Hi everyone,

this is the first topic I ever started here so please forgive me if any violate any rules. I'll keep it short for now since after getting my first merit and the status for it (including the option to actually post pictures here) I'll make a proper ANN post. If there is anything in particular I need to consider for that I am happy for any help. I've checked the obvious topics for that and guess I got the important stuff for now.

Brief introduction of myself: I'm community manager at BANANO (https://banano.cc). Unfortunately no one from the BANANO team is active here so I thought I'll give it a go and change that.

So what is BANANO?
In short, BANANO is a feeless, instant, rich in potassium cryptocurrency powered by DAG technology disrupting the meme economy.
BANANO (BAN) is a fork of the cryptocurrency NANO and was started in April 2018.
BANANO is a meme cryptocurrency with a free and fair ongoing distribution and a fun community.
Using BANANO is intuitive and easy. Transactions are feeless and instant.
BANANO utilizes a novel DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) based architecture, where each user possesses his own blockchain.

What is special about BANANO?
From the very beginning, $BANANO had a very unique distinction from basically all other cryptocurrency projects: Free & fair coin distribution through innovative faucet games. You heard it right, we don’t have just some boring faucets, we have faucet games! We have airdrops and giveaways, and the slickest mobile wallet you've seen so far (take me by my word, no probs), and sometimes even meme contests, however our faucet games are surely something most noteworthy.

I'm currently mining this coin, but I have no idea if this is as promising like MRAI or now known as NANO but who knows, mrai was worth $0.001 back then or even less but now they are worth $1 and even hit an all-time high $32, I hope this also happens to Banano I would like to have a repeat.

I'm shifted mining Banano from Arikado to Folding @Home, and I am now mining it now, I would like to ask do I have to finish the number of days for a particular project in Folding @Home, before I receive my Banano token rewards, and will it send automatically, because in Arikado you manually request it once you've had 10 Banano.

You will receive your first reward after reaching 100 points at Fold@Home, then every 12 hours automatically right now.

My friend recommended this to me and I find it one of the easiest coin to mine I am using the desktop version of folding@home I get double or even triple the rewards than when I mining on Arikado I now have 500 Banano  and getting 100 to 150 Banano daily, what is the possibility of this coin to become the next MRAI or Nano.

Can you explained as I'm starting to run the miner also from my laptop and I'm not getting any idea how much tokens will I get if I will keep it running the whole day, and regarding to have a passkey which showed as optional, you mentions that it will boost the rewards right? I just wanted to learned about that, an regarding to estimated points, is that point converted to BAN or it will be the actual numbers that I will expect to receive?

So basically you should use the passkey to get higher point rewards from folding@home, yes. Then your first payout in BANANO will come after reaching 100 points approximately, then approx every 12 hours.

I can't comment on exact ratio since this is adjusted regularly and not linear, in order to make it as fair as possible. However point number earned will convert to BANANO, and generally the more points you have the more BANANO you will get.

Banano's hoses are getting less and less coins every day, and it's not worth your time to spend it, if you're lucky you can earn about $ 2 for 8 hours of work on the taps.

Well as mentioned we adjust our faucet payouts depending on liquidity and participation. Also we have several faucets going. In recent Meme Faucet and Black Monkey faucets we had some guys using it 24/7 to get the equivalent of 20-30k BANANO in one day. So that's possible, but you need to invest time.

None of the faucets are made to ensure you get rich or "well" paid, they're all built in a way to ensure distribution is going as fair as possible. People complaining about "too low" payouts are part of the deal, however if you think faucets give you not enough coins just don't use them, or save time and buy some BANANO ;)

We are not here for making any quick gain and exitscam, but to distribute everything in a fair and still rather nice way (see faucetgames) while still educating crypto noobs, developing nice tech and create a sustainable BANANO ecosphere.
