the only way shitcoins can rise is through pumps and that can only work for a limited number of times. BCASH has already exhausted their pumping capabilities as much as they could so we may not be able to see any major pumps for a very long time specially since they have fooled a lot of people that nobody believes their pumping hypes anymore.

These predictions are worth nothing, the fact that with a technical upgrade of Bitcoin, the need for a BCH will partially disappear is completely ignored, and it is obvious that Bitcoin will become a much more preferred investment after all upgrades.

 there is no concrete data to backup this prediction there is no concrete data to back of this reduction so it is just speculation and I disagree because nobody can really predict how bitcoin cash to move in the market.

The part where you say that a hard fork occurred is correct. The part where you say that BCH ABC and BCH merged together is not really correct. As far as I can tell, there was no merge of any kind. The old BCH now goes simply under the name of BCH ABC. As for BCH reaching $2000 forget it. They will never rise to such heights.

I'm not sure about this. when they started the hardfork, I no longer believed that bch was a good coin. everyone behind BCH is only looking for profit. Looking at the current price I think, today's price is still quite high for this shit coin. so don't expect that there will be a good future.

This is good news for me as I have been hodling my Bitcoin cash coin since the market became bearish. Hoping that this will be the year that I will be able to sell my BCH and at the same time earn with the sale. The market wasn't very supportive to BCH last year even with the fork that happened. hope this year it will change.

Somehow i do not believe that bitcoin cash will reach the 2000$ mark again sometime in 2019. After the dispute with bitcoin sv and the fork on it, many people have lost the hope in bitcoin cash.

Even 1000 is too much for this shitcoin. If Bitcoin goes up it will take BCH with it because this is how this strange market works. When Bitcoin pumps everything with the name Bitcoin in it pumps with it even worthless coins with no acceptance like BCH and its fork.

BCH should be at zero. There isn't a single usecase for BCH. It is not a good store of value and it is definitely not a good cash replacement neither. While Bitcoin itself is the perfect store of value, it is trying to solve the other problem with LN and if you find LN complicated, there are other coins like Litecoin, Dogecoin which can act as cash better than BCH. Those coins are faster and cheaper than BCH so why use BCH at all?

with all that said and done, BCH is still a pointless shitcoin that has no purpose to exist. the only reason why it is still staying alive and has not yet dropped dead and disappeared is because there are deep pockets behind it with a lot of money and hashpower that are keeping it alive by burning money.

to pump such a coin they would have to spend a lot more money, $2000 is possible but it is going to be pretty hard to pump it that big since people aren't really interested in shitcoins that have already pumped and disappointed them.

I was expecting the same thing for ripple for years but these corporate backed craps are somehow managing to be alive and keep attracting investors by showing their higher marketcap figures. I mean to say BTCABC may stay alive as some big whales are always there to bumps them so that innocent investors will invest with them. This had happened many times in the last 15 months since August 1st of 2017 and I guess it may keep happening.

OP is just speculating based on inclusion of BTCABC by blockchain.com (formally blockchain.info the famous and probbaly the 1st web wallet provider for BTC). But, this news alone will not be enough for BTCABC to peak to its previous high. But, probably when bitcoin will be teasting new ATH, this coin also may scale its old heights.

I don't like the vallue of the bitcoin will decrease at $2000 because for sure it will continue dropping because people will panic on that value. Maybe let  times 10 the value that you expected so your 2000 expectation will turn again $20000 in the end of this year 2019 and Im expected the value will increase more than that.

I don't think that anything can ever drive the price of the BCH so far, especially in 2019. BCH is just a hype coin of Roger Ver and nothing more. It doesn't have any advantages over Bitcoin or any even Ethereum. I guess that one day when Roger will see that it's not worth promoting the coin any more and stop throwing money into it, the coin just dies.

i don't think that bitcoin cash will ever touch $1000 again after their fork. bitcoin cash is doom since it was split into two. many investor lose interest on it and move on to another project. well, crypto is very volatile we'll never know what will happen in the future.

Bitcoin Satoshi and not bitcoin ABC won the harhwar. I believe when the bitcoin becomes highly scalable by implementation of some features in the network of bitcoin, bitcoin cash might just fade away like the morning star. If this prediction of $2000 happens by the end of 2019, surely we'll experience the peak value of $4000+ by the end middle of the year 2020 around the days of halving. one thing i notice about BCH is that it is very fast to recover in price, it has strong will to fight the market and keep price afloat, now already price of BCH is at $295.22 with 73.6% gain according to coingecko, i have been observing this coin, and compare to others i found it to have the ability to recover in price more than others, i know some people will disagree but this is my personal observation, i should have put some money in when it doped to about $95, but too many negativity surrounding bch  ::) now look at price, in the end its all about making profit.

Most alts are beginning to rise after bitcoin pumped, categorically speaking when the green bull start to shine high for sure every alts that have strong supporters will ride accordingly, chances for bch to rise is there but there's no assurance that the value will be that huge by the end of this year.

Probably I have already had occasion to write my negative thoughts about BCH, because this project has nothing under the hood, this is just a fork, which was made to split our cryptocurrency community and, in general, probably only for this purpose.

BCH is no longer a developer and all of this increase comes from whale pumps. I think investing in BCH is really dangerous and it puts you at risk of losing a lot of money so you need to consider it carefully because this market is very dangerous during this time. In my opinion, the BCH's reach of $ 2,000 will never happen this year and it will be very difficult for us to see this price.

BCH just a playground for some whales, nothing more. If they get bored of playing it can turn to dust, if they want to pump price hard it can come to 2000 usd but at the end, it is a toy, nothing more.

One of the things I am sure of is that, bch price is being manipulated, because I see no reason why it should pump that much. There is no concrete update, no development. I am just afraid that it might dump so soon. So as an investor, I need to be careful even if I am going to invest in it.

Most altcoin price depend on bitcoin price because bitcoin is base currency in market. BCH could hit $2000 again if market start recovery and i think market already start to recover. If bitcoin price rising, its make investor more confident to invest on others coin or token and i think its good for market and crypto holder

It is very unlikely that Bitcoin Cash will become completely worthless. The reason why I am saying this is ever since its creation from the hard fork in 2017, BCH has managed to get backing from some of the most powerful people in the crypto-world and it has slowly but steadily built a dedicated and loyal community. Transaction fee is not the only issue that lead to the creation of BCH. According to Roger Ver, BCH is closer to Satoshi's coin when compared to the current BTC. And if I am not wrong, BCH mining is more profitable right now, when compared to BTC mining.

BCH and Ethereum are coins that I rely on to be able to return my money, I invested around $ 3200 in 2018 and left around $ 600, I still hold Bitcoin Cash and ETH and expect the market to be positive soon.

BCH on its own cannot achieve that set target without the assistance of Bitcoin, as I can see that many of them are also trying to lift up along with Bitcoin, for BCH to be 2k by end of this year, then BTC would have grown to like $30,000 which everyone knows that it is not a realistic figure for the year.

I personally don’t even believe in investing that much in all these coins that are copy of Bitcoin, they still end up relying on bitcoin for them to fully increase in price, so what is now the essence of creating this coins that will end up being dumped in future.  Everyone should just sell all these coins for BTC.

It is your imagination but BCH coin doesn't have the potential to reach this target ever but it can dro significantly from here as it is just a coin created through the fork.

In the time past I have believed many prediction but none turned out positive, so nowadays i hardly trust any prediction owing to how volatile this space is. If the market recovers and all turns out well, it might surpass at the same time it might not.

This price increase may have been set because whales tend to pump these coins for a short time but will sell them when they have made a huge amount of money. I don't think Bitcoin Cash investors unsatisfied to invest this platform. BCH dominating is unpredictable, many people lost in that case it's a shit coin. After fork BCH totally collapse and investors was not happy for huge fall down. Ultimately BCH is not hopeful for future.

I don't agree with you and owing to the way this crypto sphere is, it is hard to say what the price of BCH will be or let alone if it will touch 2000USD before this year ends. Also, BCH is yet to be valued by many investors so I don't see the possiblity of this happening.

I think that is an impossible move because all traders know some time ago that bitcoin cash has an internal problem that is causing developmental problems of bitcoin cash, so I can't be sure that prices go up that expensive.

Bitcoin cash is really growing this days and I believe that it is going to perform better this year than last year.  It might cross $2000 as you predicted and I believe that time is going to proved all these speculations.  Bitcoin cash has gained alot this year and we are going to see more bullish trend this year.

BCH let speculative coin, I don't think it can become a Scam, at least in the near future.Bitcoin had a lot of forks and the last forks clearly had no future, but BCH will still show a very, very decent growth.

Looking at its all-time high graph, Bitcoin has to be at over 20k USD for BCH to touch $2k. Looking at the current price of BCH, it has to do x6.8 or even more to touch 2k. BCH is currently worth a little above $300 as it is today. Anything is possible in crypto lets wait it out.

Roger and Jihan probably owns more than %5 of the total supply now. There were news about Bitmain owning 1.000.000 of the total BCH supply. If that's the case, when you are buying this coin you'll only be creating liquidity for Bitmain and they'll dump on you whenever they need money.

There is only one scenario for Bcash to go above $2k and it is the Bitcoin bull run. When BTC hits $100k, Bcash will surely hit $2k.
