So basically you should use the passkey to get higher point rewards from folding@home, yes. Then your first payout in BANANO will come after reaching 100 points approximately, then approx every 12 hours.

I can't comment on exact ratio since this is adjusted regularly and not linear, in order to make it as fair as possible. However point number earned will convert to BANANO, and generally the more points you have the more BANANO you will get.
