Possible reasons your account may be disabled:

You requested that your account get disabled
We suspected your account was hacked and disabled it for you
You attempted to verify your account with an identification document that has already been used

You violated the Bittrex terms of service

They asked to confirm the income, although I do not understand how I will do it to them from Belarus.

Bittrex has blocked my account. He believes more than a year on Bittrex. I am from Russia, but not the Crimea.
I often get BTC transferred for advertising on a Bittrex wallet.
