one exchange, because there is every likelihood they might not be listed on the same exchange. So you cannot escape the charges you are talking about.

Most of the projects have not been listed , I think some altcoins you can try to trade on forkdelta, well, if not traded then of course you need to wait

LoL, today is not any exchanger give free fee in their service, even that deentralized exhange still needed fee for pay the miner for handling your transaction, but if yu want sell without fee you must sell you altcoin directly to someone

That's merely impossible to happen mate, every exchanges need funds to operate their trading activity. I don't think that's 100% sure, and maybe it's a shor term promotion by new exchanges. Just trade your coins to legit exchanges, you might be dealing with scammers if you entrust it with unknown sources.

Most exchangers nowadays even the baddest one do have a charging fee not because of the profit but because that is the requirements in order for your transaction to be processed  .

However theres some wallet that offers free sending or recieving from the same wallet user  .  xapo for example  .

OTC sales seem best choice. Because, I also did not hear the exchange that works without fee. I searched on Google, and found exchange called cobinhood, but I do not know how safe it is and do not recommend you to use unsafe sites for 1 to 2 cents fee.

But since you need a small gas fee to send  out your altcoin from your wallet, then i guess you would need to be charged small fee for trading as well.

Why do you have to sell it if the coin has no price. No need to hurry. You can still save it and maybe the price of the coin will rise at another time.

In order to prevent dump on markets big whales prefer to sell over the counter without being affected volatile market conditions. Cobinhood aims to take less fee and comissions based on your trading history. You get what you pay ;)

If you want to exchange those altcoins of yours, you must make sure that it is already listed on crypto echange/s, in order for you to trade it with other altcoins or major coins. If it is not listed, you can still trade it in some decentralized exchange/s using contract address if it is ERC20 support tokens.

depends, you can exchange altcoin if the exchange utilizes their own token like binance, the transaction fee is much more lesser compared to other coins that runs through their platform.

Dude, unfortunately, this is not the way it works. Would you make us an exchange for free trades? Every business has a cost and every exchange fee is charged to cover it.
