I'm not really a marketing expert but the forum is full of ways to market your website. As I've mentioned, you can have your signature campaign and hire a responsible person to do the job.

But brand new campaigns that don't look for long term results are stopping because they barely see the result for the first weeks. Do you have your social media accounts already? it will boost your marketing too if you'll avail those sponsored ads.

Marketing thing is always been a crucial part of a new exchange or service because getting users would depend on how hard you do tried to expose your site but
it would still always matter on how your exchange would give out best service among its users along the way.

Marketing can be done by bounty which include all:

Social Media exposure
Forum Exposure
Chat applications platforms

Your goal should be to target people that aren't already in the crypto space.  You should go after the elderly and soccer moms that see it as a path to financial freedom.  You don't want to be advertising to young kids and teenagers that are usually broke.

Everyone has already posted good suggestions to the OP, it's just a matter of execution on your end. Get someone to get the word out specially in social media platforms and wait for the result.

Marketing is actually a hardest part because you wouldn't know if your ways would be effective or not and getting target users. You can't also choose the target users because once you posted online it will give exposure in all sort.

Right mate . crypto is a currency and a currency means for everyone . all gender of all ages can use it no matter what is thier status in life or no matter what is their races  all of them can get a piece of it . 

Crypto marketing isnt also hard .  you can get your deisred results if you have a good amount of capital on your hands that you can use for advertising . you can advertise both online and offline for a much better and precise results .

You may recruit any campaign manager available on bitcointalk and make the thread set up and everything before you start working on it. Please check the carefully while recruiting the campaign manager. They also might be scammer or use your project.

Actually you need to launch your own bounty program to get the participants to work for your campaigns. If you run legit project always there is good amount of people whoever willing to work for you.

If you run an exchange, seems you have enough money for great advertising. Sad you don't have persons who will take care of marketing strategies.
At first I suggest you to create ANN thread here, as you see, every company famous company or website had ANN thread here (include bitmain, coinmarketcap, cexio and so on). This way you'll introduce it to people here, there will be discussion around your service and etc.
Then create ads and publish paid articles. It will be good if you run signature campaign, for example Qtum (altcoin) had massive signature campaign for 5 weeks (1-2) years ago and now you can see this coin in tops. Sig campaign helped them to become popular, not only them, a lot of service, just hire a good campaign manager.

It does make sense to target people with deep pockets.  It won't do your business any good if you are going after people that are dead broke.  Also women aren't as interested in crypto as men are, that is just the plain truth of the matter.

Crypto targeting has some differences between typical projects. As I said before everything depends on a type of project. Some projects need large investors, other focus on real customers. So, target audience is different and there is no instruction what segment do you need.

If you are targeting market here I mean forum then without good manager here and most of it who is trusted here, and there are several of them, they contact them and hear them out what they can offer to you and what you can offer to them. Mainly good and trusty managers here are more then 50% insurance that project will be good not scam.

Exactly! But you can see that in many top topics people from one team talk between them, so making hype. They type fake reviews, comments to make project more popular. I think it is wrong way of promotion, so if you want to make your project successful, you have to make people trust you and do not cheat them ::)

Every company have its own promoting strategies but mostly we god for social medias as many using internet and get involve with social medias, and so people could see it. But we're getting into most popular strategy is by creating signatures campaign which they could hire a lot of participants to help spread their company program. But of course, every promotion needs funding's in order to make it successfully and have a good result.

Its easy to waste your money on marketing and not see results if you jump in without knowledge.  You will be entering a saturated market so unless you have a high budget its unlikely you will be able to attract a meaningful amount of customers.

We cant think of for an another feature to be added when it comes to exchange. Most of them do really have the same thing when it comes to offerings.They do only differ on how they do execute like support sytem ,

Well, In bitcointalk forum you can find some good trusted managers who can do marketing stuff. As you said, he should read their threads in service section and to find out who's the manager is more suitable for him. Most of them are good in managing so you don't need to search so much.

It sounds that she would like to ask help in here to promote a certain exchange site but it feels that she is not interested of our help anymore since she is not active on her thread. results would vary on what you are trying to give out or whats your company/product is all about which it would neither spark out communities
