Title: BOLTON STO IS NOT SCAM !!!
Post by: manishanand on February 10, 2019, 08:11:57 AM
There was a report file against a bolton coin that it is a Scam STO by an expert on ICObench.

https://i.imgur.com/DfnaDge.png

This was the article which stated that Bolton STO is scam - https://shitcoinoffering.com/african-kids-aks-663-million-bucks-scam-sto-bolton-coin/
It is all false news to spread fomo about Bolton Coin. The CEO has clearly stated that they have offices in different location and has also tried to solve the allegation which the article stated but in the end the admin of shitcoinoffering were not replying. Also on against of it the CEO clearly replied this

https://i.imgur.com/hPI8cJI.png
            https://i.imgur.com/1V0mWhV.png

Also the people of shitcoinoffering are hiding their faces and not even replying to CEO's answer. They just want to take money from them i think. In the shitcoinoffering telegram channel the admins of bolton coin were dealing with them but no reply came through their side. Also in their allegation thread they replied but no reply came. Here is the link to the thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5106824.0

Also according to me in STO the team members and project are verified and then only it can be certified as STO.

Hope you all have understood that shitcoinoffering wants just money from ICOs and STOs by posting fake articles about them.

I AM NOT THE TEAM OF THIS STO I AM JUST POSTING IT TO PROVIDE NEWS ABOUT THEM.

Are you any of their team member or anyhow affiliated with them?
Anyway, instead of posting it here my suggestion will be to response on that topic in the scam accusations board. This will give you exposure to defend the case if you are talking the truth of-course.

Cheers :-)

Now I am really confused. So what to choose, which side provides more correct information?
They collected 67.830.000USD, that is enough? Could we trust this information?

yes they may have collected. They have their offices in 3 different location and also they are focused on real state business so they require huge funds to setup themselves.

Sorry, but I do not think that the Bolton Scam project, although of course everything can be. But to pay attention to one person who, perhaps for personal reasons, writes such things seems to me to be also not quite correct.

Besides the fact that there are real scammers, it has become convenient to extort money under the pretext of providing false information!

By the way they have reacted by calling the whistleblower cowardly and have given excuses about not being able to provide an explanation just raises some major red flags.
When you're a prospective multi-million dollar project the onus of the burden of proof falls on you and you must clarify and respond in a much more professional way.

That's just my two cents. Similar issues arose with Bitangels and they blamed it on AT&T and tried to sue them. It's getting harder and harder to trust these projects and this is adversely affecting the reputation of all cryptos.

I am still trying to fathom the reason behind the accusation, if it is really false.
I just feel bolton caused these for themselves. Since they already posted such huge amount amount money has been collected and yet want to get more from investors, some elements might just feel they have the money and that they should find a way to get some from them.
It will also be good that they details regarding the transactions for the fund that has already been raised, be provided.

If there are people raising their voice then there must be something done that isn't right and I do not think any company that has raised funds would give away too much information about their fundraisers or the investors beyond the basic minimum that is required by law - which brings us to the point that in crypto world there are very few, if any laws. So they can easily get by without giving any real details.

I don't know why opening a thread in this section you should answer the accusations in the thread where you are posted not creeating another one, why not show all your proof there, this is not the right section to do this, if this is not a scam project, then show all the materials why it is not so in the scam accusations.

If this is an STO i doubt that this is a scam. Because before having or to be called an STO they need to have tangible assets and theses allegations if clearly a form of STO boycoting since it is going to replace the ICO stage. They might be scammers that does not want an STO before offering the coin to the industry and will eventually run.

Defending the bolton sto here on the forum is the right or proper step to make, it makes me think you are either part of the team or a paid defense publication
move this topic to scam accusations board.

AAnd the project can tell us the address of their offices, and defend theirselves with a zoom webinar for us all to see, watch and hear from them.
When you are accused, you attend to your community first.

Good point, STOs cannot simply take funds and run. There is a heavy process involved with authorities and excecutives become very accountable unlike in the case of ICOs where most can run and few ever pay the price. So if they really have sinister things in mind, why would they be so retarded to do an STO in the first place?

Sure, just see a new project saying they've collected $ 30-50 million. Definitely it's a big scam and no one can trust it

The reason people think it is a scam because they are saying: "raised more than 60m dollars" which is a huge claim in the current market. If i were in their shoes, i would probably show some proof of it.

I wonder the same...but you have to keep in mind that in this space we have mostly kids with a short attention span and many of them don't have the intellectual capability to read through lengthy and detailed responses like that.

Just look at Facebook...the posts with the least quality typically gets the most attention.

If you look at my previous posts over the the months you see that I spend a lot of time digging into questionable projects and scams...however it is much easier to point fingers and call something a scam..especially in a bear market, but people should at least do basic research.

I've learnt times without number not to trust ico's that claims to have raised alot of money.. but cant prove it.. too me it's just a trick to lure others into investing in the shitcoinoffering.. same thing happened with online.io.. swissalpmining.. 4new and many other projects out there... to me Boltoncoin seems like a scam project.. but everyone has their opinion on this..

But what's the old saying..

BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY

To me the shitcoinoffering group has been doing a good job in pointing out scam ico's... they've pointed at multiple scam icos before ... and at the end of the fund raiser.. it seems they're always correct... pls I advice crypto investors to be careful on what they put their money on... I myself av lost a good portion of money due to this scams... never again will I do ico

It is great that the ceo of bolton coin has responded promptly and is available online himself to answer quesyions, although i support new projects that provide a good opportunity for investors but my 2 queries regarding bolton is that who invested 67 million in private sale the team should mention some big investors so that people do not take it as fake or alternatively they can share their btc, eth or foat trackable wallet links so people can verify that team has actually raised this much money.
Secondly a hard cap of 650 million dollars is just too ambitious and not realistic for such a project, according to my own recommendation a hard cap of maximum 100 milliom was a fair amount, so the team ahould answer these 2 things as well.

I would not call Bolton Coin is scam directly, because I don't have the evidence yet. But Personally, I would suggest everyone to avoid investing in Bolton coin so called STO and don't waste your time by doing Boltoncoin bounty! I have asked more than 10 times to give me the proper information about regulation. In every STO projects, I asked the same question. Mobu, hygh.tech STO projects gave me the news and paper link, but I get denied every time in Boltoncoin. When i asked to show me the proof, after many days they replied to read the whitepaper carefully! And, i did and In their whitepaper, they wrote about Utility token and ICO, there weren't any STO details, regulation news, update or anything! I asked them why you wrote this? They replied, our team is updating the whitepaper! LOL

After a few days, I checked the whitepaper again, no changes were made! So, I wanted to ask them again, but I couldn't find the Boltoncoin telegram group, because they were banned me!! Their hardcap is 550 Million USD, seriously? they are just making people fool like the Neluns ICO.

This accusation has made me to be skeptical about the project. It would have been good if nothing of such had happened. Even if you think you are legit, an accusation of this nature has got your project stained and it will be hard for people to just trust you.
You would need a lot of efforts to defend yourself.

Exactly. They look totally fishy to me. I asked them several times to give the proof that you are regulated, every time they ignored me, and then again I asked them why you are being late if you are really regulated and collected that huge money, and again after a few days, I couldn't find Bolton coin group because they already banned me. So, to me, this is a shady project and people should stop promoting this Boltoncoin so-called STO!

Now I am really confused. So what to choose, which side provides more correct information?
They collected 67.830.000USD, that is enough? Could we trust this information?

67 million in a bear market, the project around which should be a huge amount of HYIP, in their group in the telegram about 3000 people, do you really think that multimillion projects look like that?

I read here that Shitcoin Scam Offering has made some good calls in the past uncovering scams...I have not heard about them before but let's give them the benefit of the doubt. After all this space needs people who help to expose scams in the ICO space.

What I don't get about this, the accused project has provided a detailed statement regarding the accusations here in the community.
But yet no one from Shitcoin Scam Offering has responded yet. Why do they ignore this?

In my opinion it is not entirely correct to believe the person with whom it all began. If the team as a whole can provide documents for the proceedings, then this is already a plus to the reputation.

I believe they will be in the best position to do that and this is not the best section for that. Use the right place, which is scam accusation section of the forum. Bolton claims to be an STO, so they should be able to provide the right documents to back that up.

Very interesting...if this is only halfway accurate then it sheds a different light onto this...but a video on YouTube is not the most convincing evidence either

I don't think bfcl coin is a Scam, though on the other hand it also can't be exactly claimed. In any case, the conditions of the bounty company are clear and understandable.

I don't know why opening a thread in this section you should answer the accusations in the thread where you are posted not creeating another one, why not show all your proof there, this is not the right section to do this, if this is not a scam project, then show all the materials why it is not so in the scam accusations.

yes, better address the scam accusation with this proof. everyone has the privilege to do their own research for a particular project and assess what is being provided to them. you can't force people to believe whatever is being shoved to them.

Instead of shouting it is not scam why not prove that it is legal in all aspects I read in your channel that you even urge your members to defend your project when the team is the one who should do it because they have all the documents to prove that they are legit not bounty hunters.

I don‘t see anyone shouting „no scam.“ People are just questioning the validity of the scam accusations. And as it was pointed out already, the accuser has been silent now for several days, despite this project having provided a detailed statement. This whole thing smells fishy to me. It appears more like a smear campaign than a honest review. But everyone should make up their own mind.

Hello, we will comment the reply of Bolton Coin soon. Please don't think that our review isn't honest :)
Shitcoin Offering team has many projects to take a look at, so we do not have free time to response immediately... Thanks  :)

I didn’t understand at all why this song started, because I didn’t find anything in the Bolton project that would really say that it was a scam project. Look around, there are a lot of such projects.

For everyone, if you are trying to show your profiles in LinkedIn and some registration documents, and say that you are not a scam - please, don't. Enough of this bullshit.

We have a very clear definition of what a scam is - it is an event (company) aimed at misleading someone (investors) in order to obtain an undue advantage.
A project can become a scam along the path of its development, for example, if I saw that there is no development, but there's investor cash - why don't you keep quietly to yourself? Or initially, when the project doesn't plan any development and the task is to depict vigorous activity shoving investor's cash in the pockets.

The company may have ALL documents. And even some licenses, IDK. But if we consider that the project is a scam (the definition is above), then we try to prove our point of view reasonably.
If the audience, for some reasons, listens to ANONYMOUS worthless, coward bloggers no one cares about but not to the GREAT luminaries of the business that lead them to the future and millions of bucks then it's probably worth making some conclusions.
