There is service section in this forum. You might wanna hire someone whose experience on doing marketing stuff. Bounty campaign or other campaign will help to raise awareness on what your project is. Looks like you're are a newbie in this forum, try to read threads explaining who and where to choose a better campaign manager.

It seems you have zero knowledge of marketing and that would be really difficult for you if you are going to start an exchanging platform, as it will need professional marketing solution.
You should hire marketing advisor and managers for this, bounty and all other advertising strategies are responsibility of marketing manager, he/she will plan an appropriate way for marketing according to your need.
There are hundreds of experts in the market you should better search them first, and to choose one of them you can check the reputation and experience they have.

I guess OP is now successful on that project because a lot of good advises here. Well, you can't build a solid project if you don't have hiring staff that might help you. I think as per the OP statement, he owns a crypto exchange maybe and need to market it. One of the option which i can suggest for him to start a signature campaign paying in BTC . Secondly he must be very active in social media regarding the updates of his exchange.

When it comes to crypto traffic then this forum alone itself would really be the best place but results wont really be guaranteed because
results would vary on what you are trying to give out or whats your company/product is all about which it would neither spark out communities
