I think in 2019 the price of bitcoin is still not stable. Because many predictions in 2022 bitcoin will reach the highest point again.

I think the market is similar to 2015 when I follow the movements this year. After a period of horizontal hike, the uptrend will begin and in 2020 the market has recovered.

The market will definitely return. But it will grow gradually. It won't show sudden growth just like in 2017 .

It will grow based on the use and acceptability of currency rather than hype .

Well, step by step analysis for the future bitcoin price is not that easy because of volatility. I’m also confident about the future this year with bitcoin, it will be higher than $5000 again let’s believe on this.

History repeats itself, but that does not mean that the price will rise again and in a crazy way, at least this will not happen with current data.

Not at all. Your theory doesn't have real support behind it. Just because we are in 2019, a new high is almost imposible and for sure it will not happening until 2020+. If you're here just to get rich quick then you have missunderstood crypto and blockchain.

yes, indeed even though 2019 is an unpleasant year for Bitcoin, many Bitcoin investors predict this year, they say 2019 (bullish), hopefully this year will have a positive impact on Bitcoin prices.

I think its not possible because Bitcoin price not stable for this year so i think 2021 or 2022 bitcoin price highest but we don't know what happen this year. Last few month Bitcoin prices down under 5000$ so just wait and nothing to do.

People predicted by end of 2018 bitcoin price will pump but nothing happened, it goes to show bitcoin price cannot be determined by anyone. We have sure been hearing this that the market poor situation would get better this year 2019 but that has not yet happened yet rather the market has been frustrating

I would advise you wait trying to predict when the market would bull. If you are not making short-term speculations, then do not attempt to predict the future price.
Do you research, invest what you can afford to lose, and hodl, till you get your desired profit.

There's much more desperation before it's profitable for whales to manipulate the market upwards. Unless there's a massive change in crypto's fundamental value for the better, I don't see any chance for a recovery. Maybe for Ethereum only.

I do not know this year but will be halving the next year.. maybe it could be an increase by the end of the year.. But we still have to be careful.. every time we say its a bull season , when we said bitcoin rising, bitcoin fell too much at a time..

I am not sure what happened to the reputation of bitcoin, for people who are looking for profits it might dent their confidence as they made poor choices rather than investing wisely, if you are looking for a all time valuation this year, you will be disappointed as i do not see a huge rally this year, but will see the recovery phase.

It lacks supporting details and your analysis though and we still can't say what will happen for this year but let's hope for a positive outcome and that it will recover soon.

Bearish trend are too abuse thats why the market hard to pump up but I dont see any negative to recover this year maybe some big whale are still waiting for a right time to pump up this market.
If you analysis the chart carefully this year the price of bitcoin will be play in the range of $3k to$5k but this is only my own prediction everything can be change any moment.

I've saw a lot of topics regarding market recovery for this year and mostly all of us were thinking positive and even looking for bull run happens.
We are still in the way of speculating the incoming and we aren't sure what would be happen few days from now either we soar high or drop hard. But the market today signifies that we have a good market today and this simple pumps will may lead for bull run.

This recovery can occur in 2019, but for the price I don't think it can return a high up in 2019. Many bitcoin price predictions will go up in the next 2 years and that might come true.

I agree with you on this one that bitcoin will recover it price and reputation but were you said 2019 is were I may not go with you. Since we know how volatile the bitcoin market can be and how hard it is do one to predict r say the exact time the recovery will take place.

So far the current bearish season was the longest since the creation of bitcoin and if it goes until end of 2019  it will only be 2 years of bear cycle so probably there is  hope that mid 2019 would be a starting reversal of crypto market until the end of this year and 2020 would be a massive bull run. just my personal opinion.

I dont expect too much about bitcoin price this year, i also dont hold bitcoin or altcoin now. May be price will increase but i dont know it will high like 2017 or just little increase then down again like a few past weeks. Price still not stable now, may be when the price stable i'll start to invest my money again in bitcoin or altcoin.

I think 2019 is not a good year for bitcoin fluctuations. That is because prices will be difficult to rise, so it will take longer so prices can recover. This is likely to last longer, maybe prices will start to recover at the end of 2019. And in the next year prices will return to normal and continue to rise to reach their best prices, this will require time so be more patient.

Market is near the support of 3800$ and it has test this support couple of times. It needs to break the resistance of 4200$ which will not be an easy target.

Yes, its recovered from a bottom last year and today we are doing good to make pressure on the resistance. I believe on this and I know we can make another uptrend this year, a more convincing uptrend where volume is really big. The 2019 will be a great preparation for a bigger price in the future, it can't be stop by any manipulators.

for me it's hard to believe that the market will recovery in recent of 2019, the movement of the chart was so stable and I think it is bad. No surprises, no good issue even  crypto popularity in my community was'nt good like an old days. After all, news and speculations are key reasons of market recovery or its downfall. Those effect on people to buy and trade on larger volume and that`s how the price on the market increase.

The huge fall of bitcoin in the past year 2018 is nothing special. Similarly significant declines, the bitcoin has already experienced in the past and have always been able to recover. Specifically in 2010/2011 and 2013/2014. Bitcoin will have a very high price, it could come this year or in a few years.

Agree, the recovery of the current market will continue because the few months back the market has actually make some positive move and we hope to see the few months to come as momentum to a bull run. One can claim that, but there can also be an unexpected change. That's how history is, and that's how the cryptocurrency market is too. There are so many changes happening to it day and day out. I am not saying that 2019 is not the year for it to change, but then again, I just don't want to be too positive only to have my hopes broken again. I think, for the cryptocurrency market, it would be better to be positive while at the same time being open to all the negative scenarios. I like the faith you have in bitcoin but then what are you basing your hopes on? We all want bitcoin to recover soonest and price pump high but one thing we know is no one can predict when this will happen. Definitely! Bitcoin hype was over so the price will not jump like 2017 but the adaption of Bitcoin and Blockchain technology is doing good since a lot of organization or companies are getting involved and making a lot research to integrate these modern technology to their current system.

Nasdaq, Bakkt, Institutions, private management funds and a lot of new actors are entering in crypto at the beginning of this year and during all 2019 there are a lot of indicators that market can recover, but you neer know, this is a long therm run and maybe we will see lower bottoms.

Sorry to inform you that the market value of Bitcoin this year will be between $3.5k to $5k. I don't see the market value of Bitcoin recovering within this year. The price will recover in the year 2020 or 2021 and 2022.

Yet I do not see bitcoin price spiking soon even though anything is possible in this space but there is very little possibility of any price spike. We are still in the bear market so we should except the little little rise and fall we are experience till we finally reach the real bottom and then we keep moving till we get to the top.

I can't really be specific about when the rise of bitcoin will be but with the increase in adoption that is taking place all over the world brings up good hope that maybe the price of ethereum will increase soon. Thats what I have obserevd too. There are many adaption and projects even on altcoins. For example eth ,tron,eos has greats dapps on thier platform. There are many use case already. Also XRP is doing well,bitcoin has great news consistently and more finnancial insituotions are already joining too.

What is certain is that the market keeps moving and trying to find many people to continue to be trusted, this will run with all kinds of movements and can continue to develop well. This year is still a slow process and recovery, but it will definitely happen so that everything will run well and have value.

2019 is indeed a rising year for the bitcoin again, a year of recovery from the pain 2018 given to the market.
I believe that we are in a year of recovery and not for the new ATH. we should look forward on 2020 or further!

I'm not looking with the same scenario as 2017. It just can't happen that quick like what we want to see badly. Difficulty depends on the demand of the market, few days ago bitcoin was sitting on $3,800 - $3,900 and now it has broke the level of $4,000. There's still hope that this year isn't too difficult for bitcoin to recover and it will bring the whole market into that recovery that we're all expecting. It won't be the same like the usual bulls but it just has to recover.

We still don't have ETF but we don't really need it. If you're waiting for an ETF to push Bitcoin to the moon you're going to be very disappointed like people who were waiting for futures were disappointed when it got launched.

We are still in March, so basically it's hard to say even the price right now seems doing fine. Maybe there's a chance for it but not to the point that we're going to have a new ATH. Highest means to say that it will be better than 2017? The recovery is taking place but to tell that it will be on the highest for this year seems not plausible.

Hopefully the final stage of the bearish market will commence so that it can just go away. We've been in bearish market for quite awhile and this isn't really new to most. Like in the past, after those bear days, the market recovered that much more than it was before.

The market is still in bearish trend but at least it's not in the bottom anymore which is the hardest part for most traders.
Maybe it would start to recover with these remaining months of the year but if not, then we will have to wait for the halving effect in 2020.

I'm believing too that the market will be recovery to this kind bearish market and I feel that this year will be great in the market and for all of us we need just more patience and hold what we have for the better price.

At least we didn't go below our previous all-time-high. There are speculators saying that we need to see final capitulation before the eventual recovery. But it seems it's not going to happen as the price is going to a steady climb.

If by recovery you mean bitcoin price to get back to 20k dollars that will not happen this year, it`s what I think. I will not say it`s impossible, like a man above me said in crypto anything is possible, this is possible too, but chances for that to happen are minimal. If we get to the double price from now, so 7-8k dollars that would be great, but I doubt in that too. My thinking is that this year highest price will be little over 5k, that`s a great start for next year when we will see halving.

Bitcoin is going to makes some significant progress this year but i strongly believe that bull run might commence by next year because of the may 2020 halving.  The miners that keeps dumping the market are going to find very difficult to mine and that will reduce supply and in turned increase price.

The halving is a major component in the price recovery and right now the market is showing signs of recovery and we will see a range bound trade for sometime, i expected the market to go down during the month end, but it is still holding firm around $4k which is a good sign and the price might try to touch $8k by the end of this year, we might see a short rally and crash too, anything is possible until the next bull run.

We are having alot of adoption these days and it is a sign of future up raising.  I strongly recommend that if one has risk capital,  it is the right time to invest and become rich in future.  I think we should not be discouraged about the current happening because it is a recovering face and it might takes some months before we can see strong bullish trend.  I believe that 2019 towards 2020 will be another 2017 in bull run.

I think if this year we will not have a bull run the price of bitcoin can steal reach 10000$ but maybe this will happen on Q3 or Q4, and i think a bull run is possible before bitcoin halving.

If you are referring to the price of bitcoin during its all-time high last december 2017, then the recovery might not happen this year. The bitcoin, I think, is already recovered from last year bearish condition and on its way to seek higher prices if there are no problems coming along the way.

Don't forget that many had the same expectations for the last year too, at least for the second part but at the end they were disappointed.
Also, this year didn't start according to expectations but at the moment it looks like slight recovery. Still this isn't a bull run and I don't expect it yet. If recovery continue this will be a slow process with ocassional fluctuations and corrections.

Those that were expecting anything from the market last year with all the troubles must just be speculating with assumptions and not real life analysis, we all know that 2018 was not the year as the bears was in fool force and many coin didn’t bottom until this year, the moment they all bottomed was when the market started becoming green.

So like you said, I too don’t really expect full recovery of market this year, i.e the  bull run, but the market movement will be highly impressive that we will confuse it with  bull run, so I expect so much from this year and the next year will be the greatest in the history of Bitcoin.

I'll consider $10k bitcoin price is just in a bull run, enough to make people get more profits in the market.  It is to believe that the market has recover now and it continuously moves up going to another bull run(hopefully). I believe this year 2019 will have a lot of surprises and might be able to see prices back to green again.

I think that we should not expect that Bitcoin will grow every month by 20 percent up. Most likely the summer period will be fairly calm and the summer will not bring a strong price increase, all serious accents, in my opinion, will be shifted towards the end of autumn and the beginning of winter 2019.

Many analyst believe that the price of bitcoin will recover this years as time goes by, but for the bull run, I think it won’t happen this year, so before we can really get the type of spike that occurred in 2017, we will be looking at 2020, probably after the next halving, the market could pick up speedily and move us all to the its new ATH.

2019 or 2020, we just have to keep remaining patient, everything is all based on speculation and the real fundamentals that will make all this happen will shoes its face for us to really be sure when the time comes, our investment will surely yield a very big profit no matter how long it takes or how many years.

There is many factors that make bitcoin up and down but you will never know it can be happens, so don't expect too much with the bull market come, just do everything now because you can get a profit without bitcoin come back to $20.000 of course if you have the way to predict it correctly. Because there no short time to make cryptocurrency can be trust by many people again, most of the users who got loss just leave and maybe never come back here again. Although the good information spread away, I believe it doesn't make sure the cryptocurrency price movement will same like 2017 ago.

If we seek for the best profit that we aim for with bitcoin, it doesn't need to be rush.   The recent market phase has shown gradual recovery that may outcast the possible massive bull trend will exceed accumulately. Throughout this year we have experienced a much more positive change, I agree if this year is stated as a recovery phase. The price of Bitcoin and Altcoin that experienced a bad moment throughout 2018 has now begun to gradually recover. I had time to buy some Bitcoin and Altcoin when the price reached a low point at the end of 2018. Now I get a lot of benefits, I feel happy and can use the assets that I have. $10,00 is a good price, it will make this year profitable because price from its low this year increase to over 100%, and that's says major recovery.
Time will tell but we can accept any good improvement of the price, we are still hopeful that bull run will happen this year but if not, then we will wait the following year to come. It's not a problem if you are willing to hold as sure you can wait even longer.

I like the fact that we all acknowledge the fact that this year will be used as a recovery year and not for complete bull run, if we can all acknowledge this, then it will give us more patience for next year which will lead to less dumping of coin.

As the market is gradually recovering, I expect the first recovery phase to touch $10,000 by year ending, and this has already covered some losses. I don't think bitcoin will go for a new high but BTC price will be better than now! What does mean by recover here? 19K USD again? I think that is not possible this year! But we can expect a better crypto market where BTC will be trading on 8K plus USD and ETH 800-900 USD!!

How come you can say that bitcoin cannot reach 19000$ this year ?  Bitcoin has already reached from 3000 to 13000$ in about 7 months and we know that bitcoin normally pumps more in the last half of the year. I can see bitcoin will pass its all time high easily this year.

If the market cannot guarantee to recover this year, we need to wait for the next year, and that will make people waiting for longer. But that will worth if in the next year, the market can fully recover so we can back to make a big profit like 2017-2018. Your prediction is quite appiciatable. But Bitcoin hit 11.8k$ from 3K$ in this year, which is huge. That's why  It can't be exactly predict that what will be the cost per Bitcoin by 2019 Dec but i guess btc will remain same as Now (around 10k$-13k$)

I would not want to judge the  value it will hit based on its last performance in 2017 because that was a bull run time, but even if there is not going to be bull run this year, I am very optimistic that by December, we should at least be $15,000.

If bitcoin  can get to this value by December, then we should expect that bull run will start very early next year because that would be at least 60% of the last value and based on some analysis, we need such percentage to force the market into bull run, bitcoin at that value would not really be a bad increase at all, just that I am not sure completely if the bulls will be able to hold stringer or those who are doing sorts in the market will force it to correction state just like they have been doing with many increases we have witnessed of recent.

It is recovering but I heard that current increase of Bitcoin is due to the Dollar price is going down so forex traders are shifting from forex to cryto. I have a friend who works in a bank and say the same thing, the volume in their trading platform decreased lately. This only shows more and more people are getting to know Cryptos and starting to accept and trade it. Unlike years ago where people are scared to even buy a few.

Yes, I guess bitcoin has started to recover. Also, I think bitcoin price would hit $20K within this year. Bitcoin price was $ 19K, So to break its highest point it has to reach $20K. I think it is tough but not impossible.

And also Bitcoin will take time to recover because the price can't go up over-night. Bitcoin price is increasing slowly so we may keep calm & wait for the right time. If it is not touching $20K in 2019 then surely it will break the ice in 2020.

I think this is already better than not seeing any recovery at all, last year when the market is so bearish we are hoping a recovery and now it comes, so it's nice to appreciate it while still hoping the recovery will continue.

So far, we already have reach over 200% increase and that's good enough since we are still in the 8th month of the year, meaning there's still 4 months left to end this year and that's enough time to see more significant increases.

I've basically didn't expected that we'll hit $10k-$13k early. Although $13k was the peak price that we've seen for this year, this gave more optimistic speculation to most.

I'm positive to see it end $15k but if not, that's just fine.

The people that can ever claim they are not satisfied with this currency price are those that purchased their coin out of fomo in the last bull run, which made them to buy the coin at peak price, we can understand them because the value now is juts half way what they invested, and they are really eager to quickly get back to that value for them to pull their investment, but we have so many people that successfully bought when price was $4000, and seeing their $4000 grow in 3 months is not satisfactory enough?

When we say market recovery, this does not only applies to BTC, at this stage there is no recovery for the market yet as majority of the coins are still down, but somehow we are hoping that BTC will lead the recovery for altcoins to finally rise and so far it hasn't happen yet.

BTC to break its ATH would be the best chance for altcoins to start picking up, but if not, it will remain in its position now because if BTC rise and fall, this would affect the altcoins as no investors would be interested with its movement, people are focusing on BTC based on my own observation.

I think it doesn't have to be only bitcoin to say that market will be recovering. Bitcoin has already moved almost x3 as the price it has started the year, altcoins usually move faster than bitcoin and increase faster than bitcoin as well and they didn't had that.

Some coins went up for sure but most of them went down and are 80%+ less than the price they were at their all time high whereas bitcoin is less than 50% right now. That is why bitcoin could stay in its place without moving up whereas altcoins could go up and the market would be recovering and gaining total volume plus market cap size. If that happens that would be as good as or even maybe better than bitcoin all alone going up, that only helps bitcoin people whereas the other one helps all crypto together.

If we will wait more so it will get very high and cross our limits of amount if you see any suitable coin you should now buy so after few months it will give you profit in case of holding. Don't lose the opportunity  bitcoin will recover everything till the end of 2019 because so many new companies and new investors has invested their money in bitcoin.

It's really long because history itself will tell that eve in the last 3 months, bitcoin is capable of rising and even created a new ATH.
This year, we are still in the 3rd quarter and it's not even close to ending yet since we are still in August, still more than 4 months and to end the year and that is enough to see some good progress if BTC will not fall down again like last year.

This is quite true, I have friends who works in a Bank and eh closely monitor the movement of the Dollar and when it (Dollar) is going up, the price of Bitcoin slightly go down. Looks like the forex traders are shifting back and fort from Bitcoin t forex but anyway, I still think that Chinse ghost month also has a factor on the sudden drop of BTC price.

This is still in the range of speculation because direct connection between Bitcoin and US dollar can't be proved and if and how dollar actually affects Bitcoin price. Also we can't tell for sure if current correction is connected with dollar or China.
Anyway, many expected a great deal from 2019 and Bitcoin price has recovered partialy but this is still far from expectations and it's hard to tell with what price Bitcoin will end this year.

People had more investment in new coin, and they purchased so much quantity of some coins with little amount which their value has drastically almost turned zero and they still remain in the bear market, that is why they have been thinking that the market as still not recovered yet, many base their judgment on altcoins market, while some of us base our judgment on bitcoin market.

Bitcoin market has already improved drastically this year and I think next year will be better for it, it is only the altcoins that we are waiting for them to make their own surprising same way that bitcoin did in April when it short from that $3k to $13k, even if we don’t see full growth of altcoins this year, I believe that there will still be some developments on altcoins soon.

I'm not sure about the correlation though, specially the ghost month. I mean, we have seen the market move so fast this year with no single factor. And I still remember that there are times that the supposedly Chinese Lunar Year will bring positive effect to the market, but it didn't, so we can't connect everything that's going on with Bitcoin market because of this so called "Chinese ghost month". The fact that this year, Bitcoin is just recovering from the last bear market says how resilient it is from this factors affecting the global economy right now (US vs China trade war/ Hong Kong domestic dispute / Stock market crash).

You mean this year? I would disagree with that, it seems unrealistic from where we are sitting right now.

If there's a positive effect this year, I believe price will only reach at least $20,000 and make a new ATH, maybe next year that $50, 000 is possible, but until we see a new ATH, I will not be too confident on the exact year, bitcoin will have its bull run at the right time, what is just easy now is to determine the buying period and I still think it's good to buy now if we haven't accumulate yet when btc was still below $10,000.

I do agree that we are still in the accumulation period. But I'm seeing the price somewhere around the $15k-$16k in October, still far from it's previous all time high but at least we are there. 2020-2021 will be a big game charger here. Everyone is expecting a massive bull run similar to 2017. Anyways, my point is that we really need to get more bitcoin overtime and then wait for the much anticipated bull run in the next couple of years.

Your analyst are perfect on their analysis because couple of weeks after you posted this market starts to bring some Greens and in the following weeks we saw bullrun happens and until now it has been said that we are still in bullying trend(but of course not until we hit 20k usd again will decide if this is bull or not)
Actually there are some good analysts that predicting tithe value of bitcoin will drop below or around $3k before finally hitting up The Growth but of course all are speculative and nothing truthful until it happens

Definitely there's still more chance for a bull run to take place this year, we have not ended the 3rd quarter yet, and based on history, the 4th quarter is the year which bitcoin rises and I believe people are still hopeful that to happen.

Losing hope because bitcoin now looks bearish again is bad, that only shows our confidence in bitcoin is not that strong, BTC if we look at the big picture is very profitable this year, an investment that grows more than 100% in a given year, for me, that's a good performing asset.

I think we still need to wait for more because today, bitcoin is down and now, the price is below than $10k. We don't know until how much the price will be down, and that will be hard for us to see the bitcoin price will increase again. But I still believe that the bitcoin price will be back to the higher price, and now, we need to be patient and prepare to buy bitcoin at a low price. We could hope that this is the last correction for bitcoin price, so, after this, the price will start a rally to the highest price.

Indeed as the value from fluctuations stays atleast $10k ranges this whole 2nd and hopefully 3rd quarter(though some drops happen but still managed to recover faster)

Bitcoin don’t need to recover about reputation because this coin had already proven the capacity to bring us profit (huge profit to be specific)
And besides even the value fluctuate badly in past yet the dominance in market capitalization proves to be the king and only reliable amongst all the currency

For this year, I think so. the price is still stable at $10k, it's impossible to go up that high in a very short time, then for what reason can the price go up that high? means the new ATH will happen this year? I dont think so. the most likely thing to happen is the highest price that will occur is around $15k

There is lots of expectation and preparation for the last quarter of the year, and I also think that that last quarter is when some great companies actually intend releasing their project, one of it which I can confidently talk of it bakkt which we expect to have a very big impacts on the value of bitcoin because of the futures product it has. 

I am certain that many people would not be affected about the dump that happened recently, but rather they would see it as an opportunity to buy back at cheaper value and even if the coin had dropped to $8000, people would still have rushed to buy it. The future of bitcoin is very glaring to us, it might be creating some suspense right now, but that would just be on a temporary state, which we will get over it when we start reaping the great benefits in future.

I don't think we'll see ATH of BTC this year, but it may happen in the 2020.

We are starting bullrunning but yet we cannot tell what would be the price in the end year though we are all ofcourse looking for a great growth to recover the losses in 2018

The market is unlikely to recover this year, but it is worth noting that it was in 2019 that the fall in prices reached the bottom, after which prices began to rise.    More then a half of the year is behind us already. To be honest I didn`t expect to see the all time high prices this year. Many
experts said that this will be a calm year, and maybe prices can dip more. I`m buying and believing, there is no other way for
